This charming 1940s home is minutes away from I-80 and I-25 and is located in one of Cheyenne's original neighborhoods. It has been newly designed with modern comforts and style, while preserving the architectural details. Keeping our guests experience in mind, our home includes: WiFi, Smart TV's, luxury bedding, a beautiful mural of the Tetons and much more.The suite features 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, the master bedroom has a 55" TV. Our home offers a living room with a 75" smart tv, a dining area, a well-equipped kitchenette with a dishwasher, mini fridge and microwave. You will also find a brand new washer/dryer, laundry room stocked with detergent and fabric softener for guest use, and a fenced backyard. The bathroom is stocked with fresh towels, shampoo, conditioner, and soap.Guests have a private entrance on the side of the house that leads to this downstairs unit. The apartment is also just 4 blocks from Kendrick Park which offers walkways along Little Goose Creek, playgrounds, and a band shell hosting bands as well as theater events through the summer months. Don’t forget to stop by the historic ice cream shop there in the park as well. There are also miles and miles of walking/bicycle trails in and around Sheridan.Located just a short drive from the Big Horn mountains, you will find wide empty spaces of wilderness with breathtaking views in all directions. You'll find your preferred cream option in the fridge, along with beer and wine, and simple, easy to prepare meal options on the shelves. My goal in designing the Suite was for it to be as luxurious as a boutique hotel, but with the comforts-and cookies- of grandma's house. You'll find fresh baked muffins or other pastries for breakfast, and you are welcome to do laundry in the adjacent laundry room. The Blue Sky Suite is allergen-free and scent free, so you'll breathe easy. Excellent for an overnight stop, a weekend getaway, or a month-long visit. We are centrally located 1 block to the UW campus, and with good sushi, Irish food, and the best breakfast in town only a stone's throw from the house.
