TTamuFirstly this hotel is fabulous because of its location on a hill. Potentially you would need transport if you intend on going into Segovia (taxis are few and far between) Segovia centre is definitely worth a trip. The views from the hotel are breathtaking day and night. We walked into Segovia centre it takes about 50 miles and it's about 3.5 miles one way. The Staff are extremely friendly and some speak very good English. It's a hidden gem. The Pool area is well maintained with a life guard. Sun loungers and static parasols readily available. We were on a half board basis and I truly recommend it. The breakfast had ample choice and cooked was available at an additional charge. Even dinner was exceptional I can highly recommend the salmon the hake and the tuna salad as well as the chocolate pud. I didn't find the local spirits / drinks or wine and beer overly expensive. We stayed for 2 nights but I could easily have stayed a few days longer to totally relax. The Weather was extremely hot during our stay 33 degrees and we had the most wonderful downpour of rain whilst sipping wine on the terrace of which there are a few but not all open because it's early in the season. My only issue was dinner at 9pm for us it was a little late. Remember to reserve a table as the check-in desk doesn't seem to tell guests who are checking in. However you could have bought lunch from 1.30pm cafe/bar area or paid for a reservation at the restaurant. The Pool area provide towels but you must have the (towel card) with you to collect these from the pool attendant the card is provided by hotel reception.

TTamuThere is plenty of car parking spaces on the hotel grounds. The staff were friendly, helpful and could speak very good English which was very used as we do not speak Spanish! The hotel is a beautiful old building which had been modernised with consideration. Our room was extremely clean with a comfortable bed. The shower was adequate for our one night stay. The TV only had a news channel availing English, and the TV was an older style so we could not plug in any additional technology. We ate dinner in the restaurant as it would have been too long a walk in the rain. The food was reasonable and the house wine was very good. The cost of the meal though was very over priced. I would stay here again but maybe not have a meal in the restaurant due only to the price. The restaurant staff were lovely.

TTamuDepois de solicitar explicitamente por uma cama matrimonial, entregaram um quarto com camas twin. O pequeno almoço era OK, 2.6 não era mau mas também não era bom ou excelente (algo que se espera de um hotel 4*) embora tenha variedade. Apesar de não ter feito nenhuma refeição no restaurante do hotel, a experiência não foi a melhor. Depois de eu e a minha mulher nos sentarmos na mesa (com preços acessíveis e esperados para ser um restaurante do hotel) a empregada de mesa levou 3 pratos para as outras mesas. pois os 3 pratos voltaram para a cozinha. Depois de ver os constantes erros cometidos pela cozinha, não tive a coragem nem confiança de pedir qualquer coisa do menu.
Quanto ao Spa: um preço bastante elevado para um circuito de 1H:15M. Mais vale incluí-lo no pacote da noite do hotel. Tirando o preço as condições e o estado do espaço estavam bem, apenas o banho turco deveria estar com algum tipo de avaria, porque a temperatura era bastante baixa do que deveria de estar (por volta dos 47ºC). Se voltaria? Sim, penso que não foi a melhor altura pelas recepções e eventos das graduações que estavam no hotel, imagina que os trabalhadores estavam a tentar dar o seu melhor para tentar agradar a todos que estavam alojados ou a passar o tempo em família. Além disso fica num sítio tranquilo e a escassos minutos de Salamanca. Perto do Hotel tem um parque junto ao rio Tormes, que infelizmente devido ao mau tempo não pudemos aproveitar.

TTamuLa habitación no estaba mal, pero el AA se averió y empezó a escupir agua. Llegamos pronto al hotel y a la hora de hacer el checkin tardamos casi una hora. No había mucha gente pero en la recepción lentos no, lo siguiente. Nos quedamos allí por la boda de un amigo, por precio y cercanía.

TTamuReservei neste hotel para uma paragem a meio de uma viagem de carro, a contar chegarmos ao hotel, eu, o meu marido e os meus filhos de 7 e 13, e dar uns mergulhos para depois ir jantar à cidade. Chegamos e a piscina estava encerrada. A explicação que nos deram foi que houve um imprevisto, sem mais nenhuma explicação e sem garantia que no dia seguinte de manhã estaria aberta. Na manhã seguinte já estava aberta, então decidimos ir até lá para relaxar um pouco antes de continuarmos a nossa viagem. No entanto, o nosso momento de relaxamento tornou-se um momento de sofrimento pois o ar estava irrespirável causando irritação ao nível de olhos e nariz devido ao tratamento que aplicaram, provavelmente. Acho inadmissível a forma com este hotel de 4 estrelas tratou desta situação. Pagamos por um serviço que não tivemos ( piscina) ou que estava em más condições de utilização e não houve por parte do hotel nenhum cuidado ou atenção para com os hóspedes.
