The hotel explained that there are differences in services between the two all-inclusive packages.

And it is a full atoll! If you have not been to Maldives, you will not understand, which means that the water villas are calm! You can even walk to see the coral reefs in the distance when the tide is low! The service is professional and efficient! Buggy always comes quickly! I only saw one mosquito the whole time! I was not bitten! All of these, there is no harm without comparison! Later, I changed to a certain brand resort, and it plummeted! One suggestion is that it is recommended to contact the hotel more than three days before check-in and book a restaurant! Because it is not bad to eat in a certain restaurant, but it is not enjoyable! The restaurants that need to be booked are a real gourmet experience! The Italian restaurant is great! The Chinese restaurant is very authentic! The only comment is that the fried beef noodles need to be wide noodles. Hahaha, a small flaw! Very delicious! The breakfast is also great! Amazing 9 day break in December 2024. Stayed at the villa with a private pool. We used it every day and enjoyed spending time sunbathing and relaxing on the beach. The food was excellent with a good variety. Although there could be a greater choice of soft drinks for the full board package at lunch and dinner time. A special thank you to Duryodhan, Rasheed, and Anju in the resteraunt for their exceptional service. If you want to relax with beautiful scenery and quality food and a modern and comfortable villa with a bathtub and both indoor and outdoor showers. With housecleaning twice per day, this resort will not disappoint.

We went to the local residents island, it is not recommended to go, it is not fun at all and not very good. Seaplanes are charged in US dollars, and overweight will also add money. The hotel toiletries are very average. It is recommended to bring some by yourself, including the snacks in the room, which are not very delicious. Buying things in shops on the island is very expensive, and they are all priced in US dollars. Diving equipment can be taken for free, but it is not very good, and you can bring it home.

Even if it rains (it only rains on the first day, the weather is very good afterwards), the sea water is also blue and clear. Let’s talk about service again. No matter where you are, the staff on the island will greet you warmly. Every time the car comes to pick us up, the driver will ask you how your day is going. The same goes for the staff in the restaurant. At the entrance of the restaurant, he greeted him from a long distance away, and the butler responded quickly to the message. I read the comments before saying that they are very enthusiastic about foreigners. I think there is a high probability that the British are not good at English, and they can’t communicate with us^_^ In short, this is a very pleasant experience and it is worth the money. This is my second time to Maldives Hotel service attitude is very poor 1) Poor arrangement of seaplane I was the last seaplane to arrive on the island, unfortunately I encountered a seaplane delay It was dark when we arrived at the island. 2) Downgrade Room I have booked a water massage room and paid in full! But when the last seaplane arrived at the island, the hotel said that the room I booked had been sold out and could not be provided to me, so I was arranged to stay in the most basic sand house. It was not until the next day that a water villa was available for me to stay in. It’s neither reasonable nor fair. In the end, I spent several hours arguing with the hotel, and the hotel manager also showed up before they were willing to refund the difference. It was originally intended to be a celebration of the anniversary, but the hotel's arrangements ruined the mood of the celebration  As it was already dark, the hotel staff said they would introduce the island facilities to me when I changed rooms the next day. The facilities were not introduced until the second day. I don't know what activities there are on the island. I don't even know the restaurant's opening hours.
