Friends booked five rooms together, but one trash can was not emptied. The exterior windows of the two stores were being repaired from 2 to 5 p.m., and workers kept kicking and kicking the windows, making clinking sounds. I complained to the front desk manager, but there was no formal reply. In fact, repairs to individual rooms can be completely avoided. After traveling continuously for several days, it is impossible to take a high-quality nap.

After my long flight, I spent a night at the hotel. The room had everything I needed and it was warm which was a relief during the winter. The hotel's proximity to the airport was very convenient, and the staff at the reception were kind and understanding.

Everything was Good. Pick up from the airport in a free shuttle every 30 minutes. Very helpful and friendly staff. Room small but neat, Good for just 1 night. For longer I would have choosen a larger room with a fridge. Nice facilities on the premises for eating out and shopping. Interesting exhibition on the history of democracy in SA.

The staff went above and beyond to ensure that all my needs were met, including a special favor of allowing me to leave my suitcase while I was away on the safari. It exuded elegance and charm, with its beautifully designed interiors and well-maintained facilities. Firstly, I was put into a room that I did not book and was told I cannot change to a room that I had paid for because the hotel was overbooked. The front desk, eventually, moved me once I had pointed out that it was a health hazard to stay in the room they assigned to me because they had painted it that very day and I could still smell the paint fumes. After being moved, I was put into a room that I actually paid for. The toilet leaked and the shower was blocked. I will say though that the front desk was very friendly and tried to help as much as they could. All in all, it was not a good experience and I won't be staying again.

First the staff there was exceptionally very friendly, professional and made me feel so welcomed. It’s amazing how quickly the staff resolves any issues that arise. This was my first time visiting South Africa and I really enjoyed my stay Airport Inn and Suites. Yes if I come South Africa again this will be my first and preferred place to stay. The only issue was the carpet in the bedroom and living room desperately needed to be steamed cleaned or replaced. Yes housekeeping swept the carpet when they cleaned but sweeping carpet with a broom doesn’t really clean the carpet. The carpet was very worn and made my feet itchy when I walked on it with my bare feet. But I resolved that quickly by always having my slippers on. Overall this place is very clean, well kept and the stafff knows the true meaning of customer care. Action always speaks louder than words. That’s why I gave Airport Inn a 3 for cleanliness only due to the carpet in the bedroom and living room. Warm regards, Brenda Valentine

The first stay was ok, but it was a family house renovation, cockroaches because I booked it close to me. The room was on the second floor pushing open the door to the balcony, where there were tables and chairs but thick dust. The second stay was very angry 😡, because there was something wrong on the first day of two days, the next day they found that they sold the good room I ordered at a higher price to later people without my consent. I could go to the room where I was almost in, and the hot water in the room was put for 20 minutes before it came out. Will not stay at the inn again. Thanks to Trip.com customer service for its excellent service!
