Negative: - staffs English is not good, they still use cellphone translation - response time at reception for a a keycard replacement was slow - you can see that the corners in the rooms and bar are not thorough cleaned and that although it’s a fairly new hotel, it already looks a little run down here and there - in one of two rooms has been smoked before, although it’s a nonsmoking floor - waiter at breakfast argued that the water will cool down when I asked for cold water and he brought hot, instead of bringing cold water when I asked. After further arguing he finally brought a cup of cold water. - hotel cannot issue an invoice or fapiao so you have to go via Ctrip, which is an additional annoying step Positive: - got a WeChat contact who spoke English and was very helpful and asked if I want to change the room with the smoke smell - breakfast is great - elevators are arriving fast - view is great Have not tried the pool or gym.

HHai GuanThe must hotel to stay as their quality of service is the most sincere and warm. From pre-stay arrangement, meeting at enroute to the hotel, we are taken care of very well. The breakfast and dinner (recommeded by young dinning butler) is excellent and exquisite. The receptionists are really friendly and suggested a lot of great hiking routes. I will not disclose too much on the room but every details in HuaYing provided the guest plenty of surprises with blend of nature and mordern design. Amenities are complete. Lastly, the heart and soul in this hotel is the wonderful people running the hotel.

MMaddiesaurusWhere do I begin? Me and my family is completely blown away by this gem of a hotell. The service, the food, the rooms, the views....everything is top notch! We stayed in a family suite, 3 adults, with our own little infinity pool at the balcony, with views of the stunning valley and river. The beds are comfortable, and the room had the latest technology that made everything even more comfortable! The butler service they provided via wechat was excellent. The hotsprings was also excellent. As I said, I'm blown away. All the good words I know in English, I want to write here. The road to the hotell was beautiful, with stunning views of Huangshan. I would even boldly say, that it's foolish NOT to visit this hotel. They have so much to offer! I could kick myself for not staying longer! It couldn't have been a more perfect spot to bring my family to for the first time to see gems of China. A big thank you to the wonderfull staff, and the owner of the hotell. Thank you!
