The Banyan Tree Resort Sanya in my personal opinion one of the best holiday resorts I have ever experienced It was absolutely perfect, the resort environment was amazing and the attention to detail was beyond 5 stars. The staff at the hotel were all able to speak in english to me and made my visit very convenient. The front office manager Iris was not only extremely friendly but also absolutely amazing in accommodating everything I asked for in a very prompt and professional manner. The private beach at the resort was amazing with very calm and clean waters making relaxing at this resort devine, the facilities at this resort are immaculate , everything from the restaurant, corridors to perfectly stocked souvenir shop was amazing. The resort is located a 10 minute taxi to the local town we enjoyed water activities such as surfing and diving we participated in and a selection of restaurants for all pallets however the restaurant at the hotel was delicious with a range of western and Chinese food. We choose the wagu burger and pizza and the food tasted exactly as we get back home. I Fully recommend the Banyan Tree Resort Sanya to any westerners looking for a premium resort in Chinas paradise island.

Very nice facilities with hot springs, good breakfast, a wonderful Russian speaker LAN (super helpful and welcoming). There is an awesome park nearby with a small via ferrata at the top and a super beautiful waterfall mid way up the mountain (I bathed there). Really highly recommend that hike. There is nothing else around the hotel so it is good for 2 nights

Hotel ini sangat dekat dengan bandara, 20 menit berkendara, Kamarnya besar dan dilengkapi dengan dehumidifier. Sarapannya banyak variasinya. Untuk hotel di kisaran harga ini, cukup enak membuat bubur dan sup Kanton enak sekali. Mienya juga enak😋Saya hanya merasa sedikit lelah setelah memakannya selama tiga hari berturut-turut. Bolehkah saya mengganti beberapa variasi setiap hari di masa mendatang? Mary di meja depan adalah wanita yang bersuara lembut. Dia menambahkan WeChat pada hari pertama dan akan memberi kami informasi tentang semua aspek layanan hotel. Bibi yang membersihkan kamar setiap hari juga sangat baik dan hati-hati menyapa kami setiap hari saat kami melihatnya. Sepatu yang kami tendang juga tertata rapi, terima kasih banyak! Selain itu, hotel ini memiliki taman air anak-anak dan pemandian air panas ♨️, yang memenuhi kebutuhan seluruh keluarga. Setelah taman air berakhir pada jam 7 malam, berendamlah di pemandian air panas dan rasakan kenyamanan saat kembali ke hotel , kamu akan melihat sup manis gratis di atas meja dan ada mangkuk. Menghangatkan hati dan perut, aku menyukainya👍. Hanya ada detail kecil. Bagian luar toples makanan penutupnya lengket. Bolehkah saya menyekanya hingga bersih setelah diisi dia? Hotel ini juga sangat dekat dengan Mission Hills New Town. Ada banyak pilihan tempat makan dan ada toko bebas bea untuk dijelajahi. Anak-anak sangat senang kali ini! Coba lagi tahun depan!

We had a fantastic stay at Grand Metropark Villa Resort Sanya, Yalong Bay. The sea-view room was stunning, clean, spacious, and very comfortable—waking up to the ocean view was truly relaxing. The resort is peaceful, beautifully maintained, and well located in Yalong Bay. Service was warm and professional throughout our stay. A special thank you for the beautiful handmade shell gift—a thoughtful touch that made us feel genuinely welcomed. Highly recommended for a relaxing and luxurious stay in Sanya. Would definitely return!

Every single day, she greeted us with a warm smile and was always ready to assist with anything we needed—whether it was providing great local recommendations, arranging transportation, or simply checking in to make sure we were comfortable. The reviews and photos on the website fully reflect the reality of the hotel. Of course, some areas could use minor cosmetic updates, but overall everything looks neat and well-maintained, and the hotel definitely offers good value for money. The pools are clean and not crowded at all. I think this is because there are many villas on the hotel grounds with private pools, so guests who want to swim often use their villa pools. As a result, the shared pools are mostly empty and very relaxing. All rooms have a nice view of the hotel grounds, and it’s quiet. The food is delicious, especially the breakfasts, and there is a wide variety of options for lunch and buffet-dinner, including excellent seafood and meat dishes. The only downside is that the hotel does not have its own beach. Guests need to go to beaches of other hotels or use the sandy areas without sun loungers. Overall, everything is fantastic. The staff is friendly and attentive, the hotel grounds are beautifully landscaped, and it’s perfect for a relaxing stay. I would definitely recommend it for families, couples, or anyone looking for a peaceful getaway.

Coral Hotel on Wuzhizhou Island is a must visit hotel when travelling to Hainan. The rooms were very clean with fantastic amenities, however my biggest highlight was the lobby manager named Lan Rui. As I’m from an English speaking country he was incredibly helpful assisting me with any and all of my needs during my stay. He went above and beyond to ensure my stay was always comfortable, patiently helping me to translate my requests using his mobile phone and helped me on several occasions. First he kindly showed me how to buy drinks and snacks communicating with the staff, then when I asked about towels at the pool he personally took me there and showed me around plus let the staff know I wanted to swim and to look after me. On the day of checkout to my absolute surprise he rushed to return some cuff links I had accidentally forgotten in the room! When I was eating lunch in the restaurant struggling to eat with chopsticks, the staff advised they didn’t have cutlery. But guess who arrived in short time bringing a nice set of cutlery to save me? Lan! I was truly amazed and beyond grateful. He really is the definition of top tier service with a dedication for customer focus and satisfaction. Lan even assisted my friend and I bringing our luggage on the hotel electric shuttle bus and carried it onto the returning ferry! I cannot thank him enough. Words cannot express how happy I am to receive such amazing service. Thanks to Lan I will never forget my stay at the Coral hotel and cannot wait to return again. Thank you so much Lan for your amazing and incredible customer service!

This hotel truly exceeded my expectations. The beach is wonderful — peaceful, quiet, with clean water. Yes, the entrance has a few stones, but overall it’s very pleasant. The hotel has a very relaxing, almost meditative atmosphere. The staff are kind and helpful, and some of them speak English, which was especially nice. The spa is excellent — a perfect place to rest and feel calm. This hotel is perfect for anyone who wants peace, relaxation, and comfort. I left feeling refreshed and happy.

The hotel is amazing, beautiful huge territory, the hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. Very nice villa with private pool and jacuzzi, a lot of small things which made our stay really enjoyable such as welcome tea and fruits. Despite the fact that the weather was rainy and windy and swimming in the sea was prohibited we had an amazing stay and definitely want to return.
