Many things I didn’t like about this hotel. The only think I liked is the location 2 mins walking from the bus station. But very poor wifi , bad mattress. I arrived 12:30 they made me wait till 2 pm even if they could let me earlier. I asked for 1 double bed they didn’t provide it. For 50$/night I excepted much more. Won’t come back and will find another hotel for the rest of my stay

Very welcoming staff , helpful despite the minimal English .humble rooms very fitting for the price provided .simplistic breakfast but generous considering price paid .the location is very appealing , very close to multiple shopping centres and markets. I also had no problem extending the stay . The owners are very friendly .

A really nice and homey hotel. Room was clean, the staff was kind and helpful. The room had access to the garden and it was so peaceful! Breakfast served at the table was complete and pretty good. Not easy to reach with public transportation but we enjoyed our stay.

Wifi coverage. bad signal dropping out regularly, also having problem with wifi password log in. As it is now winter time, air con only provide heating. Room feel warm and stuffy, room lighting is also minimal with only three lamp shade and look dark.

The hotel recommended by customers on business trips is very remote but the hotel is very clean, there are not many people, most of them are business people, the service is good, and the gym is well equipped. There is a small supermarket below the hotel and there are also several restaurants nearby.

The hotel's vintage concept was very nice. In a quiet position and the night sea view from the window was great. A right choice to rest. Recommended.

Sit late at night very quickly. Special wishes asked for a high floor, it was received (14 et). The rooftop at night is heard the circulation of water. Breakfast is good but quickly dismantled. For visiting the pool, a hat is requested to buy at the hotel.

I recommend it when you stay in Izmit. Its excellent location in Symbol Mall added great value to it. I enjoyed staying there and my stay was with breakfast.

I visited early in the morning, but I checked in early so I had a comfortable rest. All the staff were friendly and comfortable nights. I will come again if I visit izmit again later.
