Hotel Bintang 5 di La Altagracia, Republik Dominika

O espaço do hotel em si é muito bonito e aconchegante, porém , o que nos decepcionou foi o atendimento, grande parte dos funcionários impacientes e nada solícitos , um dos funcionários do sport bar chegou a xingar a gente em espanhol achando que não entendemos, e isso somente porque ainda não tínhamos escolhido o lanche que queríamos. Outra coisa que nos pegou de surpresa e nos deixou chateados foi a disponibilização dos restaurantes, praticamente TODOS fechados , na descrição do hotel consta com várias opções mas, somente funcionou o italiano , o dominicano e o japonês, assim causando lotação , e conseguimos somente agendar um jantar no italiano, e nos reatando no outro dia o buffet geral, que mesmo sendo grande, havia poucas opções e variações de comida. A culinária é diferente , a carne é diferente , mas isso ao nosso paladar. Havia solicitado ao hotel com antecedência , uma arrumação diferente ou algo especial pois estava em lua de mel, e o mesmo se quer respondeu e ao chegar poderiam nos dar um quarto de lua de mel porém somente ao pagamento de 70 dólares ,mas enfim, não deixamos isso estragar nosso descanso , mas dentre opções de resort que já fui acredito que em questão de atendimento , organização , entretenimento e comida esse foi o mais ”fraco” de todos , o que cativa realmente é só a paisagem e o local , porque as demais coisas são tudo de ok para fraco . Ah e se procuram entretenimento vão cientes de que os jogos disponibilizados no sport bar são todos pagos , de 1 a 3 dólares por máquina .

The majestic elegance is beautiful!!! Very clean, rooms are very nice. The average rating was because we paid extra for “Elegance club” adult only. This was our 29th anniversary and we wanted it to be kid free. We searched for a hotel that had adult only amenities. When we showed up at the hotel they told us those rooms were sold out in the adult only section. That was disappointing since we paid for that section. We were still able to use the amenities but they were two buildings away. We booked months in advance so that was disappointing. They did give us a voucher for $200.00. To be used towards a $360.00 massage. But we would have loved the room in adult only section instead. The drinks were great! The food average. Entertainment average. The staff-some were great but I would say around 90% don’t even acknowledge you with even a hello. Overall though the place is beautiful! The pools are well maintained and had a great vacation overall.

Beautiful place to stay, but the service in front desk is not friendly, the guys who work there don’t have a good service attitude, I got a really bad time trying to get check out lat because my flight was delayed and we needed a place to stay, definitely I think this hotel has many good things except the front desk staff

Kami menginap di Caribe Princess Deluxe selama 4 hari di awal Februari 2025. Secara umum, kami pergi dengan perasaan campur aduk. 1. Hal yang bagus: - lokasi & pantai - area resepsionis - area kolam renang - hewan-hewan di resor 2. Hal yang biasa saja: - cuaca - berangin di sisi pulau ini, tidak yakin apakah selalu begitu, tetapi perlu dipertimbangkan saat merencanakan - kamar - luas tetapi agak ketinggalan zaman 3. Hal yang sangat buruk: - makanan - ini mungkin kekecewaan terbesar. Kami hanya makan di Food Market (food court utama) dan a la carte di Tao. Food Market - banyak pilihan tetapi makanannya hambar, kami sudah cukup setelah 2 hari. Kursinya kotor. Pelayanannya lambat. Tao - benar-benar makanan Asia terburuk yang pernah kami makan dalam hidup kami - gym - peralatannya sangat ketinggalan zaman, treadmill berbahaya untuk digunakan, seharusnya dinonaktifkan. Untuk hotel dengan ukuran dan kelas seperti ini, sungguh memalukan. - Internet - tidak stabil, sering terputus, seringkali lambat Kesimpulan akhir: kami tidak akan kembali - -

The resort itself was beautiful but there were pros and cons. More cons than I wanted. Pool closed at 6 pm so no night swimming which left little to do in the evenings. Drinks were weak, drank all day long with no effect. Food was the worst. The buffet was terrible and was really our only option since the snack bar ran out of burgers, basically lived on chips and salsa the entire trip. The restaurants which you needed to make reservations for was a joke. The reservation app didn’t work so you had to wake am up at 6 am to stand in line until 8 am in hopes of getting a reservation. The service was not pleasant. Workers badly made eye contact with you and you always felt like you were bothering them when requesting a beverage or asking a question. The resort has potential if they stopped it up on service, food, drinks and entertainment.
