The room facilities are OK, it is very convenient to be a step away from the Vatican, and the traffic can be very close to the subway. But the downside is that there is no kettle and no cup in the bathroom. And there is no one at the front desk to pick up the waiter, and the door lock has to call. This is not convenient for overseas customers!

We are so glad we found such a beautiful place for your holiday. Good safe area, quite quiet. All the sights are nearby. There are restaurants without tourists, only Italians and they are beautiful, with affordable price.
We really liked the concept of our housing. There is also a kitchen and in the room all the facilities, the room is not small. I was pleased with modern fresh repair. A beautiful bed (I can't sleep on my bed at home đ).
You come to the room and you have everything cleaned, everything is folded in places, coffee and candy. Fully corresponds to the description on the website.
Maria and Christine are wonderful, friendly and always ready to help, the language barrier has not noticed at all.
If we visit Rome again, we will definitely stop here.
Thank you, from Russia with love â€ïž

Location: Walk to the âColosseumâ and âMetro B Lineâ in 10-15 minutes, slightly sloped, in a residential area, relatively safe and quiet, there are many restaurants to choose from, cheap Pizza to Italy Meal, 24-hour supermarket. However, the road at the entrance was not smooth, there were pits everywhere, and the cigarette butts and garbage were everywhere. Breakfast: Breakfast included, but everyone can ignore it, just when there is no breakfast. The biscuit bread and the like can be taken out as a snack in the afternoon. There are many small shops around the apartment to eat breakfast, or buy something to cook yourself. Room facilities: refrigerator, oven, pots and pans are complete, condiments need to be prepared. I am booking a room in the 1 bedroom and 1 living room. The sense of space is definitely stronger than the hotel. The shower is enough for a bath of up to two men in a water heater. A female companion with long hair recommends a detour. If one person washes, there is no hot water. It takes 40-60 minutes, the shower room is very small, and the spray water is very small. And the installation position of the faucet is unreasonable, it is easy to come across, and it takes a lot of trouble to take a shower. The color of the room is too heavy, it is a bit unacceptable. Service: The service of the apartment is the same as the legend. The two younger brothers are very enthusiastic. One of them is a Chinese descendant who speaks Chinese. He gives a warm and careful introduction to the surrounding situation and can help arrange a taxi. The apartment provides free laundry, usually an apartment. A washing machine will be provided for you to wash yourself. This is rare in Europe. Every day someone cleans the room (when going out and talking to the front desk, because only 9:00 - 1:00 is the cleaning time) remind: There is currently no elevator in the apartment (the installation date, the date of completion is unknown, the Italian style of slow-moving work is not fixed for half a year), the height of the 1st floor of the apartment is equivalent to the height of 1.5 floors in the country, and the concept of the ground floor, I live in the apartment 4 The floor and the ground floor are actually on the 5th floor, plus the floor height is 1.5 times that of our country, so I calculated the height equivalent to 7-8th floor. If you have a baggage, you can imagine that they The service is very good, someone will help you to pick it up, send it down, and I will exercise myself. In addition, the reception time from 7:00 am - 11:00 pm, if the evening flight arrives, the apartment will be in advance and they will wait for the door. Recommend a nearby âRistorante Colosseo Luzziâ restaurant, traditional Italian family restaurant, cheap and delicious, on-site charcoal test pizza, Roast Lamb awesome, almost every day at the door line, their family rest on Wednesday. You can consider eating this house from the Colosseum and walking for 10 minutes.
This place was convenient and the reception lady was super helpful and kind. I highly recommend this little hidden gem in Roma. The price was affordable compared to many other places, location is great , there are trams, buses around easy to get around. Itâs also very clean. The room is very comfortable and the balcony is lovely. Thank you for everything !
The location of the hotel is very good, only 700 meters away from the station and the Colosseum. The price is not particularly expensive when visiting Italy during the Christmas years. My family stayed here, but I felt a little dizzy in the room when I first came in, so I opened the window for ventilation for a while.

HHave to travelObjection evaluation:
Firstly, the location is great. You can walk to main scenes for around 20 minutes( except Vatican, 40minutes). And the taxi fee from Termini to hotel is 10 euros. Besides, you can take taxi conveniently because there is a taxi station nearby(around 100 meters).
Secondly, the âcheck inâ session is not convenient for guests who book this hotel for just several days ago. Because there is not a email with guides and you have to explore everything by yourself.
The hotel is in a building, which also contains other hotels. Itâs just close to Timberland and Apple store. And you canât open the gate because it needs a key. Luckily, we met a person who lives there and he let us in.
Then you should take the elevator to 5th floor and walk downstairs for a half floor. Now you will find that you donât have the password to get in. We knocked the door but nobody answered. So we made a phone call and sent our information by sms. And finally, later an employee came out. She is a good person and it seems like that she also does housekeeping. Thus she may not hear our knocking.
The room has a beautiful view. But you can hear car horn. There were no free water, slippers or toothbrush. You need to prepare by yourself. And the bath pipe was broken and it leaked a lot of water. Also we couldnât find the switch for exhausting fan in restroom.
That is what I experienced in this hotel. Overall the hotel is fine. Hope my experience can help more people~
Jjessie3315The environment is tidy, the service staff is good, the front desk also helps to carry luggage, breakfast is better, and it is within 10 minutes' drive from the airport. The only drawback is that there is no shuttle bus to the airport, taxis are required, and taxi drivers are too close, the asking price is 30 euros, and the last 20 euros are sold. There are many restaurants and bars near the hotel, but I chose two different restaurants for two meals, and they all tasted bad, which was the worst trip in Italy.
TThe Black Asian JaThis hotel is very compact but they maximized on the actual accommodation space. My room was on another building and the receptionist who was very sweet, gave me a tutorial with the keys and elevator. If you're not as familiar with Europe as I am, this was am absolutely necessary step. Once I was in, the room was spacious, clean, nicely decorated and comfortable. The bathroom was just as nice. Sitting on the Tiber river, from the hotel, you get a nice view of the river and street below. The room was also surprisingly very quiet as I was unable to hear any traffic once the windows were closed. Breakfast was served in my room at precisely the requested time on my first morning which was tasty and wholesome and for my second morning, I needed to go to the breakfast station on the main building... which was okay. The location is 10 to 15 minutes walk from most of the sites and about 30 to 35 minutes walk from the colessuem. I felt quite safe while walking but still vigilant of course and the reception also gave me a map, showed me how to use and and educated me on the best routes to take to maximize my time. All in all, great room, service and location. I would highly recommend.
For improvements though, they could give their guest an oral care set and bed slippers as with many hotels I stayed at on this trip
GGuest UserThe room was OK, but it was not warm at this time. There was no heating, only the air conditioning was uncomfortable, everything else was OK. The location was convenient, there were many restaurants downstairs. The supermarket was not far away.
ííê”ìŹëìGood location
10 minutes walk to the Colosseum
The boss is kind and nice
It was an old building, so it wasn't stylish.
I left bread in the evening, but the ants ă ă
GGuest UserThe hotel has a certain quirkyness to it, which I found enlightening. The hotel can be difficult to find at first, with a small sign and on the 4th floor. Though very centrally located to most places of interest within walking distance, St.Peters, the Collosuim, Trevi fountain and very close to the Pantheon (I did this all in a day!).
The lift/elevator does lend itself to one that Poirrot would have been comfortable using, in a positive way and something that I enjoyed using. A very good selection for a robust breakfast to help you start the day and fresh.
The room was clean, comfortable and suitable for either one or two people for as long as required. I had the on suite bathroom.
The staff were very sympathic to my questions and were very helpful. Please thank the gentleman that waited patiently for my arrival and also the cleaner, who was even more helpful and alway happy to help.
This will be my first port of call, if ever I come back to Rome. Thank you.
Ssalvalasilvia The hotel has THE PERFECT LOCATION. Itâs walking distance (10 minutes) from the railway station but far away enough to be in a safe area, near 2 amazing basilicas. As you can see in the photos, I had a wonderful view of Basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore from the room.
The hotel is the restored old granary of Basilica of Santa Prassede. Itâs an historic building, each floor has the names of the cereals that were stored here.
The staff is very kind, very very efficient and generally lovely.
The room was clean, not too spacious, especially the bathroom, but ok.
Unfortunately we booked a room with breakfast, but the hotel doesnât offer this service any longer (not the hotelâs fault, but the booking supplier). Thankfully there are some nice bar in the area and the reception staff was able to direct us (go early as they are all quite busy).
Overall I would definitely recommend it.
GGuest UserWe were very happy with the room and it felt safe and secure, and it was really close to Rome Termini. Also within easy reach of the main tourist sites. The apartment was really well fitted out and clearly it has been recently refurbished. Shower and shower room were good. There were a few things that would have made our stay better - all little details. There was no tea towel; no mugs for a cup of tea despite there being a kettle; the kitchen drawer wouldnât open as it had been fitted too close to the front door - you had to open the front door to get it open. The small table lamp didnât work so we only had one main light; there was no number on the front door but we worked it out. Addressing these would turn a good experience in to a great experience.
