Seprai dan selimut selalu diganti setiap ada tamu, kesehatan masyarakat juga sangat bersih, pel lantai mengkilat dan air panas banyak lobi tempat Anda dapat minum air kapan saja. Ada juga botol air panas di dalam kamar. Bagian pakaiannya besar dan cerah. Kami menyediakan gantungan baju sebanyak yang kami butuhkan. Kami mencuci banyak membantu. Dia menjawab semua pertanyaan Anda. Hotel ini juga menyediakan layanan carpooling. Sangat nyaman untuk pergi ke tempat-tempat indah dan memberi Anda banyak waktu. Harganya masuk akal, saya tidur nyenyak di malam hari, dan sangat nyaman untuk makan di dekatnya. Nasi daging sapi, kerupuk tumis Sun Kee, dan Gansu Malatang yang baru-baru ini populer, yang dapat ditemukan dalam jarak beberapa ratus meter. This hotel was honestly a 10/10 stay. The service was excellent! Friendly , attentive, and very welcoming from start to finish. The room was beautifully decorated, very clean, and felt thoughtfully designed. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was lovely, with stylish decorations and a really pleasant vibe throughout the common areas. We especially enjoyed the small coffee and snack area, which was a really nice touch and made the stay feel extra comfortable. the location itself was great right in the city center and very convenient for getting around. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and I’d happily come back.

The hotel design is outstanding but it is not easy to spend your life in practical. The room number in both at key card and in front of the room is difficult to read. The rest room have no place to hang your towel and cloths. The light in the room is very dim. The very well hotel design did not match with the paper cups they provided for drinking any drinks in the room. Ceramic mug is not too expensive to provide for guest to use as other hotel. The kettle should be cleaned up or replacing with new one. It don’t think it is expensive or there is many method to clean up this stain in the internet. Staff is helpful but very few only one person at a time. The way to the breakfast room is very complicated with no any sign. What I like most is breakfast room. Very relax deign and various food option.

The cleanliness was impeccable, the furnishings tasteful and thoughtfully arranged – one could sense genuine care in every detail. The breakfast deserves special mention: an abundant selection offered both traditional Chinese dishes and European options for Western palates. The quality of the food was consistently high, freshly prepared and lovingly presented. It was evident that international guests' needs are genuinely considered here, without sacrificing local authenticity. What truly distinguishes this hotel, however, is its staff. The friendliness and attentiveness with which one is received and cared for goes far beyond the usual service level. This is the kind of hospitality that doesn't feel forced, but springs from genuine warmth. For anyone visiting Dunhuang – whether following in the footsteps of the Silk Road or exploring the breathtaking Mogao Grottoes – I can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel. It not only provides an excellent base for exploration, but becomes itself a positive part of the travel experience.
