Great first hotel to arrive to in Norway. Very simple and efficient check-in in the late evening. The location is very central to train station, shopping street and restaurants. Would recommend and certainly happy to stay here again.

The hotel was nice, sustainable culture supportive, staff are extremely welcoming and very helpful, close to the city center. The room felt extra small for me that I could not believe it, however, warm and good enough for a 1 night crash, did not need to switch on the heater, temp was just right! One thing I really missed is the the English language option in TV, everything else was as expected.

We stayed in 2 hotels over 5 nights while in Oslo, so I can compare them. This one was “dated”, seemed like the carpet was older & the door frames were chipped/scratched. The breakfast room was really crowded between 8 - 9, & extremely noisy. Otherwise it was clean & smelled fresh.

I stayed in the Junior Suite at Scandic Byporten and had an excellent experience. The location is perfect — directly connected to Oslo Central Station, which makes traveling around the city and to the airport incredibly convenient.
The suite was spacious, modern, and very comfortable. I especially appreciated the large windows with great city views and the cozy seating area, which made the room feel more like a small apartment than a hotel. Everything was spotless and well-maintained.
The staff were professional, welcoming, and efficient. Breakfast was another highlight — a wide variety of fresh and tasty options, including local specialties.
Overall, my stay was smooth and relaxing. The Junior Suite is definitely worth it if you want extra comfort and space in the heart of Oslo. Highly recommended!

The room is way much smaller than I expect unless you don't have many baggage. However, the room is clean and water flow comes from the faucet and hand shower are quite strong and warm. The room is super quite and the there are a variety of food and diversify drink and coffee for breakfast you can select. The hotel location is near downtown of Oslo for 3 mins walk. It's so convenient to buy everything you want in Oslo.

Lokasinya sangat strategis, di antara dua halte bus, langsung ke pusat kota. Lokasinya juga tepat di sebelah pasar dengan kios makanan dan restoran. Area ini terhubung dengan sangat baik dengan bus dan trem.
Fasilitasnya sangat baik. Kamarnya tidak besar tetapi memadai, kamar mandinya besar dan mudah diakses, dan ada TV besar yang bisa Anda gunakan untuk menghubungkan perangkat Anda.
Area umum didekorasi dan dirawat dengan baik.
Sarapannya sempurna, sangat bervariasi, dan lengkap.
Saya pasti akan menginap di sini lagi.

The hotel is centrally located in Oslo, with many major attractions just a short walk away, which made exploring the city very convenient. The room was okay and comfortable enough for our stay. However, during winter it could feel quite cold since the heating system is centralized and not individually adjustable.
That said, we truly loved the breakfast!! There was a great variety of food, and the free-flow coffee was definitely a highlight for us. It was so nice to be able to enjoy as many cups as we wanted, especially on cold winter.

TTamuMereka membersihkan kamar pada hari ke-4 Anda menginap, tetapi dapat meminta bantuan kapan pun Anda membutuhkannya. Balkonnya memiliki pemandangan kota yang indah. TTamuTruly one of the best hotel stays I have ever experienced. The hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure we were well accommodated and comfortable throughout. When we arrived at the hotel it was 11AM, so I mentioned to the front desk staff that I know it was far too early for us to receive our room (check in is typically at 3PM) and that we would like to simply drop off our bags. Without any special requests, the front desk staff immediately prepared our room keys of us to check in right away, which was hugely appreciated since we had caught a very early morning flight in. We loved the room. It was very comfortable for the 3 of us, although a bit tight but that's what we expected for hotel rooms in Europe. The bathroom was well fitted and had all the basic toiletries required (shampoo, body wash, hand soap), however we hoped to have body lotion as well, so we asked housekeeping whether any was available and they immediately brought 3 LARGE bottles for each of us to use. I have never seen such massive toiletries and in such generous quantities supplied at any hotel before, which again made us feel very well taken care of. Finally on our check out day our flight was not until 6PM and since checkout is typically at 11AM I requested for just a 1 hr extension. Although they were very busy for it being the beginning of summer holidays, without any hesitation the front desk staff extended our checkout time to 3PM. I was once again very pleasantly surprised and appreciative. My last note is to touch on the complimentary tea and coffee always available in the lobby, as well as the fabulous buffet breakfast they served. Cannot recommend this hotel enough!

KKinniFrom the hotel it's easy to walk to some of the main tourist attractions and main streets with many supermarkets and convenience stores around. Our twin room was a little small and didn't have a kettle or fridge, otherwise it was nice and quiet and I slept very well. (A kettle and fridge plus microwave and laundry facilities were available in a shared/public space in the hotel)

TtorinessApartment in great location - easy and picturesque walk or quick subway to central station and downtown area. Great little kitchenette to cook your own meals to save $ with supermarket nearby. Bathroom with washing machine, our washed clothes dried overnight hung up in bathroom because of floor heating. Easy & quick check in process even though no reception. There are staff on site - I got extra towels as soon as I asked. I would definitely stay here again if I returned to Oslo.

AAshauk88Hotel is located just 2 mins walk to Oslo Central Stn. Also close to city centre, shopping mall and cafes nearby. Room and bed are comfortable. Spacious enough to fit my big luggage and hang my jackets. I like how the bathroom floor is heated so I don't feel cold walking on it at night. Generally a good stay and I would book this place again next time.
