The hotel is good, it has its defects like everything that is used The room is good The beds are good, the bathroom and shower are good too. Fast hot water, air conditioning worked well The refrigerator had 2 bottles of water welcome but the refrigerator did not cool well The safe is free but it was low on battery They changed them quickly for me, yes The last night when we got to the room There was a leak in the bathroom in the bathroom in the room upstairs They also fixed this quickly. Breakfast is simple but nothing is missing Everything is recommended

The experience and stay here has been very good, it was the second time I came here with my partner and this time has been better than the previous one. The room was very clean and the hotel was very comfortable. The room was still smoking, even though it was a non-smoking room, as I was here for the first time. The dryer you have to be pressing a button all the time and at the end your fingers are tired, and at least in our last room there was no swab in the bathroom, so I couldn't slip my hair in front of the mirror. The hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable.

Excellent treatment, very comfortable and welcoming room. We will definitely come back, the location is very good because the tram stop is right next door.

I chose this hotel for one night stay because the price is attractive to me.If the same hotel in Shanghai,the price will be at least EURO200.The breakfast is so plenty.There are two coffee machines with many kinds of coffee capsules.It took me 15minutes waking to the city centre & also main shopping mall.It's really a good hotel.I'll stay this hotel again while I visit Murcia again.

Good hotel near to lots of restaurants, large comfortable beds, great shower with lovely extra large fluffy towels, didn't have food as I think the breakfast seems to be overpriced at 14 euros pp, cheaper to eat out.

The hotel rooms are newly renovated and the area is large. There is also an underground parking lot, which is great value for money as a crossing point.

The spectacular pool of children and the treatment of the 10-year-old workers were the first time we went to Mazarron port. We will repeat!!

First time at this hotel but have used many hotels over the years in this resort as a four-star hotel I would rate it on the lower four stars staff was a little hit and miss at times left standing for nearly ten minutes with ice creams in my hand? and one evening i was the second person at the bar the barman knew I was waiting but managed to serve five customers then walked away i had to call him back to request bar service, Pool area was nice and clean with clean fresh towels and always sun loungers empty pool was the best outdoor pool it was like a bath ( only open this year July August ) could have stayed in it all day long the lifeguard spent a lot of time on his mobile which is a concern when you have small children in and around the pool area. the kid's entertainment lady? well, she may as well have not been there we had an active two-year-old in our group and she never once approached us the. we stayed in both front sea view rooms and also their apartments. sea view rooms were nice but a little dated and I have to say the beds were the worse hard beds ever like sleeping on concrete? if you don't have a back problem when you come to leave you will have not 4-star beds at all. the apartments appear to sit around the corner away really from the hotel down a local street they offer ground-floor or first-floor apartments ground floor apartments are not very private even with the small hedge in front the hotel offers parking but lots of on-street parking around the local area if you do not mind a short walk the beach is a flat easy 10 minute walk away so to the mud baths. the spa within the hotel was a little expensive but very nice and the saltwater pool offers something different but please remember hats and googles

We booked 7 nights at the end of August. The truth that the experience has been great. A large, clean, comfortable room with excellent views of the pool and the smaller sea. We took the Full Pension and surprised us gratefully for both its variety and the price of drinks. The swimming pools are excellent, with air-conditioned temperatures, free baleine beds and two jacuzzis on foot of the pools are also free. You have both the smaller sea and the Mediterranean q short of 100 metres and with a huge beach, without agglomerations. The only thing I would put to you would be that 15 euros per day of parking seems to me too much.
