Hotel Bintang 4 di Selangor, Malaysia

Tempat baru so mmg selesa bersih cumanya lif waktu cek in cek out agak lambat sebab ramai org dan total ada 39 tingkat jadi agak lama menunggu. Kalau ade pakej sekali breakfast lg ok kot sbb area situ mcm payah je nak cari kedai makan kecuali mall. Kolam ok best view pon ok. Overall berpuas hati

Bilik dan toilet bersih. bilik luas . bantal towel semua wangi. bilik macam sound proof sebab tak dengar apa2 dari lantai atas dan luar bilik. 2nd time checkin dan tiba dapat bilik upgrade ke premier level happy sangat2. tq concorde

Room was VERY big. There's a kitchen and a living room area as well. Location very convenient, there's a 7-11 right across the street and a huge mall right next to the hotel. Hotel staff members were very nice and helpful. However, there was no complimentary bottled water, they just gave me a jar to get water from the machine in the hallway - but the jar I don't think it's very clean. There were black spots on the bed - not sure what those are. There was hair on the floor of the shower - I haven't even showered so those must be left from the previous customer.

Hotel yg selalu d booking. Utk tahun ni shj dah 2 kali book sini dlm tempoh x smpai 3bulan. Tapi ape yg frustnya, time nak check in boleh plk staff bahagian reception suruh check in dekat CLEO hotel sb kata nya hotel sunway penuh sedangkan i book hotel sunway with payment just untuk bg foreigner stay dekat sunway. Kalau i nk duduk CLEO HOTEL baik i book Cleo x perlu book sunway. Setelah i bertegas & ada customer lain yg bergaduh mulut baru lah dapat stay d sunway. Sungguh memalukan mentang kita bukan tourist senang2 dia nk letak mana2. Nk bg laluan utk tourist duduk dekat situ. Kalau hotel dh fully book mesti sistem pun dah x boleh book. Skrg semua pakai system bukan pakai buku log!!!
