MMinnieVDIt's a good location, but the hotel is a little bit old, there's no elevator, so we need to carry our luggage through stairs & it's quite difficult for some with heavy luggage. Also, we didn't like the food for breakfast, maybe they have to improve next time. Anyway, the housekeeper is kind.

GGuest UserWe chose this hotel based on price. The room had all the amenities except TV. But we got by without the wave. The only thing missing was boiling water. But we were embarrassed to mention it. At the same time, the hostess is very welcoming. She even offered us a higher class room, but we refused.
Very soft and comfortable beds. Full set of towels. It’s a pity that there aren’t enough shelves in the bathroom and room.
Before entering the hotel, the hostess helped save our things, as we were flying out and returning to them. It’s convenient that you can always order food and have lunch/dinner. The hostess cooks it herself. There is a small supermarket and bakery nearby.
In addition, the hosts can arrange a tour to different regions of Armenia.
The location of the hotel has both pros and cons. It is located quite close to the city center and there are many buses going there. Opposite is the intercity bus station. But from there you can only go to Russia and Georgia. Market.
On the other hand, it’s a bit far to get to the center without a bus. And it is not so easy to find this hotel if you are not friends with Google or Yandex. A road with broken pavement leads to it, because... Dump trucks pass through it from time to time. There are other hotels nearby.

RRosieA beautiful, recently renovated apartment with all the necessary amenities to make it a really enjoyable stay. The beds were comfortable and the apartment was spacious and spotlessly clean. Would definitely recommend!

GGuest UserThe guest house is located aside from the road on which the buses go, so it is quiet and quiet. From the airport you can get to it by bus number 100 for 300 Armenian dramas (central bus station). It is a good option if in Yerevan a long transplant and it is necessary to wait for the next flight - cheap, clean, everything necessary to eat (showers, dishes, teapot), food only not to prepare, the stove for guests is not provided, but there is a microwave. Near the guest house it is hard to find where to eat, no cafe with home food, no supermarket. Just a cafe along the road where the chess and a small shop are cooked. We have a good rest between the flights, here quietly and quietly.
