The hotel is very clean and tidy. The biggest feature of the room is the floor-to-ceiling windows. The scenery outside the window is very clear. Although there is no bustling Michigan Avenue, it is still good! There is a bar on the 18th floor of the hotel, not big. The hotel has a restaurant on the left side of the hotel entrance, named Somerset, in the room can also book this restaurant in the room dinning, about twenty or thirty minutes to deliver the meal to the room. I really like the bathroom's minimalist wash suit, which is white tea, especially fragrant and comfortable. Shopping, dining and entertainment are nearby. Not far from there are Chinese restaurants, such as Imperial Lamian, Old Sichuan, MingHin Cuisine, Shanghai Terrance, which are just a few minutes from Uber. Royal chef and old Sichuan are very popular! It is also 10 minutes from the hotel to the famous scenic spot Michigan Avenue, which is also close to Navy Pier and Millennium Park. The fly in the ointment is that the sound insulation in the hotel is not good, the guests from the opposite side of the room can hear the opening of the door, but the overall is good!

We had a great stay at Intercontinental Chicago. we booked this hotel after a lot of considerations. Location is the best. Great breakfast buffet, my daughter loved the fresh strawberries and egg Benedict. This is going to be our go to hotel when in Chicago!

It's very clean and the service is good. It's right in the city center. It's convenient. It's suitable for friends who like to go to scenic spots. But if you drive there, the parking fee is a bit expensive! !

The rooms are super clean, and the location is right by everything, from bars, restaurants, the river walk. Also, the hotel staff was phenomenal. We need help with a friend and they assisted us without any complaints, and told us to reach out if we needed anything else.

This is a must-stay hotel in Chicago. We stayed in a 'Zen Suite One Bedroom' and were very impressed with the amenities in our room. The bathroom was enormous. There is a large stand up shower, as well as a stand-alone tub for soaking, duel sinks with plenty of counter space, and a door separating the toilet from the rest of the bathroom. Extra surprises for us included the heated bathroom floor, Dyson hair dryer, flat iron, comfy robes/slippers, Nespresso machine, Nobu signature bed, and modern décor. Everything feels brand new in this hotel since it only recently opened. We dined at the restaurant one night and the service and food were both top notch. I will always consider Nobu Hotel for any future travel to Chicago, as well as any other Nobu Hotel graced cities!

I am a guest of your's. I am very happy here. I sing highly of your service. First of all, the hotel is so beautiful. It looks like a garden. I enjoy it. Then, foods are delicious and some of them are amazing. Most important reason is that the bed is so big and soft that I don't want to get up every morning. It's wonderful here. The service attitude at the front desk was extremely poor. We had confirmed a day in advance that we could check in a little earlier, but when we arrived, we were made to wait in the lobby for more than an hour. After checking out, I called and complained, and the result was nothing. I always chose the Peninsula when I came to Chicago, and there is a high probability that I will not choose this hotel again in the future.

The sanitation and environment are very good! Very close to Michigan Avenue and Navy Pier! Sitting in the room, you can watch the fireworks show every Wednesday and Saturday! The disadvantages are that the breakfast in the hotel is not very delicious, and the air conditioner in the room is too noisy, which affects the rest at night.
