I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. The location is strategic, with easy access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and public transportation. Despite its prime location, the hotel offers very reasonable prices, making it a great value for money. The staff were also friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant experience throughout my stay. This hotel located next to the Kuching International Airport. To those who arrive late night or catch for early flight, this hotel is a perfect place to stay. This hotel also spacious and amazingly clean.

It was a good hotel, cold lobby, ballroom are big and spaces restaurants but the location is a bit out of the city. Having the shopping mall connected is very convenient and the shops nearby caters to one's basic needs without having to go too far.

Breakfast at the Chinese Resto ( Gu Jin) was awesome! Love the siew mai and dumplings. Definitely will  go again! Kudos Sheraton Kuching.

in the centre of downtown what more can u ask for and for me it’s the best hotel boutique for traveller to enjoy their stay here with easy adjacent to the Plaza Merdeka Mall via Lobby Floor and Level 4 link to Mall FoodPlaza for people’s to meet. highly recommend to everyone for best amenities and river/city view with Club Floor or normal floor for u to enjoy the serenity’s. furthermore the Level 13 if a must to visit for sunset view’s and chills with the love one’s.

they were renovating during our stay so some ammenities weren’t exactly where they are but overall it was a value for money stay. they upgraded us to the executive suite which was a really big room. some parts of the room like the paint is abit worn down if you really stare at it. the water pressure was really bad but despite that the room was clean and service was good. in room meal was not the best in terms of taste, didnt get breakfast tho. hopefully once the renovations are done it will look much betterb

I stay here whenever i have meetings in miri. The location is superb. It's a well-maintained old hotel. No toothbrush and toothpaste. Ample parking space except in the weekend - a lot of events are held here. The staff was always friendly

My 2nd time staying here. This time experience standard double room included breakfast. It is worth experiencing that this price also includes breakfast for two people. The food is pretty good and delicious. Room size just nice for me. Just the Wi-Fi connection not so stable in the room . The service staff is very good. Hotel lobby environment nice and comfortable. Got massage chair and vending machine。 High recommended 👍

We stayed in Tower B for two nights to attend wedding function. Room comes with a good view of Rajang River. Our room was with key card and nice view ,whereas we saw a friend's room in Tower A which is using a key, no view and older toilet ( water easily collected around bathtub and spilled on toilet follow while showering causing toilet to be wet), and thinner bath towel provided. Although our room only comes with 2 pillows and no ironing board , but it was provided free upon request by room service. Hotel has a hair salon conveniently located inside, and surrounded by food eateries.

The location is awesome The room conditions is horrible, bathroom sink was stuck even can make a swimming pool. Can smell the dust in the atmosphere , celling got a lot fungus. The service is good, when I report the problem of the room they strict change a new renovation room to me, this is worth to give 👍🏻

Service is always excellent here. Location is the best - close to laundromat, food, pubs, short walk to waterfront. This was my 3rd time staying here and this time my room was facing the street opposite a very busy pub. Staff warned me at check in which was kind of them. Room came with earplugs. Did not need them. The warning is purely so they can contact the pubs owner if need be, as there are strict noise laws for these reasons. Great stay as always. Will stay again.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The accommodation quit nice and the room was large. But there is a couple of issues. First, I was able to hear a noise from the room next door. Also, I was disappointed to find the amenities provided only for one person instead of two. But overall, I enjoyed my time.

We really love everything, starting from the hotel design and it is very clean. The carpark is really something new, that your car will be lifted into the building, should be one of its kind in Miri. Overall, it is a good experience..

I have been staying this hotel while every time travelling to Miri. Great location with easy to look for food and light grocery shopping nearby the hotel. The hotel offer guests gym, sauna and swimming pool facilities. However, the operating hours for this facilities from 10am to 6pm only, hopefully can extend longer hours for the guests convenience.

I recently had a one-night stay at Jinhold Hotel and Apartment in Miri during a transit stop, and here is my review: Strengths: -Affordable and Budget-Friendly: At just SGD 60 per night, this hotel offers excellent value for travelers seeking convenience without breaking the bank. -Prime Location with Exceptional Accessibility: The hotel is ideally located directly across from Miri Airport, making it a perfect choice for transit travelers or those with early flights. The complimentary hourly shuttle van service was especially helpful. For our 8 AM flight, we needed to be at the airport by 6 AM for check-in and baggage drop, and the shuttle service provided seamless transportation without the hassle of arranging additional transport. -Secure Parking Facilities: An added benefit was the option to rent a parking space in the hotel’s basement. We opted to leave our car there at a reasonable rate of RM53 per night. The facility was secure, giving us peace of mind while we were away. -Spacious and Functional Accommodations: The room was spacious, clean, and equipped with the essential amenities one would expect from a transit hotel. While the facilities were simple, they were practical and met our basic needs comfortably. Areas for Improvement: -Elevator Reliability: One of the elevators presented some issues during our stay. It lacked air-conditioning, and its performance was somewhat erratic. Upon our return to pick up our car, we noted that the same elevator was out of service entirely, which was inconvenient for guests needing access to the basement parking. -Bed Design Flaws: The bed’s structure could use significant improvement. It consisted of two mattresses placed on a wooden platform, but the edges of the mattresses tended to tilt outward. This created an unstable sleeping experience and gave the impression that one might roll off the bed if not positioned carefully. Conclusion: Overall, Jinhold Hotel and Apartment is a highly convenient and budget-conscious option for transit travelers. Its proximity to Miri Airport, coupled with the free shuttle service and secure parking facilities, makes it an appealing choice. Despite minor issues with the elevator and bed design, the practicality and affordability outweigh these drawbacks. I would consider staying here again for the convenience it provides.

Comfortable and very clean room. Good necessities are provided in the room. Only when entering, the smell is a bit unpleasant. The kolok noodle breakfast is not very good. Too simple and the kolok noodles are quite raw.
