NNomadineWe landed really late around midnight in Phoenix and had our next flight at 7:30am. So we decided to book a hotel to be able to shower and sleep comfortably for a few hours.
The location for this hotel is just perfect. you can take a really short ride with the sky train to 44th. At the station you head across the road via a covered and beautifully lit bridge and then you reach the station for the regular metro where you literally have to cross just one lane of a road and the hotel is right there. We preferred this option so late a t night because we were very exhausted and tired and didn’t want to wait around for their shuttle bus, which I believe runs every 30mins.
We were greeted very friendly by the front desk supervisor and check in was a breeze.
We had a nice room on the fifth floor, it was quiet, clean and had more amenities than we really needed.
After a hot shower we found a few hours of good rest in a very comfortable bed.
In the morning, checkout was just as easy and the shuttle bus was right there and drove us straight to our terminal. Again the driver was super friendly and helpful.
If we had an overlay in Phoenix again, we would pick this hotel again and recommend it to anyone in the aame situation.

TTamuExcellent Hotel, Would stay again. Rooms are big, Bed comfortable, Nice Pool outside. Hotel Shuttle is on Request but saves on a Taxi fare so is worth asking for it. Restaurant is ok quite expensive. The elevators are slow and there are only two is my only complaint but overall a good hotel right next to the airport.

TTamuThe location of the hotel is quite good with nice views and Whole Foods nearby. I met with the aircon issue and maintenance mgr helped to change a room quickly. Although it was smaller but problem solved promptly.Streams are out of work and cannot be fixed due to holidays.

SSapphiretygerI love this place, it’s super close to downtown Phoenix without being right in the heart of it. It is affordable, therefore, as well as having a wonderful, funky vibe that my buddies and I love. It’s super ***, friendly, as well as being 420 friendly… Which means that while I don’t smoke ****, I enjoy the openness and adult only Ambience of the property. I love the pool area. It is super fun as well as the rooftop lounge. My only problem with this property is it is low on amenities as far as guest towels, lack of continental breakfast… Although the snacks that are free throughout your stay kind of make up for that. Also, they really should brighten up the bathrooms more. I stayed here are quite a few times in every bathroom has been very dim. There is also no ice machine… but you can get bags of ice from the front desk. Overall, I would recommend this hotel.

PPengguna Anonim在鳳凰城市中心吧，周圍環境還不錯，設施什麼的也不錯。因計劃改變需要提前一天checkout，我在免費取消日前跟攜程溝通幾次，都沒有成功，攜程好像也是通過另外渠道訂的，沒什麼話語權。check in的時候嘗試跟前台溝通，那位服務員態度不怎麼樣，冷冰冰地拒絕了。

TTamuGreat hotel near the airport, right off the freeway, and about a 5-10 minute drive to an area with lots of food options and stores. The staff were friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived until we checked out. There's also a pretty cool area in the middle with a pool and hot tub, as well as a big chess and connect for game and ample seating.
