My family stay with JW Mariott Marquis Dubai was amazing. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel is busy but yet everything was on point. They refreshed our room for the evening which is pretty standard for good hotels, but still something that's appreciated. It's pretty near Dubai Mall. Would definitely consider staying at the hotel again if we visit Dubai.

Close airport, hv free shuttle bus to airport, shopping mall , but not close to Metro. Suitable for traveller if need to catch the flight. Room is clean but old facilities. No slippers, no tooth brush, need to pay money to buy these stuffs. Staffs are really friendly and nice. Breakfast is good and delicious. Many local people stay here because it's really close to airport, I guess they are workibg at immigration department at Airport. That's why they choose this hotel.

The hotel is beautiful and comfortable, and all the staff are helpful and respectful. The hotel is close to Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa, and it is a 15-minute drive from Global Village. I always choose Hilton hotels because they are exceptional.

The hotel was clean and the staff were helpful but I don’t know what it was but I kept being bitten by someone night and waking with red bites all over my body. So that made it unpleasant stay . The location is not so good every where you want to go you have to travel 20-30 minutes drive so the cost of taxis was adding up .

As someone who saw the QE2 growing up in England it was such an amazing experience being on such an old and iconic ship, the vessel is in excellent condition with many interesting details retained from the vessel.  The room (Captains room with balcony) was superb, quiet, clean, modern and super comfortable bed. I would highly recommend to anyone visiting Dubai to stay on QE2 for its excellent service, facilities and comfort

I was really impressed with Al Seef Heritage Hotel and how well it showcases the cultural and historical side of the UAE. Staying here felt like stepping back in time—I honestly didn’t feel like I was in Dubai at all. It was a refreshing break from the usual high-rises and fast-paced city life. I wish more hotels had this kind of concept because it really gives a different perspective of the place. We arrived a little early for check-in (which is at 3 PM), but the place was packed with tourists, so we had to wait until around 3:30 PM to get our room. It wasn’t ideal, but I get that it was a busy time. What I found different about this hotel is that after check-in, we had to find someone to take us to our actual hotel building, since the rooms are spread out across different structures in the heritage district. Luckily, we met Sameh, who had a great attitude and really lifted our mood. He made sure we were comfortably taken to our room by golf cart, which was a nice touch. Ashok was also super helpful and always ready whenever we needed something. The room itself was amazing—it really gives off a traditional Emirati feel, which is a cool change from the typical modern hotel vibe. The design, the details, even the way the lights were set up—it all added to the experience. Beds were comfy, way better than most hotels I’ve stayed at. The only thing to keep in mind is that this hotel is more about heritage and culture than luxury, so don’t expect ultra-modern interiors. Breakfast at Sabaa Restaurant was decent—not mind-blowing, but good enough. The location, though, is one of the best parts. It’s right in the Al Seef heritage area, which means you can easily explore souks, traditional shops, and cafés. Deliveries are also possible, which is a plus. It really gives you that old Dubai vibe while still being close to everything. The service was good overall, but since the hotel is spread out, getting from one place to another takes a bit of time. We requested a late check-out, and they could only extend it until 1:30 PM due to high occupancy, which was understandable. Would I stay here again? Definitely. It’s such a unique experience that you won’t get in most hotels in Dubai. If you’re looking for something different from the usual glitzy skyscraper hotels, this is a great place to try. Just be prepared for a slightly slower pace, since the layout is a bit different from a standard hotel. Would I recommend it? Yes, especially if you want a stay that feels like a cultural experience, not just a hotel stay.

Great staff at a great hotel. Service staff are attentive and kind. Chefs were very good with the food offerings. Club lounge was grand. Swim,sauna and steam were great ( at least for the men's side ).

Just step down from the chauffeur driving, you can filled cool from concierge  Mr Ashok walking with smile to pick up our luggage. After stepping in to reception area the hospitality is fantastic by miss Meryann, Jireh and Rachelle ,  handle our checking  and perfectly handle our welcoming , answering all questions ask, with smile, until I can fill my tiring gone from long haul travel.

The hotel ticks all the boxes for me. All good. The staff are friendly, and the check-in experience was great. The room was clean and comfy. The breakfast has vast choices to choose from, and all were good choices. The only negative thing was the lack of soundproofing in the room. We could hear everything outside our room, all the people walking and talking in the corridor.

Great hotel for business and couples. Great staff, very attentive and happy to serve. Thank you Zhanara ( front desk .manager ) for the great check-in. Thank you Angela for the daily wake up call. The breakfast spread was vast, my missus with her gluten allergy was happy with the food offerings. Thank you to the breakfast chef Sneha; head chef Joseph; service staff Devorah and M.D. and the many other staff for making our stay so enjoyable. The Club room was a treat, thank you to Joy and all other staff in there for their attentive service. Our final thanks to Sukhram; Divya for cleaning our room daily and to Umar the pool man.

My husband and I had a great time during our honeymoon staying at Atlantis. We enjoyed using all the amenities such as beach, pools, and the waterpark. All staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, especially when our flight was not until late at night. We were able to get a 2 hr late check out for free, store our bags, and continue using beach/ waterpark for the remainder of the day. Highly recommend

Lovely hotel!! A variety of pools available. Different restaurants with good menus. Hotel staff and services are just brilliant. The hotel surprised us with dessert for our anniversary. Only downside was the ATM at the hotel failed to give the cash when I tried to withdraw some money with my international card, although the amount was deducted from my account and the hotel staff were not exactly helpful with that. They said “We have nothing to do with the bank” and basically did nothing to resolve the issue. Other than that, great hotel. Breakfast buffet was fantastic.

Rooms are nice, spacious and clean. Houskeeping could maybe a Bit better organisier as the room room service was always on a different time of the day. Most anoying are the mass of people at bfst. The buffet always looked like a bomb just exbloded. Henne, I would not recommend to book bfst, at least not if you are looking for a nice quite place to kick of the day.

The room was spacious and clean. The bed was on the hard side n oillows very thin/soft. Just dont like the idea of shower in the tub, i requested for a walkin shower but didnt get it. This hotel is attached to the mall so its easy to shop n eat.theres carrefour too😁

It was a surprise actually as I did not look at the hotel carefully as I was in hurry to book any hotel. What a surprise! Clean, looks very nice and exotic, the food was great, the people were so nice. I love it! Will be back again for sure!

The rooms were nice.l The rooftop pool was a bit disappointing as it was on top of the car park with a view of another car park but it did get the sun. The bar and restaurant on the 61st floor was closed during my visit and so that was also disappointing as I was very much looking forward to going there. The hotel entrance is literally 3 yards from the metro which made it an ideal location and only a 10-15 minute taxi ride from La Mer beach, costing only about £3.

I have been to many places and stayed in many hotels, but there are few hotels that can wow me! But Al Maha is really one of them! A natural luxury experience! The interior decoration is very elegant and textured, really beats the equally expensive Banyan Tree in Saudi Arabia:) The private swimming pool photos uploaded by the hotel are absolutely real. When I booked the hotel, I thought it was a wide-angle shot.

Unusual hotel, the hotel concept is super. In my opinion, the most authentic room is the VW minibus, but be prepared that there is not much space in it. Second place is the houses on the mountain. Everything else is more ordinary - either tents or trailers. Dinner for two is too big, it will be enough for 4. Overall, everything is great!

Hatta has nice mountains, hotel in good location but not cheap.
