Their warm smiles and professionalism set a positive tone for my stay. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, with modern decor and a comfortable atmosphere. My room was spacious, impeccably clean, and equipped with all the amenities I could ask for, ensuring a relaxing stay. The bed was especially comfortable, making it easy to unwind after a busy day. The service throughout my stay was exceptional. Ramandeep and her team were always available to assist with any inquiries or requests, and their attention to detail truly made a difference. Overall, I highly recommend Mercure Hotel Chandigarh for anyone visiting the area. The combination of excellent service, comfortable accommodations, and a welcoming atmosphere makes it a top choice. The property has maintained what one expects from TAJ hospitality. From check-in through check-out was an excellent experience. This hotel is definitely worth the price. The location is great, and the gym is a nice bonus. The breakfast and lunch were good, adding to the overall experience. The staff is polite and courteous, making the stay even more pleasant. A special shout-out to the reception team—they were extremely helpful throughout my stay. A huge thanks to the receptionist who accommodated my late check-out. Excellent service!

Ctrip gave this hotel four diamonds, which I think is a bit exaggerated. In fact, the room facilities are very common, and I feel that it is not as good as home in China. The room is not allowed to smoke, every time I go downstairs to smoke 🚬, the staff is very cold, but in general it is okay.
