The place feels like entering a traditional Arabian village, which creates a unique and relaxing atmosphere. There are many activities to do within the location, making it enjoyable for guests. It is especially suitable for foreigners, as they can experience many historical and cultural attractions all in one place. I would recommend staying for at least 2 days to fully enjoy everything. The rates are fair, and the food was delicious. There are buggy cars available for transport around the property, and the drivers were friendly and happy to help. The rooms were also beautiful, giving a perfect blend of village-style charm with modern comfort. Overall, it was a memorable and enjoyable stay. The buggy drivers were also excellent and added to the great experience. They were always cheerful, friendly, and happy to help guests travel around the property. They responded quickly whenever transport was needed and made getting around very convenient. Customer service was outstanding and one of the best parts of our stay. They responded quickly to our messages whenever we contacted them, which made everything very convenient.

The hotel is located right in the heart of Souk Al Seef, with guest rooms spread across the surrounding buildings. Electric buggy service is available to take guests to/from their rooms or to the nearby sister property, Canopy, where the gym and swimming pool are located. The surrounding offers plenty of shops, cafés, and easy access to boat rides across the creek to the Gold Souk and Spice Souk, making the location extremely convenient. From the electric buggy drivers and receptionists to housekeepers, F&B staffs, and even the engineering team, every staff member demonstrated exceptional professionalism and warm hospitality. We truly felt well taken care of throughout our stay. Akbar provides the warmest hospitality. Breakfast is highly recommended. The selection is fairly extensive and the quality is very good. During peak season, it is advisable to arrive early to avoid crowds. There is a terrace on the third floor, and sitting there in the evening in January was very relaxing. It offered beautiful views of the opposite shore, the busy boat traffic along Dubai Creek, and planes taking off from Dubai International Airport. The bed was very comfortable, and the room was extremely clean and full of characters, reflecting the charm of Dubai’s historic district. That said, there are a few areas that could be improved. The room lighting was quite dim. My room was located above the Starbucks, and there were many people taking photos late at night and early in the morning, so soundproofing could be improved. The hairdryer could not be used in the bathroom and had to be plugged in inside the room due to the outlet configuration. The drawer-style refrigerator had no cooling effect at all. The TV remote control did not function properly—it could only turn the TV on and off, with no function to change channels or adjust the volume. The shower water pressure was weak, and the hot water temperature fluctuated frequently. Aside from these issues, everything else was excellent. I really enjoyed the hotel’s overall style and found the stay very comfortable. If the points mentioned above can be adjusted, I believe the overall guest experience would be significantly enhanced.

Stay was wonderful! Highly recommend this hotel and the creek view room if you’re visiting Dubai. The whole place had such great vibes, and the surroundings felt more authentic compared to my other downtown accommodation. Service was excellent and the rooms were beautiful. I especially loved the in-room radio and the charming creek view. Taking a relaxing stroll along the creek at night was a highlight. While the room itself isn’t very huge, there are lovely outdoor areas to sit and unwind, and everything felt very picture-worthy. We also really appreciated the complimentary buggy rides to the lobby and restaurant since the rooms are spread out across the property. Breakfast had adequate variety..although cooked options were limited, there was something different each day. I would pick this place again in a heartbeat!

The place is right in the middle of Al Seef Heritage village with so many cafe and restaurants and port fkr taking boat rides to Deira etc. But all amenities like pool, gym, spa are not there and need to go another hotel of Hilton called canopy which is 15min walk . For me the room gave me nose block and i smell more dust or smell of dey wood and canes which is on celings to give ethinic look though look os pretty, the windows if open are dusty and rusted bars ,may be to give old look but gave me sneezing a lot. Special mention to Waqar the driver for buggy car as very warm , helpful and help me carry items with smile Next time i might prefer to stay in Canopy due to my issue with dust smell or dust due to this style.

Unique and wonderful experience of Arabic heritage staying. The environment is so lively where business at first level and the stay is located above the shops. Walking distance to the Alshindagha museum and there is a transport station to take ferry to the opposite site of creek.

We wanted to stay away from the hustle and bustle of Dubai, and it turned out to be a great decision - the vibe here is completely different. We loved the area and the service, and the breakfast was delicious and quite diverse

Best hotel ever! Must stay in Dubai
