Hotel Bintang 5 di Ningxia, China

Amazing decision to go to Yinchuan for Dragon Boat Festival since it has the best weather and the cleanest city in China. Kempinski in this city is one of the best. The hotel is in the middle of the city, so there are multiple destinations to tour. For my trip, I did not go to the sand dune area. I focused on the ride share to the touristy movie film park snd neighboring theme town. The hotel is also near the growing 801 Creative Park, Night Market, and just a walk from the Ningxia Museum. So many more local and traditional spots. Bring an extra shopping bag. The hotel has a great view of their master plan development, delicious food options from the cafe to the German restaurant, and coffee/tea lobby lounge. The staff is bilingual and the grounds are immaculately clean. Sleeping and facilities really comfortable. Nicest locals all around. Thank you for a great stay.

Kelebihan dan kekurangannya cukup jelas. Kelebihan: Lingkungannya luar biasa; upaya hotel untuk menciptakan suasana eksotis berhasil. Video promosi resmi persis sama dengan kenyataan. Fasilitas kamar dan minuman minibar tersedia dengan mudah. ​​Buah-buahan dan mesin kopi semi-otomatis tersedia di ruang bersama setiap gedung. Pelayanannya sangat baik. Staf di restoran, resepsionis, pelayan, dan area hiburan semuanya sangat ramah dan responsif. Mereka sangat membantu dan dapat diandalkan dalam mengatur transportasi. 我願稱之為國內目前我心中的NO.1,崇左麗世排第二去了！無論景色、環境、服務、餐食都是很棒的！ 來之前我做足了功課，在tengol、星星和鑽石裏選擇，首先tengol酒店風格很獨特，但是在沙漠外圍，不夠沉浸，據説服務一般，先排除！星星和鑽石是一個管理集團的，服務應該都可以，但是餐食鑽石會好非常多：鑽石總共30間客房，星星有200多間，可想而知服務會有很大差距了。關鍵是星星的房間比較小，也不是我喜歡的風格。 先説我最看重的餐食，包含早晚餐，現在淡季，都是在小程序提前可以點單，各種品種隨便點，啥叫隨便點，就是你想點幾份都行，這點太棒了，最關鍵品質非常好，沒有一道菜是應付的，擺盤和口味都棒呆！睡前還有深夜一碗麪送到房間！ 酒店就是一個鑽石項鍊的形狀，無人機拍了一下，人生大片啊！房間少，所以非常安靜，房間走出去就可以玩沙，沒人打擾，我是覺得住多少天都不會膩的。 再説小童配套，雖然我們沒帶孩子，但是每個房間都有小童用品，包括臉防沙罩、鞋套這些也都有孩子用的。門口就有滑沙板、挖沙工具，太方便了。 房間的設施很好，SMEG的咖啡機和水壺、戴森吹風機和加濕器、飛艇音響、帕爾瑪的洗護…… 服務更是沒話講，可以説就是訊息秒回，衹要你提出來的需求基本都滿足！ 整個寧夏，這個酒店是唯一讓我想再來的理由！

The hotel lobby is huge and the room was clean. Their customer service was also impeccable. The front desk staff had shown that they are so willing to assist you in every way possible, right from the check-in. When my wife was feeling unwell, they brought food up to the room for her. They then gave us complimentary breakfast (I’d booked a non-breakfast room) and even provided us with a free clothes wash and dry service as our WeChat could not be linked to the QR code. The cleaning lady was also kind and was always asking us if we needed more toiletries. I must say that the hotel staff made a huge difference in our hotel stay. I had already stayed in the same room 2 nights with a great experience. Then i was okey to expand my staying one more night at the same room. When i go to reception, it was a little bit crowded. I explained my situation and the lady in the reception told me there is no any room at the hotel. Then, i saw availability on trip.com then Mr.Brook at the reception helped me a lot to secure my same room. This was great help for me. Thanks Mr. Brook for your solution. At night I ordered a tiramisu but the restaurant told me they are in out of stock. If you are running out of stock you can delist the related products. You should definitely try the lamb soup. It was very delicious. Overall; Wanda Realm in Yinchuan provides great experience. It’s worth it to try. Thanks Wanda Realm Family.
