Hotel 4-Star di Red Sea Governorate, Egypt

Everything was perfect, from the welcome to the service to the catering, several restaurants, very nice decoration... beautiful swimming pools and gym. Beautiful hotel on a human scale (not like the big complexes where you get lost), clean hotel and room with sea view... new hotel so very attentive staff. Beach nearby, nothing around except other hotels... about 25 minutes from Hurghada. I recommend this stay if you want to have a great vacation

As a high-end brand in Egypt, Sunrise has excellent facilities and services. This Sunrise is relatively small, but it is small and exquisite. It is not as noisy as other large hotels. It is very quiet. I like its different dinner every day. The cuisine is different. The two days I came were Chinese and Egyptian.

Overall situation: The hotel covers a large area and is beautifully built. It feels like a vacation in the south of France. Food: The three meals a day ordered on Ctrip are included in the room rate. Each meal is rich in variety, clean and delicious. There are also several bars where you can drink free juice drinks, and the drinks on the beach are also free. Scenery: Going back, you can see a whole beautiful Red Sea beach. Don’t be too happy lying on a lounge chair and watching the Red Sea scenery!

A very very beautiful beach, the architecture was pleasing to the eyes! My room was on the 1st floor with glass doors in a roll-beam project. A sun lounger with a soft towel right at the exit. You could wake up, open the door, run and dive into the sea! Very beautiful territory. A waiter from a neighboring restaurant came up to me and offered to look at the menu. I was surprised why pay for something that is in the hotel restaurant in a huge selection? He was also surprised in response to my naivety and said ”But we have delicious!” And he was right. I visited 3 hotels: there is a lot of food but it is not tasty. I felt so sick after the partridge and crabs that I gave up fish and meat

Couldn’t ask for a better stay! This hotel is one of my favourite hotels I have stayed in. The staff are absolutely phenomenal so friendly and so hard working, I really do admire them for their service. The room was absolutely stunning, very clean when we first came. The hotel itself is extremely beautiful with a lovely pool playing music in the day and also the lagoon that runs through the whole of El gouna. El Gouna as well is a beautiful place which is incredibly buzzy and beautiful. I couldn’t recommend this hotel more! Thank you❤️

1⃣️Difference: Arabella Azur Resort and the Bel Air Azur Resort next door are in the same park and have the same owner, but they are divided into two hotels on the left and right, sharing the same sea area. You can choose the hotel according to your favorite style and suitable price. 2⃣️Room: The room I booked is called ocean view, with white walls and blue fences, and the other is sea view, with white walls and brown fences. Pay attention to the difference. 3⃣️Price: 800+ when booking two months in advance, 600+ when booking on Ctrip temporarily, choose as needed 4⃣️Location: Right in the center of Hurghada, two kilometers away from the City center, it is very convenient if you want to go shopping. If you don’t go out shopping, it is recommended to go to Soma Bay, more than 40 kilometers away from Hurghada, where the coral reefs are more beautiful. 5⃣️Snorkeling: It's OK if you don't have high requirements. The main thing is that the snorkeling mask, life jacket, and fins are all free. I personally tested that you can bring a snorkeling mouth and ask the staff to help you change it. 6⃣️Service: The service attitude of most staff is very good, and they are talking and laughing. It is normal to encounter one or two black-faced front desk staff. There are all kinds of birds in the forest. I don't mind it very much. 7⃣️Food: It's not starving, but it's not delicious. I stayed 1 night but the buffet was good, the staff too and i didn’t really liked the outside because its in the middle of the city but i admit that its easier to go shopping if you ate located there and is next to the airport

Huge resort in Hurghada in the Sal Hasheesh area, it had a lot of potential but from the first night our hopes of spending a holiday with all the comforts were dashed. We were assigned a room on the lowest level of the structure, with walls raised by humidity and a terrible smell of mold. We protested and we were changed rooms, with the promise that the following morning we would be taken to yet another room because the problem apart from the smell, was that the room was objectively dirty. The following morning we were moved to the third room on the second floor. A boy had taken care of cleaning it but obviously it was a general cleaning. Just think that the sheets were full of hair, in fact we slept on them for a week. The common areas, the long corridors were never cleaned, in fact the marble had a dull patina, look at the attached photos. The hall and the restaurant room were cleaned with a spray bottle, I'm talking about the floors, and a squeegee. Apart from this big inconvenience, the structure itself was magnificent, very large, the pools were clean, there was a heated pool, and the beach was very nice and clean. The food was also quite varied, even if the variety of fruit for example was limited. In conclusion, do not expect a five star because it is not, it could be when the structure is really cleaned from top to bottom. Unfortunately, we Italians have very high standards when it comes to cleanliness. We traveled with another family in fact you will find the same review.

Booked more than 400 per night with three meals for two. This big hotel is only my Chinese and the others are blonde. The hotel is beautiful and the red castle type is very Arabic. There is more than an hour of free performances every night in a semicircular theater. The hotel also has a small museum. There are several swimming pools, and in winter there is a heated pool where you can play water volleyball. You can also play mini golf, darts, table tennis, tennis, aerobics and parent-child activities for free. Three meals a day are good. There are several restaurants, and the ice cream shop cafe bar is free. It's a little far from the beach but there is a shuttle bus. I didn't go to the beach because I booked a two-day trip to the sea. It doesn't matter if the hotel is not at the beach if I feel the sea. A five-minute walk near the hotel has a very large variety of supermarkets that can be visited for a long time. If you are tired of the hotel, you can change the taste at several restaurants in the supermarket entrance. There are also shops and supermarkets in the hotel, and the prices are ok. A small road next to it is Jungle Paradise Hotel, which is bigger like a big park to visit, and no Asian can see it. Stayed for three nights and did n’t have enough. I just left the terrain and left. Try the next Jungle Paradise Hotel next time.

Very good hotel Clean rooms Check-in and check-out process was perfect Pools and aqoa were amazing but there is no deep pool all the pool is 90cm hight which is not good for me. The food variety is limited in some meals The animation team is very good at night but not very active in the morning. I would like to thank MR kerolous from the receiption team and MR Adel rhe head of food and beverages for their professionalism and their politly way. Thank you and I will come back again

The room is so-so, an old hotel, but the beach and underwater coral fish are one of the best in the entire Red Sea. It is definitely not wrong to come here to play in the sea, and there is also a magnificent sunrise

The hotel was quite good, but Ctrip marked the wrong location and we were picked up by a black car in the middle of the night! Later, I contacted Ctrip to replenish the fare. The location of Ctrip’s 45Km was wrong! The hotel includes three meals a day, and it’s pretty good to lie flat. It’s not as fun as snorkeling at the Aomabay Sheraton at the back. It’s only suitable for lying flat, and there’s not much to do.

The Solymar beach resort is not the most expensive resort in the Hurghada/Safaga area, but it’s also not the cheapest. Because of this, we were expecting it to be quite middle-of-the-range in terms of quality. At every turn, we were pleasantly surprised and delighted. The staff were friendly and courteous - whether at the reception, in the restaurant, or walking past someone watering the grass, you are guaranteed a friendly greeting. Everyone is quick to know their customers - after just a day in our usual spot on the beach, Ahmed knew our usual order. The hyper-energetic Magic Entertainment team members were also quick to build rapport and make us feel included in the resort vibes. We plunged immediately into extreme relaxation with a “honeymoon massage” at the spa, which included time in the dry and steam saunas, a special hammam exfoliation ritual on a heated marble slab, a full-body Dead Sea mud wrap, and an oil massage. The masseuses were talkative and playful - possibly not to everyone’s taste, but this seems to be the Egyptian way and certainly got me smiling and giggling along. There is not a moment of the day when you might be at risk of going hungry. From the early breakfast in the main restaurant, to the late breakfast at the beach, to the drinks and snacks on offer throughout the day at the pool bar and restaurant, there is always a wide array of quality F&B choices. There is some variation from day -to-day options, and it’s always worth checking out the “fresh-from-the-grill” area to see what the day’s speciality may be. Part of the stay includes one complementary meal at one of the two a la carte restaurants (Italian/Egyptian) where the food is a level or two up from what’s served in the buffets. Go hungry - the Egyptian meal included a starter of hot and cold mezze, a soup, a main course and a dessert (with alternative plant-based and kiddies’ menus). The resort has done a lot to ensure that it is eco friendly. Apart from the usual request to hang up towels to save water on unnecessary cleaning, they also purify their own water, which is left in your room in chilled glass bottles (it tastes a little weird, but it’s good for the planet). Overall, highly recommend the Solymar resort.
