Hotel is clean and nice. Locate nearby Furano JR station and convenience stores. Outdoor onsen is superb! If you go to this hotel, don’t missed it! They’re a lot of amenities and ice cream, yogurt, massage chairs and ramen for all guests. They’re also have private onsen 3 rooms for hotel guests. However, there are many of visitors who are not comply with rules of public bath and violated some rules ie. throw snow during bath or playing phone in dressing room.

The hotel is very very well situated right at the foot of the ski resort pistes. Ski in ski out (if there is enough snow). It is however quite dated in its design and the rooms come with only the basic essential facilities (by no means luxurious). It is clean and well maintained though. Service wise, check in took some time even in low season. Not all staff understand english, even those at front desk. The restaurants and breakfast is good. Very wide selection. We also enjoyed the onsen, however it would have been better with the view of nature. Ningle Terrace is beautiful at night in the winter season! All in all a good trip. The convenience and food makes up for everything.

Room was great, decent size and we're able to get a good night's sleep. However, note that they turned on centralized heater when we were there around late Sep. The room was hot so we opened the window, which they had netted to prevent insects from flying in (which is great). I can see it will be quite popular during winter, they have a heating room for skiing gears and their sauna is decent too. I love that they have make-your-own tea and coffee station in the lounge area (the famous lavender tea and momo oolong tea is highly recommended!).

Breakfast each morning was a feast, with a variety of options that catered to all tastes. The staff in the restaurant were attentive and friendly, always ready with a recommendation or a cheerful greeting. The hotel's location is ideal for exploring Furano. We were just a short drive from the famous flower fields and several excellent wineries. The staff at the concierge desk were always eager to help us plan our day, offering insider tips on the best times to visit the attractions to avoid crowds. One of the standout features of Nozo Hotel is its onsen, a traditional Japanese hot spring bath. Not the best location to other amenities. However, shuttle service to ski resort and train station helps. It is a beautiful hotel, with free flow of wine tasting and snacks in the evening. Fantastic breakfast spread. Free self service laundry. Great atmosphere for families. Would love to spend winter there again.

Great location and service, couldn’t fault that. Helpful staff and literally across the road from the gondola. Great inclusions like afternoon tea with desert bar with nice selection of tasty deserts, ice cream and drinks in the evenings. Breakfast could be improved, great for those that like seafood, but not so great for more western food options. I am sure even in winter there are apples, bananas and other options rather than frozen fruits and pastry that comes in packages that lasts a few weeks or at least that is how pastry tasted. One of the kids only eats toast and eggs or pastry and milk for breakfast and couldn’t find anything to eat there. But my husband loved the buffet. Rooms are pretty outdated, so be mindful. Bathrooms haven’t had anything done to them since probably 80-90th, but it was clean and public bath was good. Restaurant was booked out for dinners for a week in advance (at least) when we checked in but it seemed like there is only one seating in general for dinner.

Hostel is comfortable and clean. Sufficient amenities. Location is okay. Enjoyed the stay there for such a low price. Not recommended for light sleepers as there will definitely be someone snoring in the mixed bunk.

Overall experience was great, just to take note actually there would be charges for children more than 1 yo. The room was cozy in tatami bed setting. There was a common bath and convenience for family to use. Plenty numbers of car park just opposite the hotel. Our room was facing a nice courtyard garden!

The B&B is beautiful and clean, and the environment is very good. The entire community is like a European town. After walking for more than 10 steps, you will encounter a large sea of ​​sunflowers and hydrangeas. The scenery and atmosphere are unexpectedly good, I really want to give it full marks! The breakfast is very Hokkaido, with fresh milk, corn soup, and their freshest vegetables.
