Room: Big space, new paint and wallpaper, good lighting, clean. Bathroom: Clogged bath tub, other things was good. Gym: Just nice for simple workout. Pool: Hope can close a bit late. Maybe until 7p.m. Receptionist: Very good cuz they use numbering method.

The room and breakfast is 10/10. If you wish for a staycation with family. This place is good. And going up to genting is super near However you must make sure you have own transport if you wish to stay here

I gave no complaint about this hotel except for a few 1. The path from parking level 1,2,3 to the lift lobby should be well lit and bright and should not look like a backyard. The lift area at parking should be paint and clean up. After all this is 4 or 5 star property in Kuantan 2. Coffee house stop serving coffee and anything at 1030 am. Only tea. That is strange. It was a weekend nite!!. The rest like location, service and amenities are good. Photos show view from the hotel.

The complimentary service for hi tea and breakfast is superb. I am late for the last call hi tea they packed coffee and all the condiments for me. Nice view from my suites, can see GHPO and cable car from there. The cons is that the lift is too slow and takes time during peak hours.

It’s a new hotel and the service is great. Room is clean and comfortable. Easy to access to fitness centre and pool. They have pool for kids too.

We like the room size, the gym, the balcony, the bathtub in the room and the wide range of foods served for breakfast. I love the environment and the surrounding of the hotel. There is a water fall trail behind the hotel and within the hotel vicinity there is also a cycling/ running trek along river. Not far from the hotel there r some eateries and convenience shops. The best thing about the hotel is that they provide coway water dispenser on every floor to substitute bottled water.

The location of Avillion Cameron Highlands is quite convenient, with everything you need within walking distance. There’s a convenience store, restaurants, fashion stores, and even a Mr. DIY on the ground floor, along with some playgrounds for kids (though many shop lots remain empty). The street food options outside the hotel building are a nice bonus, and breakfast at the hotel, while simple, is acceptable. However, there are a few areas that need improvement. Finding the hotel can be challenging as there’s no signage to guide you. The cleanliness of the room needs attention, as the cushions, sofa, and beds’ headboards have an unpleasant smell, suggesting they haven’t been cleaned in a while. Overall room hygiene is moderate but could be better. With a few improvements, the experience here could be much more enjoyable.

The hotel is really affordable and below photos are the view from a balcony. There are butterfly garden, sheep sanctuary, strawberry farm and so on near Nova Highland Hotel. The room is clean and tidy, and the location and environment are very good. However, the check-in location is in the Swiss garden in the front. After check-in, you have to go around to the apartment at the back, which is a bit troublesome, but our family is very satisfied with the homestay. The bath water is hot enough and the volume of water is large enough. The pillows and mattress are very comfortable. It was a great stay experience.

Room were superb, nice ambience. Just the toilet is smelly, probably clogged and our room got power trip and their maintenance team were so helpful and assist us less than 10mins

Rm250 for this huge and clean room, it was a last minute booking but it exceeded our expectation! Keep it up the great work to maintain and delivering the great service. It may be an old hotel but the vintage side of is a plus! I believe it is newly painted too. As long as the cleanliness is the priority and the amenities are well maintained, the hotel has more potential 🤍

Free unlimited filtered water, coffee and tea at reception.  Not too far fromGenting and close to various restaurants.  Rooms are big and spacious with balcony (we booked Delux King rooms) and there is option for joint rooms for families.  Beautiful clean swimming pool.  Beautiful fish pond with gold fish turtles frogs etc at hotel restaurant.

Great location, fantastic view. The entry to the room can be confusing but the owner was kind enough to provide detailed information along with a video clip. There was a strong smell from the kitchen sink's drain that could be uncomfortable for those who chose to sleep on the bed near the kitchen. Otherwise, overall, it was a good experience.

The room & toilet are clean. If you are going to book rooms at Midhills, remember to bring your slippers and toiletries because they don't provide that stuff. It's quite far from Genting Highlands and markets. I suggest you bring everything you need like food, drinks and snacks before you check in. The lights are grounded the reason when you turn it on, there will be a sparkling sound. There is also no cable on TV. The Aircon is not cooling. The smell of the room is some kind of weird. Please don't take my review as negative. By this, you can have room for improvement in the future.

Location off beat. Finding route was troublesome. Collecting keys before entering car park. Lift to level 7 access was hidden, took time to find then the room was ok. The sink was leaking I called and their response was immediate. Must see how things work now.

Pls stated Ur company list Infront of your counter or offices . I didn't receive any info on deposit payment because I've been checking with the info repeatedly before choosing any of the hotel or Airbnb pls stated UPFRONT . I have queue at one operator at first and spent sometimes on queuing and then when is my turn they said it's not under their operation so pls stated clearly who is whom room U are operating . During my check out time, I dunno Ur staff is being trained or not, I was the one she should attend at first but she attend other guest instead of me personally and the said didn't saw me just saw the person who direct to the counter?? What Ur eyes see only straight object is it????? . So frustrating ...overall the house is clean nice, good smell and nice facing open unit. . Thank you

Hotel berkonsepkan service apartment..baru siap Ogos2024…tiada servis room cleaning & tukar tuala sampai check out which is very dissapointed..kita bayar 3hari harga sama je, kenapa kena pakai tuala yg sama selama 3hari? Tapi lepas nego, pihak hotel tukarkan sekali sepanjang 3hari tu..breakfast rm58/pax di Zenith Hotel tp tak ambil pun

I am satisfied with all the services at the hotel. I definitely will stay here again for the next holiday. the cleanliness is very good even in the toilet. The breakfast was variety and the environment is also very calm and peaceful even the traffic at Cameron is was worst.

One of my favourite hideouts for a short escape from the city. As usual check in was a breeze n had an extremely good lunch of Curry Fish. Breakfast spread was ample with the usual Local dishes & some pastries . There's a coffee dispenser that serves Cappuccino. IMPT NOTE : The tour buses parked had their engine running and the diesel fumes spoil the clean air! PLS OFF THE ENGINE while waiting to pick up / off load passengers ! .

First time check in....harga murah sbb jatuh hari Deepavali tau.. Fuhh..naseb tak makan jem.. Sbb ada tanah runtuh kt simpang pulai.. Mula2 macam takut sebab banglo besar kot.. Rupanya tuan dia renovate jadikan homestay bygkan ada 10+ kot tak ingat dah... Lokasi homestay ni dekat giloss dgn pasar mlm.. Sis jalan kaki je dgn ank sedare pegi.. . Sekali imbas je jumpa owner dia.. Baik betul ramah je aunty..(cantik mcm pelakon Hindustan tau) btw ada 3 tingkat.. Kami dot tingkat atas sekali.. Fuhh.. Memula dok pikirkan mak cane nak naik ni.. Skali ade lif gais.. Mcm saye ngn ank sedara turun pakai tangga je.. Bilik saye ada 2 bilik and katil ada 7 gaiss..ibarat mcm sebuah apartment laa.. Pastu ada byk Bantal pulak tu..kami berempat je.. Toilet pulak ada asing utk yak2 dan mandi.. Dua2 toilet boleh mandi dgn heater... Siap ada sinki kt luar.. Dapor dia pulak ada mikrowave, peti ais 1 pintu, cerek, dapor elektrik dannnn ada periuk segala lah.. Cukup lengkap oii.. Pastu ada balkoni skali...tuala disediakn ye gaisss...ruang tamu ada sofa yg selesa.. Ada tv dan ada wifi.. So.. Anak2 korang tak bosan walaupun xde pool..😬 Pastu.. Oppss lupe.. Nanti ms check in diorg akan mtk depo Rm100 refund balik incase rumah diorg cantik mcm biasa.. 😅 Cuma dalam bilik 1 tu ade kipas.. Lg 1 xde kipas.. Patut ada jgk sbb ada time dia mcm rasa haba berkuap sikit.. Tp overall ok je.. Dan lg 1 mybe pihak homestay boleh sediakn alas kaki dan selipar.. Sejuk oo.. Room Suite very fantastic for big family and very enjoy for stay here. All staff very frendly & a big clap for Mr Joe entertain our family and explains about this resorts. He very frendly This resort very recommended 👍👍👍 and food sangat sedap especially nasi lemak 😍 Our dinner steamboat very delicious too. Parking very easy and resort near to centrum.
