Hotel Dengan Gym di Delhi, India

The breakfast buffet was horrible absolutely terrible! There wasn’t a single piece of chicken, and 98% of the food was Indian dishes. We saw so many foreigners walking around the buffet just staring at the food, not knowing what to eat. What’s shocking is that when we ordered from their restaurant, the food was expensive but truly delicious! So how can the buffet be so bad while the restaurant food is amazing? It really feels like they’re deliberately making the buffet awful so people don’t eat it. On top of that, the rooms were run down and horrible definitely not worth the price. The only good thing was the staff, who were kind and polite. But overall, this place was a big disappointment. Never coming back again!

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Saya membuat 3 reservasi terpisah di hotel ini sebelum kedatangan saya karena saya akan berada di India lebih lama dari yang direncanakan semula. Saya menginap total 9 malam. Dalam catatan reservasi saya, saya bertanya apakah saya dapat menginap di kamar yang sama selama masa tinggal saya. Saya memesan kamar twin dengan pe***dangan kolam renang. Ketika saya tiba di hotel, saya mengajukan permintaan yang sama, dan staf check-in memastikan bahwa saya dapat memiliki kamar yang sama. Kamar yang saya dapatkan hanya memiliki satu tempat tidur dan menghadap lokasi konstruksi. Kemudian saya mengetahui sendiri bahwa kolam renang sedang direnovasi. Kamar itu juga memiliki retakan besar di jendela. Saya memberi tahu staf tentang masalah tersebut dan meminta pergantian kamar, dan diberitahu bahwa seseorang akan datang membantu saya pin*** pada waktu yang ditentukan. Itu tidak terjadi. Mereka tidak meminta maaf. Selama masa menginap saya, kunci kamar saya dinonaktifkan dua kali (mungkin karena reservasi terpisah saya), pintu kamar mengalami kerusakan, brankas tidak berfungsi dua kali, dan TV kehilangan sinyal dua kali. Menjelang akhir, saya memasang tanda ”jangan ganggu”, tetapi menerima email dan panggilan telepon yang terus berdering menanyakan apakah saya yakin tidak membutuhkan layanan kebersihan. I stayed here for 6 nights. The hotel is quite outdated and in need of refurbishment. The room was spacious, and they provided complimentary water generously. However, the elevator was very slow, and it took a long time to go up to the room. Unfortunately, the front office team was not helpful at all. I felt they were quite new. They arranged my car going to Taj Mahal 30 minutes late, and the front office staff insisted that I was mistaken. It was very frustrating because I had proof and a message sent to the concierge requesting the car at 5:00 AM. I ended up calling the Night Manager to report the issue. The saving grace was the hotel driver (Ardos—apologies if I spelled his name incorrectly), who provided excellent customer service. He was very good and made sure I was comfortable throughout the journey. He is a wonderful staff member who truly goes above and beyond. He was very helpful and kind. Someone like him should be well taken care of by the management. Kudos to him!

The only reason the stay was good because the room was very clean and housekeeping was done everyday. Otherwise, the toilet flush had problem, the safe box didn't work and the promise to get it replaced never came. Sometimes the lifts have some issues closing which leave the guests leaving the lift and waiting for another. It would have been good to have more breakfast variety being a 5 star hotel. The service recovery duration is pretty slow and need to call them a few times to chase. Above all, it would be great if the staffs at the reception area are more welcoming and have a smile on their face. Each time I approach them they hardly have a smile on their face and they give a very monotonous reply. I had high expectations on this hotel being a 5 star rating but it was quite disappointing.

My stay at Hilton Garden Inn, Saket – New Delhi was a truly pleasant experience. The hotel strikes a perfect balance between comfort, professionalism, and convenience. Located in the heart of South Delhi, it is extremely close to Select Citywalk Mall and major business and leisure hubs, making it ideal for both business travelers and tourists. The rooms were spacious, spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully designed with comfortable beds and modern amenities. Housekeeping standards were excellent, and the overall ambience of the hotel felt calm and welcoming. The staff deserves special appreciation — courteous, attentive, and always ready to help with a warm smile. From check-in to check-out, the service was smooth and efficient. The food quality was impressive, especially the breakfast spread, which offered a good variety of Indian and continental options. The restaurant ambience was pleasant, and service was prompt. Overall, Hilton Saket lives up to the Hilton brand promise of quality and comfort. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Delhi and would definitely choose to stay here again.

Very comfortable one night stay between flights. We were able to get a late checkout which meant we had a relaxed afternoon until our return to the airport in the evening. The location is good for the airport although there doesn't seem much around apart from other hotels. Breakfast was very good in the hotel restaurant. We ate dinner in the Citrus Cafe at the attached Lemontree Premier, this was an excellent a la carte meal, there was also a buffet available but we didn't try that.
