I had a very pleasant stay at Ibis New Delhi Aerocity. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and very well organized.
The location is excellent, especially for travelers who need to stay close to the airport. The room was comfortable, quiet, and well maintained, which made my stay very relaxing.
The staff were professional and helpful, and the overall service was smooth and efficient. Everything felt modern and well managed.
I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting New Delhi, especially if you are looking for a reliable and comfortable stay near the airport.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.
I stayed here for 6 nights. The hotel is quite outdated and in need of refurbishment. The room was spacious, and they provided complimentary water generously. However, the elevator was very slow, and it took a long time to go up to the room.
Unfortunately, the front office team was not helpful at all. I felt they were quite new. They arranged my car going to Taj Mahal 30 minutes late, and the front office staff insisted that I was mistaken. It was very frustrating because I had proof and a message sent to the concierge requesting the car at 5:00 AM. I ended up calling the Night Manager to report the issue.
The saving grace was the hotel driver (Ardos—apologies if I spelled his name incorrectly), who provided excellent customer service. He was very good and made sure I was comfortable throughout the journey. He is a wonderful staff member who truly goes above and beyond. He was very helpful and kind. Someone like him should be well taken care of by the management. Kudos to him!
The hotel is about ten minute walk, less than five minute ride from Dwarka 21. The facilities seem to be fine, and services are fine. The hotel restaurant was decent.
The room is nice, service good, staff friendly. But the food is no way up to tue quality expected for this establishment. The buffet is positively booting. At £50 per person per dinner I was quite disappointed, as was my family. Breakfast is ok, but nothing to wrote home about. I was expecting more for this cost.

Saya merasa Hotel ini sesuai dengan pepatah terkenal ”bersih untuk standar India” mungkin.
Sejauh ini saya tidak mengerti apa yang dimaksud orang karena semua hotel saya sebelumnya adalah yang terbaik.
Yang ini agak tua, perlu disegarkan dan karena itu tampak sedikit lebih kotor juga.
Seprai tampak bersih dan handuk-meskipun berubah warna-memiliki bau pemutih yang menenangkan.
Secara keseluruhan...mungkin tempat yang lebih baik untuk Paharganj, staf dan kea***annya luar biasa.

I stayed here for two nights - one at the beginning of a two week India adventure and one at the end.
Absolutely lovely room on both occasions, spotlessly clean and with a great selection of complimentary tea, coffee, water. Choice of snacks in a minibar which were really cheap too. Huge bed, very comfortable, great air on.
The staff and the service they provided were excellent - I’m pretty sure they don’t earn a great deal and they work so hard - so it’s nice to be able to tip generously!
Restaurant is lovely with an amazing breakfast buffet - or they’ll pack you up a breakfast to go bag if you ask at reception. The hotel will also provide a driver and car for airport runs (a bargain at 1100 rupees - so leave a generous tip!). Great little coffee shop/cake section too which was great to sit and people watch on an evening - again, soooo cheap but lovely.

I had an excellent stay at Saket 27, and I can honestly say it’s the best hotel I’ve stayed at in India.
The location is fantastic, especially if you need to be around South Delhi. It’s conveniently close to the mall and Max Super Speciality Hospital Saket, which made getting around very easy.
The hotel itself is very clean, modern, and well maintained, and it truly meets international standards in terms of comfort and service. The rooms are stylish and comfortable, and the overall environment is calm and welcoming.
My experience from check-in to check-out was smooth and pleasant. If you’re looking for a reliable, high-quality hotel in Delhi, I would highly recommend Hotel Saket 27. It was a wonderful stay and I would definitely return. 😊

Convenient close to Airport both T2 and T3. It’s not luxury hotel however good for a night stay in reasonable price. Overall experience was fine as expected. We just booked for a night as had to take flight next day from T2.

Very comfortable one night stay between flights. We were able to get a late checkout which meant we had a relaxed afternoon until our return to the airport in the evening. The location is good for the airport although there doesn't seem much around apart from other hotels. Breakfast was very good in the hotel restaurant. We ate dinner in the Citrus Cafe at the attached Lemontree Premier, this was an excellent a la carte meal, there was also a buffet available but we didn't try that.

TTamuThe breakfast buffet was horrible absolutely terrible! There wasn’t a single piece of chicken, and 98% of the food was Indian dishes. We saw so many foreigners walking around the buffet just staring at the food, not knowing what to eat. What’s shocking is that when we ordered from their restaurant, the food was expensive but truly delicious! So how can the buffet be so bad while the restaurant food is amazing? It really feels like they’re deliberately making the buffet awful so people don’t eat it.
On top of that, the rooms were run down and horrible definitely not worth the price. The only good thing was the staff, who were kind and polite. But overall, this place was a big disappointment. Never coming back again!

TTamuSaya membuat 3 reservasi terpisah di hotel ini sebelum kedatangan saya karena saya akan berada di India lebih lama dari yang direncanakan semula. Saya menginap total 9 malam. Dalam catatan reservasi saya, saya bertanya apakah saya dapat menginap di kamar yang sama selama masa tinggal saya. Saya memesan kamar twin dengan pe***dangan kolam renang.
Ketika saya tiba di hotel, saya mengajukan permintaan yang sama, dan staf check-in memastikan bahwa saya dapat memiliki kamar yang sama.
Kamar yang saya dapatkan hanya memiliki satu tempat tidur dan menghadap lokasi konstruksi. Kemudian saya mengetahui sendiri bahwa kolam renang sedang direnovasi. Kamar itu juga memiliki retakan besar di jendela. Saya memberi tahu staf tentang masalah tersebut dan meminta pergantian kamar, dan diberitahu bahwa seseorang akan datang membantu saya pin*** pada waktu yang ditentukan. Itu tidak terjadi. Mereka tidak meminta maaf.

MMemory HallMore than likely the best luxury hotel in New Delhi, the food is as good advertised, the staff are doing all they coukd within the small room Taj hierarchy allows them. As I finally got the minibar deposit back, I have to give it the deserved 5/5 algorithmic vote for the 2nd night.
The overpriced Minibar Scam
I don't drink Sugar which is even more irritating. That said I know the price of an unhealthy soda can...which is literally sold for 10% the rpice 50 meters away with the same barcode. The overpriced common soda aka Minibar scam, is no longer acceptable. Hotels that insist on insulting their guests with over priced Soda Cans will no longer be Luxury hotels...make a note of this, all new Luxury Resorts offer free minibar and depositless instant checkin...self checkout...because they want guests to remember the stay...systematic harassment at checkout is not Luxury at all, hotels that can't change outdated and malignant policies will be left behind, the minibar overpiced sodacan makes guests assume the restaurant and rooms are also 10 times overpriced...the overpriced Soda Can is the diagnostic marker that any guest can easily identify with confidence. If a Hotel can't afford a Free Minibar it is not a Luxury Hotel.
All High-End Luxury hotels offer Free Minibar as it costs little to nothing; it projects opulence and true Luxury. Guests don't question the price of their restaurants or accommodation as they no longer have an overpriced Soda Can to serve as their reference point of Value.
Once Taj confirms they made it a brand policy to get rid of the Minibar scam, they will benefit greatly from fast checkin and prompt checkout & unnecessary deposits...there will be less adversial intepersonal energy with the guests, nobody wants to feel taken advantage of...getting rid of the outdated pre-internet Minibar scam is how the best Luxury Distinguish themselves from the lower class scam establishments
MMages VetriThe only reason the stay was good because the room was very clean and housekeeping was done everyday. Otherwise, the toilet flush had problem, the safe box didn't work and the promise to get it replaced never came. Sometimes the lifts have some issues closing which leave the guests leaving the lift and waiting for another. It would have been good to have more breakfast variety being a 5 star hotel. The service recovery duration is pretty slow and need to call them a few times to chase. Above all, it would be great if the staffs at the reception area are more welcoming and have a smile on their face. Each time I approach them they hardly have a smile on their face and they give a very monotonous reply. I had high expectations on this hotel being a 5 star rating but it was quite disappointing.
TTamuMy stay at Hilton Garden Inn, Saket – New Delhi was a truly pleasant experience. The hotel strikes a perfect balance between comfort, professionalism, and convenience. Located in the heart of South Delhi, it is extremely close to Select Citywalk Mall and major business and leisure hubs, making it ideal for both business travelers and tourists.
The rooms were spacious, spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully designed with comfortable beds and modern amenities. Housekeeping standards were excellent, and the overall ambience of the hotel felt calm and welcoming.
The staff deserves special appreciation — courteous, attentive, and always ready to help with a warm smile. From check-in to check-out, the service was smooth and efficient.
The food quality was impressive, especially the breakfast spread, which offered a good variety of Indian and continental options. The restaurant ambience was pleasant, and service was prompt.
