We recommend checking with your rental supplier and the local embassy or consulate (or their websites) of your destination country/region before booking. Please remember that all travelers are responsible for preparing the correct documents before departure.
Important notice: All additional driver and equipment fees must be paid at the time of pickup. Please ensure your credit card can cover these fees. If you cannot provide a valid credit card, if your credit limit is insufficient, or if the card is not in the main driver’s name, the staff may refuse to let you pick up the car, and no refund will be provided. If this is the case, you may not receive a refund.
