Staying at Kempinski was great. The staff are super courteous. They try really hard, though they sometimes fail. They forgot my backup wake-up call at 6 am and called at 6:17, saying that was my 2nd wake-up call. I jokingly asked what happened to the first. Luckily, it was only a backup. The pool was great! The food at the Chinese restaurant as well. Do recommend it.

The hotel is strategically located in the administrative center of Yinchuan, next to the Ningxia Museum. There is a free underground garage for parking. Just report your license plate number to the front desk. The rooms are clean and hygienic, and the service is warm. When the weather was hot, I called the hotel and asked for two bottles of water, which were delivered immediately. From the window, you can see the city view of Yinchuan and the Helan Mountains in the distance. Overall, I am very satisfied!

Very good hotel. Unfortunately, no one in this hotel can speak English and therefore the stay was a bit difficult for me. My credit card did not work due to the reader of the hotel. I had to withdraw cash and then pay the deposit in cash. Finally, the stay was a big disappointment that the Sheraton brand should stand for a different kind of service than what I received there. I don't think I will ever stay at this hotel again.

I explained my situation and the lady in the reception told me there is no any room at the hotel. Then, i saw availability on trip.com then Mr.Brook at the reception helped me a lot to secure my same room. This was great help for me. Thanks Mr. Brook for your solution. At night I ordered a tiramisu but the restaurant told me they are in out of stock. If you are running out of stock you can delist the related products. You should definitely try the lamb soup.
