One of cheapest hotels in comparison to how close it is to to masjid Al haram. Basically 3 minute walk distance after reaching lobby door.

Hotel good but I was expecting a better breakfast where beef , fish , chicken would be offered, and not just sausage. The Hilton and Doubletree in south east Asia are much better in terms of choice and meat/chicken availability : rendang, roasted chicken , steamed fish etc. Also , too much salt are found in many meals, that is so sad. Stop putting excess salt , customers can always add more themselves. WiFi could be much better to connect and having decent speed. I had to complaint about it and was given a code. I came for my umrah , so spiritually I was my too much affected for being in a double tree that has drop its standard I used to in other double tree and Hilton hotels. Also a razor could not be provided , unlike many other hotels that provided me one.

Our experience staying here was absolutely delightful. While the location is somewhat distant from Haram, the availability of hourly bus services for pick-up and drop-off greatly enhances convenience and comfort. The area is undergoing development, adding to the beauty of the surroundings, especially for an evening stroll. The services provided were commendable, with Jasim offering exceptional assistance. We highly recommend this place to those seeking a comfortable stay without breaking the bank.

Feedback on Our Recent Stay at Voco Hotel I would like to express my gratitude for the pleasant stay my family had at the Voco Hotel. We truly enjoyed our time there, and the staff was exceptionally kind and attentive, which we greatly appreciated. However, I would like to bring to your attention a concern regarding the parking situation. We were disappointed to learn that parking was not complimentary for guests who booked rooms at the hotel. It’s pretty similar to the other hotels in the complex. It differs as it has a more modernist furniture style; whereas the other local hotels have gone for an older-elegant style. The hotel provides a better service than then Four Point as irons etc are available in room. However, breakfast is more than twice as expensive as the nearby hotels, so I did not eat breakfast in Park Inn.

Excellent hotel in an excellent neighbourhood of Makkah. 20 minutes shuttle bus journey from the hotel to Al Haram. Wide spread of breakfast. Courteous staff. Comfortable room, bed and linens. In room safe, Iron & hairdryer present.

One Cheapest international chain hotel in Jeddah.. small no view room, bit Humid carpet. Water at bathroom but yellow. Old furnished, with firm bed matras. Breakfast not that bad..but no standby cooker at the egg stay, lazy for service. They lock the fitness center and the pool. You have to ask them if you want to use it.

Hotel is worth for the price. It is located too far from the Haram. They provdie shuttle bus, but it's not much reliable. You need to walk 15-20 mins to get to haram from the place they drop off. It is worse when it is busier. I wouldn't prefer this hotel next time because of the location and how hard it is to get to the haram. Also, return bus after Isha could be too crowded and you may not get a chance to get in to the bus. There is not much restaurants nearby the hotel. You can either eat from haram or from the hotel.
