Breakfast is excellent, must try for at least one time! They provide free sake even at the breakfast time (I don't drink though)... Nice & clean, staff are helpful & polite, just a bit away from JR station...

Liked this hotel for the following 1) very clean 2) the room type we booked is one of the biggest hence we enjoyed the room very much 3) netflix! 4) comfortable bed and duvet 5) complimentary tea and water at dispenser near lift of each floor The things we didnt enjoy too much 1) distance from Aomori station. 25 mins walk. 5mins by bus 2) toilet is rather small though we got used to it

The hotel is located in a very convenient location with easy access to train station and convenience store located just downstairs.  The hotel itself is modern, stylish and comfortable to stay. We will definitely stay this hotel again.

A small beautiful log house in the valley of My Hakkoda. Quaint, rooms are double floor with the living room upstairs. Service was good though English was limited. Only shock we got was there was nothing nearby and as we did not know you had to order your lunch and dinner 3 days in advance!! We literally did not have lunch and dinner was a miserable bowl of soba as that was the only thing they have. And if you do not ski there is really nothing to offer except tons of snow!! Must thank the staff for trying really hard to solve the problems we had.

The fourth time I went, there were not many skiers, very good for the novice, very safe, a family of 3 travel, the room was very warm, very quiet place. The ski trail is suitable for primary and intermediate grades. Breakfast and dinner are very healthy. After skiing, it is very comfortable to soak in a hot spring. Before leaving, the hotel leader drove us to the airport and the service was very intimate. Go skiing next Christmas.

Although the hotel does not have too many facilities and the scope is not large, I am very satisfied with the room facilities. There is a bathtub, and it is dawn. The mountain view from the room is full of fairy tale-like snow-capped mountains, with trees and snow fields, and it is of late life. , there is no road that no passerby passes by. Open the wooden door and you will see the all-white snow scene. You can also open the glass door of the small terrace and take photos with nature. It is so dreamy! As for the hot springs, I am also 100% satisfied and 100% fond of it. I added Tsugaru apples to the hot spring water. As for breakfast and dinner, which are two meals per stay (fixed meal), the food is quite satisfactory, but it is also exquisite and cute!
