Everything was great. I asked if the rooms had a refrigerator, and they said they'll bring one right up. I was here for a restful night's sleep before going to Sydney Australia. They accommodated me with a late checkout. The hotel had some quiet rooftop gardens I could hang out and wait for my evening's light. I would definitely stay again

I love this hotel and been staying there often. However, I booked on Trip.com for $186.66 to be paid at the hotel. I was charged $215.67 by the hotel and never got an invoice/receipt for this. I don't have the time to hunt this down, so I am posting this as a warning to future customers. Not sure if Trip.com failed or the Sheraton changed their mind.

Location is very convenient as there is a free shuttle bus which sends hotel passengers to the airport. This motel surpassed my expectations as I didn’t expect a motel to be this spacious and clean too. Reception staffs were friendly and helpful. Free coffees and tea were given at reception floor too.

Hotel room was clean and the staff was friendly. It's a great location to walk to Hollywood Blvd and see the walk of fame and theatre's plus other iconic locations. There was a movie screening the night we were there and had opportunities to catch a glimpse of some celebrities in attendance. However it is disappointing in how the entire area has fallen apart and we felt a little unsafe walking around after dark. Plenty of tacky souvenir shops to get your over-priced trinkets. The hotel didn't offer much in the form of amenities, no shampoo or lotion etc and half of the vending machines were out of order. We didn't spend much time here but the price and the location were good to see all the things on our bucket list. We all slept well but to feel a bit safer, spend a bit more and stay a couple more streets away.

Kind of acceptable place just to take a flight on next day. But not cover the standards of other hotels of the same chain. It is clean and near from airport. Average. The gym is good! By the way be careful with the bathroom mirror, very sharp, I cut my finger just to try to grab the wash hands soap.

Cool concept hotel. Retro vibe of the hotel that attracts people travel for pleasure and business travelers. The location is great, and it is near DTLA, and you can walk to major places in downtown LA. The retro vibe is cool with the lobby lounge that you can hang out, but the room furniture's and bed felt very old and squeaks, and the mattress was sunken. I understand the design elements should look like ”collected” pieces over the years, but they look cheap and not properly made. The bed frame was way bigger than the bed, and It was on its way, so I got a number of bruises. So if you are staying here, be careful. Hotel is affordable compared to other hotels. The entire hotel is generally dark, I had a hard time putting makeup on to trying to find the right light source. It would ve great if the room had the brighter lights. The hotel was quiet, considering it is located downtown.

It started off promisingly, with a smooth coordination for my pick-up at LAX, which pleasantly exceeded my expectations and set a hopeful tone for my stay. However, that initial positivity quickly faded. When I entered my room and opened the curtains, I was met with an unsightly view: a construction dumping site littered with open garbage bins and, shockingly, an exposed toilet. The thought of starting my mornings with coffee while staring at such a view was less than ideal. The next morning, as I tried to enjoy my coffee, the scene outside was impossible to ignore. I found myself unable to finish my coffee and went straight to the reception desk, feeling quite frustrated. I explained the situation to the manager, expressing my disappointment and requesting a different room. To her credit, she did her best to help by offering a room one floor up. While I appreciated her attempt, the ‘solution’ barely improved the situation. The same eyesore remained directly below, and I found myself avoiding the view entirely by only looking up at the sky instead. What could have been a comfortable, relaxing stay turned into one filled with frustration and disappointment. While the staff made an effort, it didn’t change the fact that each morning started with a grim reminder of the inadequate environment. The experience left a sour aftertaste, overshadowing any positives the hotel had to offer. With all of this in mind, I’m giving 2 stars. Sadly, I won’t be returning and would not recommend this experience to others.

Room is big and comfortable. Had good nights sleep. Bathroom is pretty well-designed too. Only gripe is the lack of variety for breakfast. There are many options that are nearer to Disneyland (and possibly much cheaper) but recommend to stay here if comfort is a priority.

It’s a rustic old building in a superb location in the city. The carpets, walls and lifts are charming. Bed was sunken and that isn’t something comfortable to sleep in. Fan was noisy and I don’t get why there’s the $10 per night amenities fee when I would have already paid for the room earlier?

This hotel is simply amazing! It features a trendy design style. The rooms, though small, are exquisite, with complete functions and facilities. When checking in, you can choose rooms on different floors, street - view rooms or garden - view rooms. It's quiet at night. The transportation is extremely convenient, as there is a subway station nearby. Places like The Last Bookstore and Angels Flight Railway are all within walking distance. The hotel lobby has a lot of leisure space, and the soft - decorated furniture is of high quality. The rooms, though not spacious, are quite functional and have a sense of design. The hotel has excellent smart features, allowing you to control the lights, curtains, etc. with a pad.

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights (10-12 Nov) during our business trip, booking two king-bed rooms. The hotel’s location was around 1.5 miles from the downtown. The front office staff, as well as the room service team, were very friendly and attentive. They were always willing to listen to our queries and resolve them with a smile. The only issue we encountered was the lack of an in-room bottled water, dental kit and slippers, which are typically provided in hotels outside of the USA but 2 bottles of water everywhere except DoubleTree By Hilton! While we understand that this may be due to the country’s policies, it can be somewhat inconvenient for travelers who are accustomed to these amenities. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel for its excellent location and great service.

I used to stay Sheraton whenever i am San Gabriel I also lived in Sheraton Gateway LAX Particularly I praise the General Manager Wanda who is a humble polite and hard working leader We found out we studied at different high school next to each other The team work as a whole is very good 👍🥂🌹🎉

Although the room is small, it is very clean and tidy. The daily cleaning is very timely. The front desk service is warm and friendly. Although it is a Japanese hotel, the service staff are also locals. The hotel has a good location. It is very convenient to the tram station and subway in the city center. There is a car rental company 1 or 2 minutes walk from the hotel, which is very convenient. We took public transportation in the city for the first three days, and then rented a car from Hertz when we went to Los Angeles. The store is diagonally opposite the hotel, which is very convenient.

Nice clean hotel! Near the center of the minuses yes, there are homeless people nearby, but this is San Francisco! Trolleybus stop 31 to Ocean Beach is right next to the hotel. The hotel has everything you need: shampoo, shower gel, air conditioning, hair dryer. Bed linen is clean. Tea, coffee, water with lemon for free. And the most amazing thing is that the price is very reasonable, about $ 60 per night (November 2024). They allowed me to leave my things after check-out. They speak English and Spanish, which is very convenient for me!

In Union Square, the street with Macy's and Hop on Hop off... on the other street there is the Cable Car stop, close to Sephora, Ross. There is no breakfast, but they provide us with a 20% Mason cafe discount voucher, which is divine and the best breakfast on the trip so much so that we didn't even want to try others. Hotels in SF are expensive and old. but it was very comfortable, practical and friendly staff

This is an old-fashioned hotel.  The facilities in the hotel are acceptable.  I'm a traveler who usually goes out early and returns late to the hotel, a shower and a clean bed are enough.  No more expectations in this small hotel.  However, the lobby and receptionists are ok.

neighbourhood is a bit shady if you turn towards Market Street so after 5pm needs to be mindful. Overall good location with nearby amenities, hope the situation could improve as this is a really great location

The staff are friendly and mostly can speak cantonese. The location was alright, difficult to find on the first day. Parking in SF is generally expensive. Room was dusty and the sofa give me rashes. However, the walk from Powell Station has a street of homeless people which I feel unsafe for ladies and young kids.

The room is bigger than most hotels, the decoration is very modern, there is no noise during the two nights, the price is right, the surrounding is safe, and it is no problem to walk to Union Squre and Chinatown. I highly recommend it and will stay here again next time!

The hotel is situated between Union Square and the Tenderloin. It’s fairly convenient to get to public transportation. The rooms are smaller, but have all the essential amenities. I’d definitely stay here again.

The hotel is located in downtown, from San Francisco International Airport, we took BART and got off from Powell Street BART station, walk less than 10 minutes to the hotel. The hotel front desk is very small, but the staff is always friendly . The room is spacious and tidy, bed is comfortable. We could not hear much noise from outside. The breakfast area is super small, only have 2 seats there , only grab the simple breakfast and go. Overall experience is great.

We stayed for 3 nights to go to California Disney. It's a little far from Disney, so we were tired and decided to walk the streets at night after the park closed. However, there is a Disney parking lot (Toy Story parking) within a 5-minute walk! They take you to the park by bus for free, so it was safe and very convenient. The buses run regularly. As expected, there were a few lines to get on the bus around opening and closing times. As for the room, I'm concerned about the plumbing. It seems to vary depending on the room, but it was very difficult to adjust the shower temperature.

The hotel facilities are diverse and very convenient. It's a pity that the service attitude is not very friendly. My children and I arrived at the hotel at one o'clock in the afternoon. The front desk said that there were no rooms ready and asked us to come back at three o'clock in the afternoon. We came back after lunch. At about four o'clock in the afternoon, the front desk arranged a room for us near the elevator. We went up After seeing the room, we immediately went back to the front desk and asked them to change rooms. We told the front desk that the children might be woken up by the noise in the morning because they were close to the elevator, and we hoped to change to another room, but the front desk staff was reluctant and only said, ”I don't t think so we have other room for you!”, Because we were staying for 3 nights and expressed that we could not accept a room so close to the elevator, the front desk staff went to express it to the manager, and the manager immediately said that he could change the room for us. But for three nights, the bed was not clean. My children and I were bitten by insects every day. Our hands, feet and back were also bitten every day, which was itchy and painful.

The front desk and service staff are cordial and very helpful. The room is clean, safe and comfortable, with complete facilities, the swimming pool is clean, and there is a tuck shop for snacks and drinks.

However, I must mention that while the hotel’s public areas and amenities are fantastic, the rooms themselves are somewhat outdated. Although they provide the necessities and comfort for a good night's sleep, the decor and furnishings could use an upgrade to match the hotel’s otherwise stunning aesthetic. Nevertheless, this did not significantly detract from my overall experience. After all, when you're surrounded by such beauty and comfort in other areas, it’s easy to overlook the room's shortcomings. While there’s room for improvement in room decor, the overall experience remains delightful and fulfilling. Great location. Very convenient! Friendly staff. Hotel itself aged look and feel. Water was stopped between 11 pm to 6 am for the entire building, On the second day. Could not shower or anything for that day. We came in for a convention we worked till midnight and then had to leave following morning at 6 pm. COULD NOT SHOWER!!! The room wasn’t cleaned for two days, we had to call the front desk for each day. Not the great experience. Hope our next stay will be better…

If you are doing the Disneyland/Disney California Adventure then this hotel is only a block away. But it's situated further in the block that it's not right on the street (it can get the cross streets can get very very busy). The pool is big and clean. I actually booked this hotel for that sole reason. I wanted a big pool so as not to swim in a crowded pool. The pool at this hotel satisfied that for me. My only complaint is that the room I was in did not have hot water in the shower. While I stayed here in August and the weather was in the upper 80s, it is still hard to shower when the shower head is blasting icy cold water. Also, the tub gets clogged very easily. Other than that I liked the hotel. I'll probably stay here again when I come back to Anaheim.

The location is good, however, the hotel is located the intersection and nearby the freeway. It’s really noisy and also these few nights, I heard the police cars sirens few times at midnight EVERY night when I stayed. I really cannot sleep well.

Since it is a hotel within the Disney Resort, it is convenient for traveling in the Disney Run Domain! Official hotel guests enter the park one hour in advance! The advantage is that you can ride it without lining up popular attractions! Also, since I stayed for 2 nights, if I was tired at the park, I think it was good to be able to rest at the hotel. There are no amenities such as slippers, gowns and toothbrushes. Meals went to the hotel or downtown Disney or in the park. Resort price. The nearest convenience store was about 20 minutes on foot. It's a bit far ... I wanted to stay again, but the price was high for me. I went lyft from the airport to the hotel.
