Hotel 4-Star di Nakhon Ratchasima Province, Thailand

The hotel is conveniently located next to Central Mall which is great as you get access to restaurants and other amenities without having to go too far. Location wise it's somewhere near the city centre so getting around Korat is pretty easy too.

We stayed for 2 nights. Rooms were quite clean and big. Our rooms were facing a lake so there were mosquitoes and flying insects which are a good source for lizards. At night the lizards made loud noises which made it difficult to sleep. Other than that, everything else is good. Weather is cooling in the morning. Air is fresh. Breakfast has a good variety of options from Chinese to Western. It may be a good idea to book a private transport here as it is not near to the main attractions. This hotel shared the same compound as Movenpick so we can take the buggy to tour the area and take beautiful pictures.

Room is comfortable, clean, very nice and good ambience; however the breakfast needs to be improved. Such as the bacon is very hard. There is not much choice of bread or not much choice of international breakfast.

The room that we booked was sizable overlooking the lake. It’s clean and bright. The breakfast was a bit disappointing with not many choices of items. The service was good and the staff was helpful.

Totally recommend this hotel for family staycation. Service of all staffs, from reception, cleaner, to bellboy, all excellent. Warm and polite. Location is easy to find, in big/main road, close to several tourist spots. Breakfast menu and taste nothing special but not worst. Their twin bed is large and so comfortable. The room and all areas are clean. They provide free outdoor movie theater, free bike to be used inside hotel area, free welcome drink. Minus point only the tv is not a smart tv.

This is my second stay at this hotel, and I continue to be impressed. The atmosphere is delightful, and the staff are exceptionally friendly. The breakfast offerings are also quite enjoyable. I love the easy access to the coffee shop in their lobby as I don’t have to go far when I have my matcha cravings. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant experience.

We stay here at this hotel for a night. From the first step to the hotel front desk, we got a very warm welcome from staff and they help us carrying all stuff to the room. This time, we took our son together so we request a baby cot with no extra charge, and the staff helps us for install. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast line was great, food and stuff were delicious. We found that all of the staff are very helpful and friendly. This’s such a good experience staying here.

Was a solid stay. Wasn't exceptional but it had everything you needed. Room and sheets were clean.

Nice hotel staffs & nice hotel. Big & convenient room. There are Microwave, washing sink, kettle, bowl & plate which u can cook in room. Hotel location is very good. Rooftop Swimming, Sauna, fitness room available. variety of breakfast. Really impress to hotel front staffs. Nice stay

Checking in was smooth. However the room we were assigned has a very strong smell. It's probably either paint or the furniture. Couldn't sleep for whole night despite we opened the window. Blanket also has stain. We complained to trip.com and we were upgraded to suite. Much better but somehow the location we don't feel safe as it's ground floor. Securityno good. Breakfast is lousy. Limited choice and food not nice. We didn't enjoy the stay. They are still using the keys to the door instead of card. Well it will be my first and last time staying with this hotel. Their EV charger also down not working at all. Disappointed. We booked the hotel as they claimed there is ev charger

The hotel is close to the train station, and you can take a Bolt taxi there, but we booked a chartered car and the driver picked up and dropped off at a certain point. There are many stray dogs in Khao Yai, so don't walk on the path by yourself. One night, I was walking and met a dog following us, barking wildly, and almost jumped on me and bit me, which scared me to death! Remember not to look at stray dogs, and don't run! The hotel is very beautiful, with many garden designs and flowers, and it is very thoughtfully arranged. On the day we arrived, because it was late and we didn't have the energy to eat in the restaurant outside, we planned to eat instant noodles in the hotel restaurant (the hotel restaurant only has breakfast, and bread and cakes are sold all day). The boss lady and the boss are from Bangkok, about 40 years old, super friendly, and made instant noodles for me and my son, and also gave me a steamed bun and two boiled eggs, which made me feel very warm. I bought two cakes, one chocolate and one coconut, which were delicious! When they saw me blowing my nose and coughing, they asked me with concern if I needed medicine, and they had it. Because they and their youngest son (also 1.8 meters tall...) all live in the hotel, which is a family-style hotel, very warm. The room is very clean, and the towels are just like the ones in my own home, fragrant, new and soft. There are no slippers in the room, you can ask the boss lady for them. The only flaw is the shower room, because there is no door in the shower room, and at that time, Khao Yai was only about 10 degrees at night. The water is an instant electric water heater, and the water temperature is not hot enough. It feels cold even when the temperature is adjusted to the highest. The shower head cannot leave the body, and you have to hold it close to the body to feel the water warm. The boss said that this electric water heater is usually warm enough, because Thailand has not experienced such cold weather as this year, so if you come in summer, there will be absolutely no problem. The hotel's breakfast is delicious and not expensive. You can go to a banmai chay nam for dinner in the evening, which is a large Thai restaurant. I really recommend everyone to stay at his house in Khao Yai, because the price is not expensive, only more than 300 per night, and the environment is very good. The boss lady and others are willing to help if you need anything.

Suitable for families with children. There are many activities to do without having to go anywhere. But the problem is that when we arrived, the room was not finished yet. The staff said that they would call to inform us when it was finished. We waited until 3 pm and they still did not call to inform us. We had to walk to ask and they said that we had a room. If we did not walk to ask, they would not call to inform us. There was no staff to support our bags, so we had to carry them ourselves. Overall, the activities were good, but the service did not seem to care.

This hotel is excellent. Its new, rooms are clean and modern, mine had a balcony and very nice bathroom. Staff is friendly and eventhough I wasnt able the make use of them the facilities are great, restaurant nice pool and pretty well equipped gym. Perfect!

Hotel is good budget hotel with good breakfast. Car parking is good, and resturant has a good menu of affordable food. I have stayed here 4 times.

Chinese style décoré and the room is clean. Nothing to complain about regarding room and facilities.

[Good] The jacuzzi bath was relaxing. (The temperature was low.) You can eat breakfast in your room. [Bad] Dinner was difficult. There are few restaurants within walking distance. The temperature of the water in the shower (it was sometimes hot and sometimes cold) was not stable. The water temperature in the jacuzzi bath was also not stable. [Request for improvement] Inspect the jacuzzi bath (there are some places where bubbles do not come out well)

Good service, clean, in the city, convenient to travel, near Ya Mo Monument. Easy to find food to eat, safe, but no parking, must park on the roadside. The room smelled of water pipes. The bathroom, the shower area is small and cramped, inconvenient for showering. This should be fixed because the bathroom is appropriately wide.

Good room, complete facilities, close to the source of food, the staff are very nice, but stuck on the floor, the room is not clean.

The service is really very good. The price may be high but with the environment it's worth it. The staff's speech is top notch. Really very cute. Next time, if there is a chance, I will definitely come back again. I really like it here T T

Beautiful, peaceful accommodation. Every staff member, every department, is welcoming, friendly and lovely. Gave advice on different tourist attractions..got to see bison in the forest as well. ..Breakfast is very delicious, carefully prepared one dish at a time. Unlimited refills Impressed with the hospitality of everyone's desserts.
