The room is big and view to the Tower of Londen is good on high floors. There are coffee machine, microwave, stove and washing machine inside the room, good enough for a few days stay. Location is very close to the metro station, and is convenient to take the circle line metro to many other places. First day arrival at the hotel was a bit dusty and stains on the floors, but they cleaned up the day after. Even though it was supposed to be a smoke-free hotel, there’s a strong smoking smell inside the room, and couldn’t get rid of the smell even we opened up the window, the smell remained even after our 5-nights stay.

We booked 2 bedrooms apartments and were assigned 7 G very spacious room with fabulous river view.The rooms are equipped with highest facilities great amenities [ top quality shower gel lotion slipper, bath ropes 3pin plug and super super comfortable bed and pillow. ] Their kitchen is very modern equipped with dish washer, fridge and all utensils. They have very big laundry room. We booked Cheval Grand Edinburgh as well for 2 nights stay. Worth the price.

We booked two rooms for a 2-night family stay in London—a Devonshire Suite and a Classic Room. The hotel’s cleanliness, amenities and location were excellent, with plenty of eateries nearby, as well as a Tesco express and Liverpool Street Station just a short walk away. However, there was a small hiccup during our stay. We had extended our check-out to 2 PM due to late flight, but it seems this wasn’t communicated to housekeeping or room service, as they followed up twice to ask if we were checking out. We also had dinner at Straits Kitchen for one of our dinner, service was a little slow. Other than that, we were very pleased with our rooms.

Visited this hotel the day before my birthday as a treat from my daughter. Room was nice and the beds were very comfy.  Found the staff very unfriendly especially the young lady on the food counter. Very blunt and no please or thank you when we ordered food. Also a few males walking around who were reception team and a manger, we smiled and said hello without any response, we were booked for 5 days and we would have left and gone elsewhere but it was non refundable.

Let's start with the positives: The hotel is located at the south end of Westminster Bridge, about a 6-7 minute walk from Waterloo Underground Station. From the room, you can see the London Eye and City Hall. This hotel is perfect for families, as its one-bedroom king suite is approximately 40 square meters and features a separate living/sleeping area. Upon entering, there's a sofa bed, and further inside is the king bed, with separate TVs in both areas. This setup can comfortably accommodate two adults and two children, with a bathroom in the middle. It feels spacious even with more people, and there's plenty of room for luggage. I was pleasantly surprised to find a microwave in the room. Now, for the downsides: Housekeeping service is quite basic; daily cleaning only involves emptying trash, changing towels, and making the bed. They occasionally even forgot to clean. Before check-in, I received an email stating we could get a complimentary bottle of wine if we opted out of housekeeping, but no one offered it proactively when we checked in. The hotel's breakfast is extremely repetitive; not a single dish changes daily, making it very monotonous. It's the same baked beans, sausages, and roasted tomatoes every single day... After an 8-day stay, we were thoroughly fed up with it. However, if you don't eat breakfast there, your options outside are mostly just sandwiches. The hotel does not proactively provide toothpaste, toothbrushes, or slippers. You have to ask the front desk at check-in or call from your room to request them.

The hotel's location is fantastic, right by Westminster Bridge. Directly across the street is the Park Plaza Westminster Bridge Hotel, which I imagine has even better window views. Our 7th-floor room offered glimpses of the train station and The Shard. However, the 2nd-floor rooms did have a bit of an odd smell. The hotel gets quite busy, so expect queues for breakfast and the elevators. It's wise to avoid peak dining times. The breakfast itself was good!

Booking through Trip.com was very easy. They advertised the best price for the hotel room. The hotel is located right next to Liverpool St station so if you are travelling to London and using that station and need a hotel the location is perfect. We were allowed to check in earlier than anticipated which was great, and we could leave our bag at the hotel the next day while we walked around London before getting the evening train back. The breakfast was also very good.

The two room I booked for 9 nights (23/10-1/11) stated that its size is 29 square meters, but the one i got was 23 tops and i need extra seating area for my friends there because i stayed before in the hotel and the room had a couch !!! Referring that issue to reception member (Vishua) she said that the room category i booked comes with that size and no more rooms from that category with larger size available unless I upgrade for £120 per night per room to be paid. After few days, another reception member (Tom) confirmed for me that at least one bigger room will be allocated for me by Thursday. On that day afternoon, I came to the reception and the same reception member (Vishua) repeated the same reply from day one saying there was no message from her colleague (Tom) in the system and sent a written message for me if i want an upgrade with £120 per night. I wrote a review in Google and they replied that we allocated a room for you but since my luggage was unpacked we assumed that you are happy with your room. Well I am not happy because you are contradicting yourselves and it was not a miscommunication rather trying to get extra charges on your guests. Bottom line i did not get the space i paid for nor a solution to the issue. To be fair, Special thanks to Fatima the house keeping member she was so dedicated and a happiness in this horrible situation.

Use of river crossing directly outside free staying at the hotel. 20 min walk to train station or bus stops outside in use once water works complete. But a 5 min walk and buses run frequently. Only use the hotel as a base to sleep so did not try any facilities.

My wife and I had a stay at Mimis recently, and overall, we enjoyed it and would stay there again. However, I suggest doing some research beforehand, as the rooms are quite tiny. Even though we were aware of this before arriving, we were still a bit surprised by just how small they were. Despite this, it didn't negatively impact our experience or spoil our stay. The room and bathroom was nicely decorated. I only have a few minor observations rather than complaints. Upon check-in, we requested a late check-out, but the person at the reception seemed a bit abrupt, as he did with an older couple in front of us who had questions about their room location in the annex and that they hoped to stay in the main building. The pillows provided were not very supportive, as they deflated to almost nothing. If we had stayed for more than one night and asked for extra pillows, they would have been accommodating. Regarding breakfast, we inquired about the options available and were informed that they offered coffee and pastries. Unfortunately, they couldn't provide hot food, which was a bit disappointing. It would have been nice to have the choice of continental-style breakfast with cold meats and other items; we would have been willing to pay for it as we only wanted somthing light. Despite these very small things, they did not affect our overall enjoyment of the stay. We still had a pleasant time, and we are looking forward to returning to Mimis in the future. Location is great!

Location is near walking distance to Hounslow Central tube station. Many outlets for eating and groceries shop , close to Hounslow high street. The whole guest house is quite clean , spacious ,  modernised and eye catching decorations. I booked for the cheapest a small  single room with shared bathroom, even that the room has many things to offer - a small fridge with a free water bottle, a kettle with tea/ coffee and a biscuit warmly welcome showing hospitality, a safe , a hairdryer , hangers and wardrobe, a double fan ! Bedside switch and both usb and sockets close to bed . Bed is comfy and nice pillows .A flat TV ( sometimes signals are not very good but at least easy  to browse and watch )and free WiFi . There is a bigger fridge and a microwave and sitting area downstairs . There is a free car parking which is really a bonus for us and also quite spacious and for at least 12-14 cars and has some shades from trees. The reception and staff are very helpful and kind .I have appointment at 10 in the downtown travel with underground over 1 hr + walking time 15-20 mins and unfortunately there were triple booked at 10 am and a long wait made me come back late by 12:25 but kindly allow to keep my car till I come. All in all, I booked another date in November to come back .

Absolutely loved the location and will definitely return. The service and attention to detail from the reception team especially is 10/10. Certain areas of the hotel need refurbishing - even if just a lick of paint for now as they aren't in line with the rest of the hotel. The room was small but practical and unfortunately didn't have the best of views but that's not an issue. I felt comfortable and safe during my stay. Had a minor issue with the air con unit which is very dated and didn't match the aesthetic of a modern and refurbished room which looks very appealing. Overall, would be very happy to visit again especially during the summer and try out their dinner menu.

A little racist. As a traveler from the US on business, I'm very frequently the only Black person in the room. This was the case for a few days here at this hotel as well. One day it was raining and a lovely gentleman on front desk duty lended me a KK hotel umbrella as I went out. Upon returning, I thanked him and handed him the umbrella back but another woman was there. An Asian woman (if this helps mgt narrow it down). As I was walking to the elevator, she rapidly asked me my room number. Now, I just returned an umbrella so clearly I'm staying here, right? Maybe she was asking because she wanted to send champagne? Nope. That never happened. She was racially profiling. I let her know I was in Room 303 but went back downstairs to address this with her to ask WHY she asked me that, but she had left her shift. I started not to leave this review but I have to. If you're Black, I would stay somewhere else. As many of us know, this is never a good feeling. P.S. This is our second stay in Leonardo’s and it was lovely this time around as it was last time. The only thing that’s different is the hours children can attend the pool, it’s pretty limited. However this didn’t impact us as we weren’t there to go swimming. We did have an issue with our neighbours banging doors constantly when we spoke with the front desk they were happy to change our room, which worked out perfectly as it was dark and quiet at night which is what we needed. Highly recommend

Highly, highly recommended. It's very convenient for catching shows. The hotel's front desk service was excellent, and the room was very spacious and spotlessly clean. The minibar area came equipped with a capsule coffee machine and a kettle, and the fridge was well-stocked with drinks and alcohol. The bathroom featured a separate shower and bathtub, and the facilities were superb. All toiletries were from Byredo, and the shampoo and conditioner were particularly good. The room boasts floor-to-ceiling windows with stunning views of the beautiful River Thames. The scenery is absolutely breathtaking, day or night, and perfect for photos. The hotel offers express check-out. The £100 deposit taken at check-in will be refunded to your card after any room charges have been deducted.

I recently stayed at the hotel and the overall experience was great, especially Melissa and Angie at the front desk who made me feel at home with their professionalism and hospitality. On the day of my arrival, I arrived late to the hotel, but Angie, the front desk clerk, still smiling, quickly helped me check in and patiently explained the hotel facilities to me. On the third day of my stay, Melissa, the front desk staff, patiently assisted me with the renewal procedures and kindly gave me an umbrella. Although the hotel was very busy at that time, I admired her affinity. They maintained a high level of professionalism throughout their stay, from answering my questions to helping with restaurant reservations and transportation, and were meticulous, reflecting the excellent service standards of a five-star hotel. Of course, the location of the hotel is really good, the comfort of the room is also very good, every night I have a better sleep, especially the sound insulation, which makes me very comfortable. My heartfelt thanks to the Langham Hotel, especially the wonderful staff at the front desk, for making my trip even more perfect. As I’m arriving with my luggage, I’m greeted with two employees that walk outside from the hotel to help me with my bags and assist me to the check-in desk. They assisted with my luggage and introduced all the amenities in my room. A great welcoming after a 12hr travel. I stayed in the Montcalm room. This room was astonishing and so comfortable. Lighting, heated bathroom floors, and a very comfortable bed. Dining: 10/10 room service, but they also provide an amazing dining experiences located at the rooftop bar and restaurant. The staff is beyond amazing and provided the best hospitality I’ve ever received. I am traveling from the states and will come back to stay here again!

We had an amazing experience with our first stay at The Dilly. Perfect central location, gorgeous 5*hotel, the staff were wonderful. Don on reception in particular made our stay for my best friends 40th birthday, extra special with complimentary breakfast and an upgrade to the VIP lounge. We felt truly spoilt! Bus stop right outside the hotel. We took the bus most of the time instead of the tube. Tube station is just across the street. Very convenient. There are many fast food restaurants close by. Waitrose is just right opposite, perfect for a late night supermarket shopping. Natural history museum, V&A are a few minutes walk away. Room is huge for London standard. Do note that hotel only provide 1 time free bottled water on the day of check in.
