The first visit to this hotel was full of warmth and overwhelming hospitality. I still can't forget how they welcomed us the moment we arrived at the hotel. Firstly, we were overwhelmed by the staff during our arrival. They all came out to greet us and help with our luggages and belongings all the way in to the hotel. Secondly, with the seamless check in to our rooms and fruit platter, every gesture was well thought by the hosts. Thirdly, they prepared a sumptuous dinner for us. Simple local delicacies yet tasted really good. The number of ginsengs in the appetiser surprised us! From the portion to the presentation of food, we can taste the difference and feel they put in their heart to make everything better. Lady boss was generous to treat us a bottle of local rice wine during our mealtime. Tasted really good and special! We like that drink!! Additionally, we were asked for timing to eat breakfast and they would prepare that before our specific timing. They even asked us for our preference and customise breakfast for us. Breakfast was served and tasted as good as dinner! Freshly prepared and done meticulously by the kitchen. Lastly, lady boss gave us an impromptu complimentary tea session after dinner. A unique and interesting experience indeed. Never seen and tried it before. It's a heating device with net on it, put the heating pot for stirring and cooking our own tea from scratch. Meanwhile, we have the finger snacks and nuts to roast on the heating rack (as shown in the pictures) while waiting for our tea. In between, they would guide us how to prepare the tea. It was a chill and relaxing session. We enjoyed chit chatting while roasting our tea in the cafe. It felt so warmth especially when it was snowing heavily outside. The vibes were superb! I had many enquiries and the lady at the counter helped me out a lot without hesitation. She tried all her means to help us. The lady at the hot spring was very friendly and provide good services too! The staff from the hot spring, restaurant, concierge, driver and even lady boss all were very attentive, friendly and nice at any point of time during our stay. Pretty impressive indeed. Giving all credits to every single staff. Amazing team! They gave us more than we could ever imagined from services to food to hospitality. Thank you for giving us an amazing and memorable stay! Overall it was a great and enjoyable stay at this hotel. Definitely recommend everyone to visit them and feel their positive energy. Certainly can't wait for our next visit to Chang Bai Shan again!!!

We are 4 people from Cambodia. My family were lucky to choose to stay in this beautiful hotel resort. 1. The Room : very clean and many room style to choose like Chinese or Japanese or normal. 2. The location : is very near town just only 5mins Near Changbaishan railway station just only 5mins Close to Scenic deer park and riding floating river 3. Sevice: excellent. The boss is very caring us. He took us from station to the hotel and back to station for FREE. He help us a lot to buy Mountain ticket, booking car, and bus to Xuexiang. 4. Hotel also Free Breakfast with delicious food. The kitchen service is great. They are kind and outgoing. 😍 Thank you hotel boss for everything. We will recommend your hotel to our relatives and friends. And we will come back to see again in Changbaishan. 🙏

酒店环境和卫生很好,服务到位特别满意!Highly recommend staying at this hotel, the service and attitude from staff is immaculate and the general conditions and cleanliness of the hotel are preserved to high standards! The view from our room was also very nice. And the location is great if you want to explore the more lively areas of Changchun!

This stay was impeccable. The room was spacious, clean, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the bathroom was spotless. The location of the room was excellent, and the ski resort was only a few minutes' walk away. There was a convenient supermarket and restaurant on the first floor, and takeaways could be delivered directly to the room. Whether you were here for tourism or skiing, it was extremely convenient. It was very close to the best rime viewing spot in Jilin City, but unfortunately I didn't get to see it this time. I can only look forward to feasting my eyes next time.

I'm afraid my experience wasn't the best. When arrived our room, the floor (carpet) was super dirty. We complained to reception and they sent a cleaning lady. She wasn't super happy to clean the floor but we waited patently. Once she finished we open the bed and saw some hairs. We called reception again. This time one of the hotel managers came to meet us. She apologized and decided to upgrade us to a nicer and bigger room for free. They still took over one hour to clean it to make sure it was in acceptable conditions. I'm not sure we were just unlucky or that is the normal standard in that hotel. In any case, the new room was good to stay and we were happy with their efforts. Breakfast is almost inexistent for foreigners and it finishes way too early: 8:30. Arriving twice at 8am, we could barely find food. Except for this location, is good (close to train station, close to hospital where you can do virus test, close to connection point to enter Changbaishan (North), close to some big green areas (pine forests) where you can have enjoyable walks in the morning or after dinner. As a conclusion, if I may give some constructive feedback to hotel manager: - please consistently and thoroughly clean your rooms when guests leave; - extended breakfast time to at least 9:30; - include more variety in the breakfast and make sure quantities are at decent level by 8:00.

Pros: - Great location with access to many small convenience stores and restaurants around - Hotel is housed within one of the highest building in Changchun - Breakfast selection was great and service of staff there was superb - Room assigned was on 33rd floor with great view of the city - Room size was big despite having a small window space - Futuristic and minimalist hotel with robot to send food to your door (deliveries) - About 10 mins walk to “The Hill”/“Wanda Shopping Mall” and Tram 54 Cons: - Not easy to find the exact location in Didi App as it’s very new and there are a few hotels of the same name around the area - Was told that they have disabled the aircond (Cold air) during winter and it will only blow warm air. With that, we were advised to turn off the aircond and we slept sweating as the temperature was not low enough for a great night sleep - To maximize space, there wasn’t any proper hanging (wardrobe) area that we can use to hang our winter jackets Overall (Summary) - Great hotel for its location and with much local delights around. Service was great with great selection of breakfast. High floor view of city. Just too bad there wasn’t any cooling aircond we could use as the window was tight shut. Great room size for family which is a plus point. Happy to come back again perhaps in the summer next time. Cheers

The hotel staff is nice. They were helpful and upgraded my room. Rooms are very clean. Probably the best hotel around Culture Square. Some negative aspects though: - The check-in took more than 20 minutes. - On the lobby, they have a beautiful coffee machine... that does not work... Only for decoration. - The breakfast seems nice with a lot of options but nothing is really good (fake fruit juice, no cold cut or cheese, no pork sausages, etc.) - The sales manager of the hotel used my booking contact (from Trip.com) to add me on Wechat and advertise for his hotel. Which is definitely abusive.

The room was very clean and the toiletries smelled very good. I took them away and used them later in Wanda. The hotel is very close to Edelweiss. It is also very convenient to walk from Edelweiss to the North Scenic Area Distribution Point, and it is also very convenient to walk back to the hotel from one end of Genting Market. The front desk staff was very good and helped us solve some problems. The hotel pick-up station is very convenient. You can take a direct bus from Changbaishan Station to Wanda after being dropped off. There is a small supermarket downstairs in the hotel. The yogurt silk bread at 5 yuan a piece is very good. Frozen pears and frozen persimmons are both 5 yuan each. You can also eat more candied haws on the roadside. These are double the price at Wanda Resort.

We stayed 2 nights in Crowne Plaza and it’s a wonderful experience! They assigned assistant 莹莹 and 小杜 during the stay and both of them have been very helpful and patience with all our enquiries, from travel itinerary, facilities, feedbacks and transport arrangement. They also sent us ginger tea and fruits when we ended our activities. We are carefree during this period and just enjoy ourselves in Changbaishan. The hotspring is very well maintained and pet paradise is contented as well. Will definitely visit again!

I had an excellent experience at Swissotel and would like to commend the staff for their outstanding service. Checking in late at night, 刘基扬, 王国琪, 刘畅, 金学哲, and 段冰宇 went above and beyond, insisting on carrying our luggage and escorting us to our room. The responsiveness via WeChat at all hours was impressive. Any issues we raised, with these 5 staffs that we encountered were promptly addressed, and resolutions were provided without delay. The breakfast offerings were comprehensive, featuring both Western and Chinese cuisine; however, it would be helpful to have forks, spoons, and water readily available. Despite the demagnetization issue with the key card, the staff, especially 刘基扬 and 王国琪, responded instantly to our messages and ensured a swift resolution. Overall, our stay was marked by exceptional service, and I want to extend special thanks to 刘基扬, 王国琪, 刘畅, 金学哲, and 段冰宇 for their commendable efforts. 在瑞士鲁能酒店的入住体验非常好,工作人员的服务很称职。在深夜与外国护照办理入住手续时,刘基扬、王国琪、刘畅、金学哲和段冰宇非常友善,并坚持帮我们搬运行李并护送我们到房间。我们没有国内手机号,他们还主动加了微信以保持更容易的沟通。高效响应令人印象深刻。我们提出的任何问题,都得到了及时回复与解决。包括在大半夜,有多需要的刘基扬和王国琪也及时送到我们房间里,其他三位也很及时的替我们我们与相关人士联系。 酒店早餐选择丰富,中西式都有,如果能提供叉子、勺子和水的话会更完美。尽管房卡经常问题,但我遇到的那些工作人员,都能确保问题迅速解决。总的来说,体验到了瑞士鲁能出色的服务,得特别感谢刘基扬、王国琪、刘畅、金学哲和段冰宇。让我对这个酒店和中国人的印象十分好。
