Hotel is conveniently located on top of the train station and is connected to a mall. Love that they have free curry rice as well as a drink for those who stay with them. If you are parking, park at the rooftop and then walk over thru a connector which leads you to the conference/event halls. Thereafter, take the lift down to the lobby. If you don’t do this, you will have to do a bit of a walk around to reach the lobby. Parking is 1000yen per day but you have to have the ticket validated first at the lobby before you head out.

Loved this hotel so much! There are 5 different onsens (including two amazing cave onsens) and a garden and a deck at level 30+ and restaurants, souvenir shops and a Lawsons in the hotel itself. The downside is that it is only reachable by a short boat ride on a very adorable turtle boat from 7 to 7 at certain intervals so you’ll need to time your itineraries very precisely. However, I did enjoy coming back earlier from a long day of hiking at Kumano Kodo and relaxing in the different onsens, which were a big highlight of my trip. Also make sure to dine at Ihura Sushi at Kii-Katsuura, which has amazing sushi.

Many dishes are cold, even scrambled eggs, and greasy. Air conditioner blows way too much, even when turned off. Difficult to sleep. The only option is to open a window, which doesn't entirely solve the issue. Hotel itself is very clean.

🩵Location: I bought a three-day ticket for the Meiko bus on my phone in advance. I got there when I got off at Zouyu Station. I was facing Shirarahama Beach🏝️, which was very cool😻! There was a lady at the door to greet me, and there was also a waiter who could speak Chinese. She was a very gentle and lovely lady🫶🏻 💙Full sea view room: Because I was in Shirahama for 3 days and 2 nights in total, I planned to book a cheaper room on the first night and booked late. There was only the last Japanese-style room. I used Ctrip points and the room price was less than 1,000, but it was really a surprise🤩! The Japanese-style room is very spacious, and there is a bed-making service at night. The highlight is this first-line sea view balcony🌊, which is worth the price! And the bathrooms are all newly renovated~ 🩶Hot spring hotel: If the only thing this hotel lacks is that there is no outdoor hot spring, everything else can be given full marks. On the left hand side of the hotel is Nagakyu Izakaya, and a little further ahead is Lawson convenience store.

The room is not as old as it looks in the photos. The price-performance ratio is high for one night and two meals. Xiao Bai of Kaiseki cuisine is satisfied. There are free drinks and coffee in the lobby in the afternoon, and free wine after 7pm. There is a white sand beach outside the hotel lobby, and you can see Yuanyue Island in a 6-minute walk. At 6am, I went to the second floor to take a bath, which is equivalent to a private bath, looking at the blue Pacific Ocean👍. After all, the hotel is a bit old, and there is a musty smell in the room. Just keep the dehumidifier on, and sleep anyway.

This is my first time staying in a hotel in such a far place. I thought it was a beautiful hotel from the photos, but unfortunately it was windy and rainy for two days and one night. There was really nothing I could do about the weather, but I was not satisfied with the lounge bar and the arrangement of dinner and breakfast in the hotel. Dinner was supposed to start at 5:30. I arrived at the restaurant at 5:40 and there was a long queue. When it was my turn, they told me that the place was full and I should come back around 6:30. I sat down and waited. I found that guests were registered one by one and informed of the time. I went to queue again at 6:30. Some people were already queued to 7:30 or 8:30, which meant that the people entering the restaurant and those queuing for reservations were all mixed together. The same thing happened with breakfast. I was really dumbfounded. It was the first time I stayed in a hotel that arranged the restaurant in this way, and I found it incredible. My previous experience was that when checking in, the hotel would first ask about the estimated meal time and then make arrangements. Wouldn't this save a lot of chaos? I really think the restaurant service staff have a very hard time because the company's process is so poor that it makes them suffer.

An European styled resort hotel right next to the marina, Porto Europe and the seafood market, the proximity to these facilities makes up for its rather out-of-the-way location. The marina gives the hotel a nice and posh surrounding and scenery. The staff are very helpful and efficient.

The hotel is located about a 15-minute walk from Wakayama Station and 2-3 bus stops away from Wakayama. The elevators in the hotel are separated from each other. Parking is free and there are free snacks and coffee and tea drinks (vending machines). The toilet and bathroom are separated and the space is not small.

This hotel is really old and not very cost-effective. In addition, it was difficult to connect to the hotel's wifi, and it took a long time to set it up with their staff. The location is relatively remote, so it would be better if you drive by yourself. In addition, children without extra beds will be charged separately. If I hadn't booked at last minute and had no choice, I would really want to change hotels.

The seaside room is very large, clean and comfortable, with an open-air footbath. Although the bath is not too big, the environment is comfortable. The view was great, the illuminations were beautiful at night, and the surrounding hotels probably helped create a nice atmosphere. The buffet-style dinner and breakfast were luxurious and we enjoyed a lot. The bath was also great, with an open-air bath and the fresh air was refreshing. We were a little confused as it was hard to find the entrance to the hotel from the road. It would have been nice if there had been clearer signs.

If you have something, you need to transfer through Trip.com. Second, it may be a relationship that has just opened. There are few errors in the information left, which is easy to mislead. For example, there is no parking lot in the information. The actual house is a parking lot in front of the house. Each suite will also provide a parking space. For example, breakfast can be provided, but there is no such option at all, and there is no supermarket and store opened at night in the 20 minutes or so around the apartment. There is a picture of the bathroom in the photo, but there is no indication in the public facilities that the bathroom is shared by 2 apartments.
