Hotel Dengan Gym di Campania, Italia

Kami memesan kamar dengan pemandangan laut, sungguh luar biasa. Matahari pagi bersinar ke dalam ruangan setiap pagi, Kastil Ovo ada di depan kita, dan balkon memiliki pemandangan tak berujung. Hotelnya cukup memuaskan, dan restoran sarapannya memiliki pemandangan laut dua sisi. Sangat mudah untuk pergi ke berbagai tempat wisata dari sini, karena taksi tersedia tepat di luar pintu; ada banyak pilihan tempat makan dan kedai kopi di dekatnya. Pelayanan di meja depan sangat ramah, terutama Rossella, yang sangat baik, berbicara bahasa Inggris dengan baik, dan membantu saya mencari tahu rute ke Pompeii dengan transportasi umum dan jadwal kereta. Dia luar biasa! Saya sangat merekomendasikan hotel ini.

Hotel itself is pretty standard as what you would expect from any big chain hotels, but service was definitely not up to par. We were told there would be valet service - there was none. The bus boys just told us to park ourselves. FINE. Then after I've checked in I asked if the luggage will be sent up to our room - reception then asked if I got a luggage ticket to which I told him we weren't given anything. The bus boys just stood around the entrance. He said they would be sent up shortly but given how they were just standing around we just took our luggage ourselves - mind you I am 6 months pregnant and obviously so but they did not offer any help. Once we got to our room the air conditioning was not working - we kept dialing it down but there was no air. Amazing to find out the AC wasn't working for the price we paid. The room is stuffy and even the hallway was cooler. Also during our stay there was conference - we were given a room on the same floor as conference participants and as expected they were loud and rowdy at night. We could hear them talking in the hallway at night when we called reception they said there was nothing they can do. So very helpful. Upon check out, the same bus boy stood around while watching a pregnant lady wheel 4 pieces of luggage out. I really just wonder what they do other than standing around all day hanging in the shade. Service is terrible here and I've had better service at small boutique or family run hotels than here. The only upside to this stay was that the rooms are spacious and clean and that's about it.

I really appreciate the service of this hotel. I left an IPAD in the room and my friend left a watch. When we contacted the hotel, they responded quickly. Although some staff had difficulty communicating with them, we were able to get our things back in the end. At the same time, TRIP.COM customer service also helped us in this matter. Internet mengungkapkan bahwa luas kamar itu 18 meter persegi, tetapi berdasarkan pemeriksaan visual setelah pindah, tidak mungkin luasnya 18 meter persegi. Jika kamar mandi tidak disertakan, luas ruangan mungkin kurang dari 9 meter persegi. Dan tata letaknya tidak seperti yang ditunjukkan dalam foto, tetapi ada dua tempat tidur, satu besar dan satu kecil, berdampingan. Dibandingkan dengan tarif kamar yang lebih dari 1800, hotel ini sungguh tidak sepadan.

Kami memesan tiga kamar dengan tipe yang sama, dua di antaranya berukuran lebih dari 20 meter persegi, dengan kamar mandi basah dan kering terpisah, dan satu di antaranya adalah kamar bebas penghalang. Kamar tempat saya tinggal sangat kecil, hanya cukup untuk satu kotak. Yang lainnya hanya dapat ditempatkan di koridor di pintu kamar mandi, yang sangat merepotkan untuk masuk dan keluar. Kamar mandinya tidak memisahkan area basah dan kering, dan sangat lembap dan tidak nyaman selama dua malam saya menginap di sana. Kamar memiliki balkon, tepat di seberang stasiun kereta, transportasi yang nyaman, sarapan enak, dan banyak restoran di sekitarnya.

Il camping é situato a circa un paio di chilometri da Sorrento e per raggiungere il centro c’è il servizio navetta molto comodo al costo di 2€ a viaggio. La vista panoramica molto bella, all’interno del camping c’è il bar ristorante pizzeria il market e la piscina, é possibile raggiungere la piccola spiaggia a 10 minuti di camminata. All’interno del camping non si paga in contanti, ma con carta. Io sono stato al ristorante ordinando pizza da asporto e devo dire che era ottima così come i cornetti che prendevo per colazione al bar.

Palazzo Caracciolo is a great place to stay right in the heart of Naples, perfectly located close to amenities and many traditional spots. We know Naples quite well and have stayed in many different accommodations over the years, and this is definitely one of the best we’ve experienced. What truly makes the difference is the staff. From reception to the kitchen, everyone was incredibly friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The room was fine overall, but there are a few areas that could use improvement. The hairdryer and the TV felt quite outdated, the mattress seemed a bit worn, and the pillows were much too soft for our taste. Despite these minor issues, the excellent location and the outstanding staff really improve the stay and make Palazzo Caracciolo a place we wil happily return to.
