Hotel Bintang 4 di Hovedstaden, Denmark

Lokasi strategis. 20 menit naik metro dari bandara dan hotel ini dapat dicapai dengan berjalan kaki sebentar dari stasiun dan stasiun kereta api pusat. Meskipun jalurnya berbatu, menyeret koper bisa jadi sulit. Saya memesan kamar single dan setelah sampai di kamar pertama, saya menyadari harus menaiki tangga untuk sampai ke kamar. Saya langsung berbalik ke resepsionis untuk meminta pindah kamar. Saat itulah saya diberi tahu bahwa semua tipe kamar single berada di 'lantai bawah' yang memiliki tangga. Saya berharap seseorang menyebutkan hal ini di ulasan sebelumnya. Menyeret koper berat di atas karpet saja sudah merepotkan, dan ini diperparah dengan adanya tangga di antaranya. Kamarnya kecil, tetapi mereka telah menambahkan fitur-fitur cerdas untuk memaksimalkan ruang. Saya suka konsep lemari pakaian terbuka dan bagaimana mereka menggabungkan rak koper dengan ***a lipat dari cermin/lemari pakaian. Area pancuran agak kecil, tetapi tekanan air dari kepala pancuran hujannya bagus. Tempat tidur dan bantalnya lebih empuk daripada yang saya inginkan. Bantalnya empuk banget, rasanya hampir sama enaknya dengan tidak punya bantal. Sarapannya luar biasa, dengan pilihan kue kering, roti, potongan daging dingin, yoghurt, sereal, telur, dan sosis yang lengkap. Saya suka stafnya yang sangat sigap mengisi ulang makanan yang hampir habis dan membersihkan piring.

Checking in & out are done via the self-check in automat. Didn't try the breakfast. There's an indoor swimming pool which is great. Room is clean & tidy, with some traces of dust though. The hotel looks dated but well-maintained. The bartender is cheerful and staff are friendly. Just a few steps away from Kastrup Airport. Train station connected to the hotel so we simply took the train to Copenhagen city centre ftom the hotel which took about 20 minutes.

It was very beautiful from the lobby. The room was not very new but still clean. It was spacious and comes with beautiful furniture. The little kitchen was perfect. All utensils were great. Dishes are from Hay House which is so cute. I like the way they “hide” the bed, so the room has much more functionality. It was comfy and cozy staying there. The sidekicks (staff) are super friendly and helpful. The price was also good. It definitely worth. The place is close to the metro, and the building is very easy to find. Lastly, there is a supermarket near the place (next to the metro), so it was very convenient to buy things and cook them in the room.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The room was clean cozy and had a nice city view with an IKEA vibe. The staff were warm and helpful and the location was great just a short walk to the shopping mall and easy to explore around. It felt peaceful and comfortable. I would love to stay here again.

Merhabalar yastığın boyutu çok küçüktü. Banyodaki klima ayar düğmesinin nereye kumanda ettiğini gösteren bir yazı yoktu. Ve 30 dereceye kadar ayarlaniyordu. Sonradan farkettim ki banyo altan ısıtmaya aitmiş. Ama normal odanın Max. Sıcaklığı 23,5 dereceye ayarlaniyordu. Tv nin yeri hiç uygun değildi. Tv izlemek mümkün değildi 22:00 olduğunda hiçbir yiyecek yapan restaurant yoktu. Sabah kahvaltısında zeytin yoktu. Peynir 2 çeşitti.

Super nice design. Clean and new, friendly staffs. I love how the hotel thoughtfully put so many designer chairs there and look harmoniously synchronised

Rating: ★★★☆☆ (3/5) The location of the hotel is excellent and very convenient for exploring Copenhagen on foot. The design and atmosphere of the property are unique and stylish, and the lobby and common areas feel warm and inviting. Staff were generally friendly and welcoming, which added to the experience. However, the stay was affected by several issues. Housekeeping was inconsistent — the room was not serviced daily, towels were not replaced, and basic items were not restocked, even when requested. For a hotel in this price range, I expected more reliable cleaning and room maintenance. Some noise from outside was also noticeable, which may bother light sleepers. Storage space in the room is quite limited, making longer stays less comfortable. Overall, the hotel has a great location and a nice vibe, but service quality and room practicality need improvement.

Room looks clean but the toilet has a sweaty smell. Read reviews that the rooms may be noisy because the hotel faces the road but didn't encounter the issue. The hotel was thoughtful to provide 2 sets of earplugs.

Hotel ini terletak di pusat kota Kopenhagen. Anda dapat berjalan kaki ke tempat-tempat wisata utama di kota. Kamar-kamarnya bercirikan ***a rumah Nordik yang hangat. Ukurannya besar. Staf pelayanannya sangat sopan sarapan. Lingkungan sekitar sangat tenang. Mudah dijangkau dari Nyhavn dan kanal.

The hotel was truly lovely. We had a really long flight and were so tired, but the hotel was just incredible for having a good rest. Very clean, quiet, good breakfast, friendly staff - all expectations were exceeded. I really wish all hotels in Europe were like this :) Thank you again for the wonderful service ♥️
