Sangat nyaman sejak saya check in, dan Lan Gaoxu di meja depan berinisiatif untuk meningkatkan kamar. Kamarnya besar dan memiliki bak mandi di balkon. Kursi di samping bak mandi sangat nyaman. Jauh lebih nyaman daripada sofa di dalam kamar.
Tutup toilet di kamar itu otomatis. Baru pertama kali ini aku melihatnya. Canggih sekali. Hahaha.
Buah dan minuman dikirim setiap hari, itu bagus sekali.
Sarapannya luar biasa. Sudah lama sekali saya tidak menikmati sarapan hotel yang mewah seperti ini. Terakhir kali saya makan di Sanya. Saya sangat menyukai mie kuah asam. Ada banyak jenisnya, termasuk puding tahu lokal, yang bisa asin atau manis. Yogurtnya dibuat dengan mesin, dan es susunya adalah favoritku.
Tempat parkirnya sangat nyaman. Saya pernah ke banyak hotel, dan tempat parkir Kaiyuanjia sangat nyaman. Dan ekstra luas.
Saya sangat suka ruang cuci. Ada deterjen, disinfektan, sabun, dan bahkan papan cuci.
AC di kamar bagus, tidak terlalu dingin di musim dingin.
Ada banyak tempat makan di sekitar, dan Anda dapat mencapainya dengan berjalan kaki sebentar.
Letaknya dekat dengan kawasan wisata, jadi Anda tidak perlu berkendara ke sana, Anda cukup berjalan kaki saja.

We are an elderly couple and were warmly welcome at Mercure Anshun Hotel. Miss 樹枝 attended to us, serving us drinks and making us feel at home.
Check in was quick and the room was comfortable, with no fault. 樹枝 even gave us advice on where to go in Anshun and informed us where to get tickets to Huangguoshu. She is someone Mercure Anshun should hold onto for a long time.
The location of the hotel is superb, just next to the Anshun railway station, a walk of about 10 minutes. A 15 minutes' didi ride will bring you to Anshun Ancient City (Gufu Street) where the streets were lined with restaurants, desserts and snacks.The night market is just across the ancient city.
Picture 5 is where you can get the bus ticket to Huangguoshu which journey took about 40 minutes, bus fare was CNY22.

GGan Yung ChyanThis hotel is the nearest airport hotel that I have ever stayed in China. The room is spick and span. The room alloted to me on the eighth level allows me to see the airport terminal, the observation decks, airport train station and flights taking off from the airport clearly. I take home the free razor and toothbrushes. Overall, I am very happy with my stay at this hotel but the hotel restaurant is closed at night and the receptionist is not around to take room orders. I ate durian bread at the hotel cafe near the concierge for lunch. I will stay here for sure again in October 2025.

1. Strategic location: Jiaxiulou, Wenchangge, food street, morning market, a shopping mall, etc., all within walking distance.
2. Commendable service with a HUMAN TOUCH: All staff members (front desk, night+morning shift personnel, cleaners, dining area, etc.) we met were kind, generous and friendly, making their best effort to fulfill guest needs!
We arrived before noon, and Ms. Chen at the front desk offered a room upgrade to the fifth floor—the hotel’s highest floor—with immediate check-in. I liked some of the sweets available at the hotel lobby, but I couldn’t find the same variant at supermarkets and shops nearby before I left for the airport. Ms. Chen asked me to grab as many as I wanted—I felt shy, but she insisted—how generous! I forgot to thank her personally for recommending Dongshansi, where one could catch a bird’s eye view of the city, in addition to the appealing temple design. The cleaner on duty on Thursday, 13 June 2024, morning gave us extra body shampoo upon request with a friendly smile. She did a great job in keeping our room 519 spick and span, and odourless! The hotel delivered a pleasant surprise in the evening with two packs of milk, accompanied by a handwritten note!! Front desk staff were generous with bottled water.
3. Clean and spacious room, with comfortable beds: The room was spacious, spotlessly clean and well-ventilated. Of all the hotels with centralised air-conditioning systems that we stayed in different cities, this hotel’s room temperature regulation was the best, unlike others where you could feel hot even at a lower temperature! It would be ideal if the toilet room was soundproof.
4. Amenities and facilities: It’s one of the few hotels that provide self-service laundry for FREE! There’s a gym room within the same area on the fifth floor. Power banks and umbrellas, among others, are available on loan for FREE!
5. Supper and breakfast: Tasty and a wide selection of breakfast options, including noodles with sour/clear soup, prepared by professional chefs.
Overall, it was a memorable stay, offering great value for money!

1. SERVICE IS EVERYTHING 😭
+ So we arrived a little bit late and when we arrived they told us to look at the other rooms for us to choose our favourite,and despite I love the pink room,I still went to and choose the green one,cause it's soooooo aesthetic! Like look at da pic!!!
+ The receptionist a young woman were sooooo helpfull! They told us that we can just grab any snacks,yogurt drinks,coffee and tea for free!
+ She also help us to wash our cloth😭😭😭 despite I'm trying to be independent about it,she still entertain us and keep on asking us if we need help huaaaa sooo sweet and niceee😭😭😭!!!
2. ROOM (SHOULD I EVEN SAY ANYTHING ABOUT IT? LIKE LOOK AT THE PICTURES!!)
+ Oh god I was soooooo shoketh to see the place is even nicer than the pictures hahahaha,they have a tea area with the views of the buildings, a huge bath tubs, a place for us to chill and tons of power socket to charge everything! And don't forget their huge projector to watch movies which can connect to your phones or ipad ! How amazing!!!!
+ The place smells amazingggg( forget to ask the owner what type of fragrance did they use cause it's sooooooo soothing!)
+ No wonder they call this place an intelligent hotel cause everything is calling out technology in it's superiority 😭😭😭

+ Please look for the buildings number 5 (there are numbers on the buildings) cause we literally confuse at first and didn't saw the numbers on the building hahahaha and keep going back and forth searching for it lol
+ Oh god just go down the hotel,there's food market everywhere and tons of convenience store like literally open 24 hours?!!! And its sooo easy for us Muslims to find food cause theres a western halal food name cowboy got busy ( I guess so but there's cowboy in the name hahaha run by a son and his mother)
+ The place is soooo amazing! I love that there's subway nearby and if you are lazy just get on the Didi and it's cheap tho,so yeah I love the place and the people is soooooo kind😭😭😭

TTamuWe had a fantastic stay at this hotel. When we checked in they upgraded our room to a business suite. This was so unexpected and we loved it! It was so comfortable and provide the perfect amount of space so when one needed to work in the evening, the other person wasn’t disturbed.
The en-suite bathroom was fantastic - the dual vanity was perfect for both of us to get ready at the same time. Also, it had a massive bathtub and separate shower- great for those who might want to unwind after a long day. The bed was very comfortable and it had great sound proofing. The only drawback was that the AC didn’t work well in the suite- even though we tried to lower the temperature, we weren’t able to bring it lower than 25 degrees. As it is summer, being able to lower the AC would have been helpful as it did get a little stuffy in the room at night.
The staff at the front desk were very helpful. From recommendations on how to visit several of the villages we were interested in going to, to recommendations for specific Guizhou dishes to try at the night market, they were so kind and pleasant.
The day we checked out it was pouring. The staff were kind enough to lend us umbrellas so we could go for a short walk to get coffee before our trip to the train station.
The facilities were great and well maintained. A good really gym with lots of equipment / treadmills/ weights etc so you could work out. It closes at 11pm (as does the laundry). They only have 2 washer/ dryer combinations so while laundry is free to do, it could take a while as the shortest wash cycle was approximately 30 min, and then you still had to factor in dry time (as it’s the same machine).
The hotel is located in the center area so there are lots of shops, and huge underground mall, night market, parks, cafe and bakery all within walking distance. As it’s centrally located, it’s very easy for didi to find/ schedule pick up. We loved our time in Kaili and our stay at this hotel. We will definitely return for a second visit!
