From the moment we arrived we were made to feel safe, comfortable and every single need was catered to. Traveling with our 1 year old son for the first time, the stay at Movenpick was exactly the right place. Amazing amazing staff: Our transfer by private boat, van and bus was organised perfectly. Checking in and out - staff are friendly. Concierge and staff assistance with transfers/ in town travel and anything else - exceptional. Staff at the pools, beach, restaurants, daycare, shops, cleaning staff - all are exceptional and truly warm and friendly. Amazing food and drinks, pool and beach is amazing and we truly cannot say enough how well we were treated and spoiled. Special shoutout to: Rianne, Honey, Antonet, Mia, Cara and Brooks for greeting our boy by name every day, spending time with him, making him laugh all while making sure we are comfortable and enjoying our breakfast/lunch/dinner - you all truly embody professional and loving service - we will miss seeing you every morning. To the managers - Arnold, Marichel and Arlene - thank you for your honest goodness, smiles and small favours (small glasses of fruit juice, extra bananas etc etc). We are sad to leave here but will definitely be back one day - hope to see you all here again!

The hotel is located on white beach. It’s a beautiful resort with a top-class breakfast buffet. The hotel staff were all friendly and kind and tried their best to make us feel welcome. The three pools at the hotel are amazing - this was my favorite part of the hotel! We had to pay a deposit of 6k peso on check in. There were some ants in our room and on the bed and the hotel staff assisted immediately, by offering to change rooms. We celebrated a birthday and they made it extra special during breakfast! One thing that bothered me… the housekeeping leaving a warning for us not to smoke in the room even though we hadn’t been doing so. We followed the rules and made sure not to smoke in the room, but we were met with a warning that a smoking was detected in the room and that the hotel would charge us two nights stay as a result. Overall it’s a wonderful hotel. The beds are soft and the location is perfect!

From start to finish, exceptional service levels from super friendly and professional staff. Faculties were ALL amazing, had 2 room types booked, Beach and Garden, both with exceptional views. A strong mention that HOUSEKEEPING was perfect and precise, overall the best property I’ve stayed at in many years! This should be everyone’s GO TO for Boracay. In house restaurant was good but after 2-3 days it can get boring. At check in, being told external food permitted wasn’t justified. There’s only 1 restaurant at The Lind, you can’t restrict guests. Overall I give this one of my highest Resort Ratings 10/10! Views, to die for!!

Essa, one of their hotel staff really helped us to get a nice and convenient room location. Will definitely go back here and the food was superb! Really the #1 Gourmet hotel in Boracay! ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

It exceeded our expectations when they gave us a pool view without knowing it but felt disappointed when we noted for a complimentary birthday set up and went to our room with nothing, even emailed them for it. Also their contact number is always busy and when it rings nobody answers the call. Still recommending it, a good place to stay at a reasonable price.

Stayed for 5 nights. Overall experience is below expectations: hotel is not that modern, pretty old fashioned, renovation is needed. There are no curtains in the rooms, therefore, those who are sensitive to light in the morning won’t get good sleep. No sleepers, no bathrobes, no shower gel (only shampoo and conditioner). Relatively noisy from external blocks of air conditioners. Breakfast is probably the biggest disappointment - need to wait in a queue to be seated, the area is quite small relatively to the number of rooms, food selection is pretty narrow, but delicious. Gym is fine. Personnel is very kind, polite and nice. Hotel offers the chaise lounges on the beach; distance to beach around 10 minutes in calm walking. During this travel we stayed in another two hotels too, trust me, for this price you can find more balanced offers - major questions are to the facilities.

Unfortunately the weather was pretty bad when we traveled but we were lucky to be staying at the Mandarin hotel. All the staff were courteous and attentive. The reception helped us with the check-in, receiving my delayed luggage and asking about its condition since my luggage looked rained on and had sand, confirming our return flight since it was at risk due to the bad weather conditions. The staff at the poolside lounge, La Fiesta and Mama Mia went to the extra mile- giving us complementary ice cream and fruit skewers. keeping our wine/beer glasses full, as well as helping to serve my senior citizen parent some drinks and soup. All the staff are very professional too, in the manner they conduct themselves especially with guests. They also provided complementary nightly turndown service, including snacks. The rooms are top notch, very clean- unlike the other hotel chain in the area. Complete amenities and my parents especially loved the complementary flipflops. It’s also very comfortable to stay around the pool. The lounge tables have games for the guests to use. I also used their small temporary gym which they have plans to upgrade. I look forward to coming back here in summer next year.

Service was very good and very friendly, the breakfast is amazing, lots of choices, different kind of filipino dishes. The location is also very nice, beachfront hotel, the place is very clean, very new, and the Deluxe direct pool access is a must! Its very beautiful there, definitely will go back there again soon! Thank you for letting us feel very comfortable.

We stayed at Henann Crystal Sands for about 5 days and I would like to share some of our experience. What I loved about the place is their location, very accessible, a lot of restaurants nearby and a lot of things to do, you may also watch fire dance every 7pm outside the hotel (near beach front). Pool and Breakfast Buffet are great, staffs are very kind, attentive and friendly. Their Airport transfer is hassle free, good thing we arranged it with Hennan. One thing that we’re not satisfied about the hotel is the room, AC is not properly working and there’s a leak. wooden windows looks so old too. We told FO about our AC, and we were transferred into another room. Room view is really bad too, they don’t have a decent view for their deluxe rooms. Overall experience was good, I guess they must do some renovation or checking in rooms that looks very used/old. And also, double check the rooms if everything is working because room rates should be worth it. Please add some nice fragrance too!
