Una piacevole sorpresa vicino alla Fontana di Trevi. Bella stanza con arredamento curato e molto pulita. Ottima esperienza soprattutto grazie alla disponibilità e gentilezza del proprietario che ha fatto di tutto per rendere perfetto il nostro soggiorno! Ci torneremo!!!

We stayed here for four nights in June of 2025. The location of the hotel is generally good for getting to some of the more noteworthy site (Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, etc.). There's a metro station around 8 minutes walk away, which opens up most of the rest of the city pretty well. We walked from here to the Vatican, which took around 35 minutes, but would be less than half that by cab. The surrounding area is great for clothing shops, but the food we found nearby was mostly so-so, and frequently over-priced tourist fare, though I'm sure if you walk a little farther from the hotel you can find some good options. The room itself was booked for a family of four, and was comfortable. The bathroom and shower had good water pressure, and the AC worked just fine. Some of the sheets were not quite clean, but we just didn't use the one we found slightly dirty. The beds were comfortable and a good size. The room and hotel have little to no facilities, so you're really just paying for room and the location. The exterior entrance is not well marked, and we actually walked past it on the street several times. If you're thinking of booking here, I'd recommend just looking for the GAP store which is directly across the street, much easier to find. Our interactions with the hotel staff were limited. We received a number of automated messages, some of which were contradictory, or had out of date information. After booking and paying for the room (a non-refundable booking) we were told there was an extra ”city tax” not included which would need to be paid before checking in which amounted to around an extra $90 or so, and the offered price of an airport transfer service went up as soon as we requested it (from 85 euros to 95). The hotel arranged the transfer service for us, but the driver left the airport before we could get out of the passport control due to another booking. The driver service showed up at the hotel at the time the flight was supposed to arrive, even though the flight was late, and you'd expect them to know that going through passport control takes easily an hour, so this seems to be quite poor planning on behalf of either the hotel or the service. We ended up taking a taxi from the airport which was also slightly over half the price of the transfer service, so I'd recommend skipping their service, it seems like a rip-off. Taxis from the airport to the city center seem to be subsidized by the government, and were a fixed price of 55 euros (for a normal size car big enough for 4 people) at the time we visited. The train from the airport is also not a bad idea if you're comfortable using the metro, as the train station is just 3-4 metro stops from the nearest metro station to the hotel (Spagna). Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but felt like we mostly paid for the location.

The reception area feels more like an art gallery, with stylish décor and vibrant paintings. Guests can relax in the cozy living or dining areas — a lovely touch. Our suite faced the piazza and was filled with natural light, offering a perfect view of visitors strolling by the Spanish Steps. Being steps away from Via Condotti’s luxury boutiques adds to the convenience. Special thanks to Franco, the owner, for his wonderful restaurant suggestions, and to Gianmarco whose friendly help made our stay extra smooth. The genuine hospitality and personal attention here truly stand out. It’s not just about luxury — it’s about feeling welcome and cared for. I’ll definitely stay at Piazza di Spagna 9 again and wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone visiting Rome. Simply top rated — the best!

Secara visual, tempatnya sangat bagus. Mereka membersihkan setiap hari, tempatnya bersih. Di pagi hari mereka membawa roti, dan mesin kopi tersedia gratis. Kontra: 1. Saya tiba di sana tanpa kartu SIM dan tidak ada komunikasi. Hotel tersebut tidak memiliki meja resepsionis dan jika saya tidak ditolong di jalan, saya akan meminta orang yang lewat untuk memanggil administrator. Aku bahkan tidak tahu bagaimana hasilnya nanti. Saya pikir poin ini perlu diperbaiki. Administrator meminta untuk memberitahukan kedatangan 10-15 menit sebelumnya, tetapi bagaimana melakukan ini tanpa komunikasi? 2. Isolasi suara sangat buruk. Di ruangan sebelah saya bisa mendengar TV dan semua percakapan. Saya juga mendengar semua yang terjadi di jalan. Secara keseluruhan daerah itu tampak cukup tenang.

Fantastic village, beautiful surroundings and very peaceful. Train station is around a 30 minute walk from the village where you can get cheap trains to Rome and the airport. Great place to get a good night’s rest and good value too. I stayed there between flights so it was convenient as it is only 1 hour 15 minutes by train to the airport. There are restaurants, plenty of toilets and even a shuttle bus. I didn’t use any of these services because I just needed to sleep but there are lots of amenities. I stayed in a basic room which had 2 beds, table, light and power socket. That’s all you need. There is a heater and blankets for when it gets cold. A generous amount of toilet paper is also provided which can be used in the shared toilets. Staff are friendly. All in all a great place to stay!

Objection evaluation: Firstly, the location is great. You can walk to main scenes for around 20 minutes( except Vatican, 40minutes). And the taxi fee from Termini to hotel is 10 euros. Besides, you can take taxi conveniently because there is a taxi station nearby(around 100 meters). Secondly, the “check in” session is not convenient for guests who book this hotel for just several days ago. Because there is not a email with guides and you have to explore everything by yourself. The hotel is in a building, which also contains other hotels. It’s just close to Timberland and Apple store. And you can’t open the gate because it needs a key. Luckily, we met a person who lives there and he let us in. Then you should take the elevator to 5th floor and walk downstairs for a half floor. Now you will find that you don’t have the password to get in. We knocked the door but nobody answered. So we made a phone call and sent our information by sms. And finally, later an employee came out. She is a good person and it seems like that she also does housekeeping. Thus she may not hear our knocking. The room has a beautiful view. But you can hear car horn. There were no free water, slippers or toothbrush. You need to prepare by yourself. And the bath pipe was broken and it leaked a lot of water. Also we couldn’t find the switch for exhausting fan in restroom. That is what I experienced in this hotel. Overall the hotel is fine. Hope my experience can help more people~
