I recently stayed at the Ibis Budget Hotel in Manchester and had an excellent experience. The hotel's proximity to the airport made it incredibly convenient for our trip, especially since we were picking up my son from the airport. The hotel was impeccably clean, and the room was comfortable, providing all the essentials for a good night's rest. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more pleasant. Well located hotel for my business trip and good facilities. Lovely large room, comfortable and quiet. Good for short stay. Just small bits of feedback...I was given a disabled room and thought the emergency pull was located too close to the toilet roll holder but loved having a large wet room style shower room. I found the sheets a tad hard and duvets too hot for me so a blanket would have been handy. I'd stay again and recommend it as overall ticked a lot of boxes.

Parking: The parking arrangement is convenient if you’re driving, especially with free parking between 8 pm and 8 am. Outside of those hours, you’ll need to pay, so keep that in mind if you’re staying for longer stretches. Hotel Condition: This is where the hotel shows its age. The building is very old, and while it has some charm, it could definitely use an upgrade. You can feel the wear and tear in the common areas and some of the rooms. Rooms: The rooms are a mixed bag. The basic rooms are just that—basic. They’re not particularly comfortable, and if you’re picky about where you sleep, you might feel underwhelmed. However, if you go for one of the upgraded rooms, the experience is much better. Those rooms feel cleaner and more inviting. Breakfast: Breakfast is a solid deal at just £9. It’s not a luxury spread, but it gets the job done. You’ll find the usual options for a budget-friendly hotel breakfast. Staff: The staff are a highlight of the hotel. Only stayed here for a short trip with access to Piccadilly gardens. Great location to get around Manchester. Basic hotel room, had kettle and hairdryer in room. No iron in room, but you could use the iron on the 6th floor Didn’t use the onsite restaurant & bar etc due to other commitments

I was checked in by a friendly staff member. The room was clean and big enough. I had everything I needed. The breakfast was very good and the staff were helpful and polite. The only downside was the bed and the pillows- not very comfortable.

Nice clean room and modern clean shower room. The hotel is in a good location and within easy reach of the city centre. Quite a good buffet breakfast but the restaurant area is quite small and gets very busy so best to avoid peak time.

Perfect budget friendly hotel. We stayed here for one night and it was just what we needed. Great location, near loads of restaurants and bars. The reception/bar area was cool and quirky. The staff were really friendly from start to finish. We got the no window king room, which had a massive bed and tv which loads of lighting. Was compact but worked well. The free coffee machine is an added bonus. Overall great experience and i’ll be back for sure

Boiling hot public areas. Too hot. Stifling. No need for it, when its mild outside, and it was. Pleasant service from all the staff I spoke with. Had a meal in the bar, which I ordered at 21.15, which I thought was pretty good, the fact that the kitchen was still open. I went straight to bed afterwards, so hadn't noticed that neither the kettle nor the TV in my room worked. Disappointed really, and, cheap room or not, hardly what you expect. I reported it to reception and got a free coffee to take away, since I was checking out. On balance then, a mixed bag, but I would stay again. Where else can you get a room in Manchester for £34.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Lovely breakfast room very spacious. Close to my sons apartment as I travelled from Northumberland as he took me to AO Arena for concert for my upcoming birthday. Only downside which isn't a complaint is my rooms bathroom had leaky sink and heated towel rail and some black spots around bath grout area. Also noisy plumbing sounds throughout my 2 night stay which was just shy of £200 and sadly kept waking me up throughout the night. May be related to the leaks?

My room was meant to be with king size bed but we got 2 single beds joined together, the single beds had wheels on them so they kept rolling away from each other. It would also move around when you’d try to get into bed. Beds were super high as well, and when they are on wheels it’s a bit tricky to get into one of them especially if you’re short and overweight. Tv was not working, super old so had no smart hub, so no Netflix or any other platforms, you can’t even stream your screen view from your phone. Antenna had no reception so you couldn’t even watch any regular tv programs. Other than that, shower was great and clean, everything else in the room was also clean and the room was pretty spacious which I really liked. Location is great, you have an access to a gym.

Hilton is always top-notched in terms of service, cleanliness and overall. Would definitely comeby here again. The check-in was smooth and as a gold member, i was given complimentary drinks and the cookies. The room was complete and had all the necessities.

Couldn’t be more pleased with our stay at Tribe - excellent room and facilities. The restaurant is well above average and the food was excellent. It made our early morning start much better than would otherwise have been the case. Highly recommended to all.

We had a pleasant stay at this new and clean hotel. The bed was very comfortable, and we appreciated the thoughtful touch of complimentary snacks and drinks provided at check-in. The breakfast spread was excellent and delicious. The location is very convenient for Terminal 2. However, there aren’t any nearby restaurants, and since we were using Terminal 1, it took about 15 minutes to walk there. Overall, it’s a great choice, highly recommended.

During my stay, one of the restaurant staff was rude and made my family and me feel uneasy. The person didn't have good customer service skills, and it felt like we were being treated badly, which was upsetting. On the positive side, the receptionist was welcoming, lovely breakfast and the location is convenient.

If you stay at a Premier Inn bring a toilet brush! I use Premier Inn quite a lot - convenient, comfortable and value for money. Not this time! There seems to have been a change in corporate policy, for the worse. The card that I got when checking in told me that I could get my room made up by informing Reception before 12:00, which I did. Upon my return to the room nothing had been done! Reception then informed me that their head office policy now was for stays longer than one night, rooms would only be made up after 5 days! Fortunately they found some clean towels, replacement tea bags and a toilet brush. Someone from the bar then helped me make up the room and clean the bathroom. Top marks for staff helpfulness but no marks for corporate cleanliness.

Was my first time at Premier Inn and i was pleasantly surprised with the whole experience. Since there are two hotels on site, I wasn’t sure which ones i was to be in so my Uber driver had to wait while i went inside the hotel. I walked right past the reception desk ( easy to miss bc its so small) and went to kiosk but wasn’t being successfully with it. So teh employee at teh reception desk came over and asked if her could help and checked me in in a heartbeat, allowing me to dismiss the Uber driver. Then the same employee not only helped me with my luggage, but took it up in the elevator for me, and the whole time he explained the amenities of the hotel. Once we reached my room, he continued to show me how the key and electricity works, etc. He also arranged for my airport shuttle in the morning. I’m sorry I can’t remember his name but he was excellent on customer service!!! The room was large and clean as was the bathroom. The TV automatically turned itself on and I had a hard time finding how to turn it off- no instructions or remote, etc. Although I didn’t use the coffee supplies, the fact that you had liquid milk/creamer for the coffee was a pleasant surprise. My only complaint was that the bed was too soft and the pillows too hard. I also could have I used a blanket and top sheet but turned on the heat instead to be comfortable. I did not use the restaurant or order any room service.

Booked this for my partner and son who were doing the old Trafford tour and went to a game. Typical man, partner didn't take any photos. He was impressed with the cleanliness and comfort of the room and said reception couldn't have been more helpful or friendly. My 9year old thought his stay was 10 out of 10. He loved his breakfast and he would stay every time he goes to watch his team 😊

When we arrived there was plenty of parking available which was a plus point for us. We approached the reception to check in, and they were very welcoming. There may have been a small issue with our booking I'm not sure what it was maybe our room was not ready but it was resolved quickly and we got upgraded to a King room with river view. I got asked how I'd like to pay for our visit, but I had to inform them that it's already been paid online. After dinner we stopped at the beverage counter for a hot drink and soft drink. The server was really nice and she was accomodated to our needs. The room itself was spacious and modern. We really liked the smart TV as it gave us more options to watch something. The bathroom was nice as well however the toilet was a little stained. Overall enjoyed our stay.

Venue has a beautiful ambience from the moment you walk in to the various places you can sneak and relax around the property. Safe surroundings to go for a walk or work out in gym or swim in the pool. Loved it very much will be coming again. Carol and Ray

The room is clean and sanitary. It is a great value apartment hotel with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. It is the most spacious and comfortable hotel to stay in the UK. The breakfast is also very good. There is Sainsbury's downstairs and it takes five minutes to walk to Arndale Shopping Center. It is very convenient. If you go to Manchester, you must choose it.
