Semen (male ejaculate) on the window was a disgusting surprise, but it fit with other problems (usb ort needed fixing & only worked with TV on, dreadful cold watery ”alfredo” that had no spoon for tasteless sauce, demand for cash to pay room service that robbed me of taxi money I'd saved to see souk, disappointing breakfast with ”beef bacon” a whitish chemical sausage, inedible noodles & boiled ”curried vegetables” & general vibe that was creepy for solo female. Novotel in Abu Dhabi did so much better!

Excellent facilities in the rooms. Notably, breakfast is also unparalleled in its variety and quality. The bellboys are very attentive and look out for their guests. Especially I would like to express my sincere thanks to the last bellboy I came in contact with. If I had to mention a disappointment, it would be a very small portion, but there were some staff members in the restaurant that showed glimpses of inexperience. When I visited the restaurant in the evening for a la carte, I was repeatedly asked if I was finished. Since this restaurant does not have a table system where the staff is in charge of the table, it is still a bit of a turn-off to be asked by more than one person. I also happened to see them in situations where they carelessly bumped or dropped dishes and broke them.

Overall good spacious rooms, good breakfast spread and a nice pool area and we would have had a great trip only if it had thinner pillows. Unfortunately the hotel only had one type of pillows and they were quite thick and difficult for us to sleep comfortably and that spoilt a bit of the experience. That's the reason to cut one star from amenities. We had a great city view room and picture shows the view with the cairo tower .

The bed was extraordinarily comfortable, providing me with restful nights throughout my stay. One of the highlights of my visit was the hotel's dining options. I particularly enjoyed the freshly baked pastries and the made-to-order omelets. The on-site restaurants also did not disappoint, serving exquisite meals in an elegant setting. The amenities at Hilton Zamalek are top-notch. The fitness center is well-equipped with modern machines, and the outdoor pool area is a peaceful oasis where I could unwind after a day of exploring Cairo. The hotel's location is perfect for sightseeing, with many of the city's attractions just a short drive away. Overall, my stay at the Hilton in Zamalek exceeded all expectations. The combination of excellent service, comfortable accommodations, and prime location makes this hotel a standout choice in Cairo. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was exceptional, a strategic location near to Tahrir square and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. A special thank you to Sherry and all the staff for the warm and welcoming hospitality.

Best value and a great choice for position in Cairo and the hotel itself with well appointed rooms and breakfast venue to die for with a magnificent view of the major square and Hilton Intercontinental Ritz Carlton Hotels the other side of the square . Mohammed is a true professional as Duty Manager with Peter Abdul Vero to support make anyone’s stay pleasant and assist you with any requests.Easy easy choice of great local restaurants and all other shopping is on the immediate vicinity .Great comfortable beds with excellent showers .

The air conditioner in the room was too close and it was so noisy. I ended up changing to a less noisy room, but it was downgraded. There was no compensation. Everything else was fine.

This hotel was better than expected. We didnt stay at our usual hotel as the prices for Cairo currently are very high so this was the first time at this hotel. The location is really good - pharmacies, restaurants, kiosks and a Metro market all with 30 seconds walk of the hotel and of course Zamalek is really central so a good hub for Uber and getting around the city. Prior reviews are pretty bad but we found the hotel incredibly clean, the side nile view room we had was large, well appointed, the furniture was certainly not tired and we were pleased with the room from a comfort and business perspective. WIFI worked well, a desk in the room and settee and the bed was GREAT. They really dont have any facilities and there is no gym which is an issue for us but we knew this before booking but there are many gyms close by so dont let this be an issue - just GOOGLE! The breakfast by Egyptian standards was alright. The big plus is the omlette/egg station and they also do morning crepes. Fruit, hot food section, breads,, salads etc and frankly it does the job. Egyptians do breakfast really well so although this is a bit below par on an Egyptian level - on a European level it is very good compared to your travelodges and Holiday Inn Express's in the UK. The staff as always are friendly, attentive and yes you need to tip but this is the same in all Egypt - average tip is 20 EGP. Leave something to housekeeping and you will get lot of extras eg extra coffee etc. I liked the hotel, the other reviewers I think may have been there as tourists expecting something different but frankly this is a good tourist class hotel and its always a good sign when you see Egyptians staying which there were.

Facilities: The hotel facilities are very good, suitable for long-term stay, with pots, refrigerators, microwaves, gas stoves, kitchenware, etc. But there is no hair dryer, and disposable items such as slippers and toothbrushes are not provided. The front desk said that the swimming pool can be used, but the security said it cannot be used when I arrived. Hygiene: The hygienic conditions are also very good. Service: The service and security are very good. The surrounding area is relatively deserted, and there is a row of supermarkets and restaurants about five minutes away. The place is good close to everything but I was traveling for business internet service is terrible, I had to spend hours working in the lobby to get better connection. If I was traveling with a family or for tourism I wouldn’t have had any issues. Elevator is so small and old it’s scary. Other than that I would really recommend it if you’re traveling with a family or friends.

The room was clean and big with all kitchen utensils included a washing machine, very convenient if you have a car easy to reach all the places, many malls near by with a good service restaurants

You have to bring your own toothbrush and everything, because it is a B&B, but the owner is very hospitable and the staff will help you carry your luggage. The overall environment is okay. Because I customize oil, I have a special car to pick me up. You have to consider the transportation. It may not be very convenient here.

Lovely place I like it and my family I like it and good location 

The hotel selected for the exhibition is a little older. The service is good. The breakfast is normal. The hotel environment is not bad. It is unexpected that the upgrade has become a suite.

Frankly, I thank the workers in the place, especially brother Amr and the building guard. They were very kind and the place, frankly, does not need much, so they deserve a great word.
