LLee Chia ChingThe location was perfect, close to everything I needed. The staff were very friendly and made me feel welcome from the start.
My room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The bed was cozy, and I enjoyed having coffee in the room. The hotel had good facilities, like a gym and a nice pool, and the breakfast was delicious with plenty of options.
Overall, I’m very happy with my stay and would definitely come back. Highly recommend it!

SSAROCH boonsiripantI stayed here for 5 nights. The hotel is in a good location. It’s close to the train station. The closest park is 6 min walk from the hotel. The amenities can be requested from the front desk. The room is small but sufficient for a one person traveler. The bed is a single bed and quite small. The bathroom is also small. The shower section is partitioned by a glass but it covers only 50%, so the water will splash outside the shower section when you take a shower. The floor is usually wet after a shower. At the lobby, there is a meeting section, you can have a business meeting there. Coffee is also free at the lobby. Recommended for business trip. Not many restaurants nearby, but there are many restaurants in the 10-15 minute walking range.

TTamuThis hotel is definitely worth a visit! Very kind personnel. Location is great and the rooms large, clean and equipped with all you need to spend a few days without missing your home. There are different options to have either lunch or dinner (yes, different restaurants that are part of the hotel), all serving very good food. Extremely friendly waiters/waitresses and breakfast was also above the average one you can find in Europe and superb compared to most hotels in the UK (for comparable price, of course). Price is very reasonable too, so I highly recommend this hotel to anyone spending some time at Nijmegen or around (is very close to train station too). Oh, just another point is that the music they play is great too!

TTamuKamer was goed maar tv en huistelefoon deden het niet. In de loop van de avond wel opgelost.
De douche loopt niet af hier helaas niks meegedaan. Kamer 138 wil ik in ieder geval niet meer.

TTamuThe hotel is less than 10 minutes walk from Arnhem central station, with luggage.
The people at front desk are very hospitable and they provide all the necessary assistances needed.
The room are neat and clean. No smoke smell or dirty spots. But you need take your own tooth brush/paste, slipper.
Breakfast are with diversified food and drinks. Not much choice with salad though.
There is a grocery just next to the hotel and you can get many things there. Pretty convenient.
Too many different styles of restaurant around the neighbourhood.
There is also some attractive sites for sightseeing just by walk.
Pretty nice choice for travellers to stay two or three nights.

TTamuFront desk staff was courteous and professional. The corner room on the ninth floor had a great view. Open bathroom is a little strange and toilet is extremely small. Compared to other van der Valk properties this one ranks much lower than others. Very slow internet, little choice of TV stations, no streaming services etc.
