A beautiful and peaceful retreat surrounded by nature. The Banjaran Hotsprings Retreat offers breathtaking scenery, privacy, and a truly relaxing atmosphere. The villa was elegant and comfortable, and the hot spring facilities were exceptional. What made the stay even better was the staff — warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming. A perfect place to unwind and disconnect. Highly recommended.

The hotel located at the busy road area but the moment you enter the hotel it feels like you're entering the whole new world. The chill ambient, cozy and warm atmosphere occupied the whole parameters. Staff are superb especially the front desk - Kaushilliya. The room offers generous amount of amenities and you won't miss out the excitement. The cons i noticed is just that the gym were close. Kudos to the hotel management and surely will back here on the very next trip to Ipoh.

My stay at the resort was amazing! If I could give it 10 stars I would. Hospitality was top notch, ambience was perfect. Maybe reduce Buggy wait time during seasonal time as we almost had a rift at the beach with an Asian family who were rude to us, acting like we didn’t belong there. Literally acted like they had the right to tell us not to get on one because they were a group. We didn’t know that as there was no visible queue and profiling bunch of random Chinese people to infer they are in a group would be stereotypical. I understand the resort cannot control the kind of people in their space however I brought it up with our guy at the receptionist who apologized for the situation. I will definitely be back here as I had an amazing time

Hotel ini baru saja dibuka, jadi kamar dan lingkungannya bersih dan bagus. Kamar yang kami tempati memiliki dua kamar tidur dan memiliki semua fasilitas yang diperlukan, termasuk kulkas mini, brankas mini, dan pengering rambut. Meskipun ukurannya sangat kecil, kamar ini juga dapat menampung tempat tidur sofa. Beberapa fasilitas, termasuk ruang permainan, belum berfungsi, tetapi memiliki kolam renang dan pusat kebugaran 24 jam. Hotel ini terletak sangat dekat dengan banyak restoran dan kios kaki lima terkenal seperti Ipoh Tong Shui Kai dan toko Dim Sum, serta 5 menit berjalan kaki ke kompleks perbelanjaan, sehingga sangat mudah untuk menemukan makanan enak dan berbelanja. Secara keseluruhan, ini adalah pengalaman menginap yang menyenangkan dan saya akan merekomendasikannya kepada orang lain untuk liburan singkat di Ipoh. Ssst, lounge penyambutan menyediakan mesin kopi gratis 24/7 untuk para tamu, sungguh luar biasa!

Hotel sangat bagus, bersih. Ruang yang mencukupi. Berdekatan dengan tempat makan famous. Mudah Akses mall, hanya di bawah Hotel sahaja. Check in dan check out sangat cepat. Ruang parking yang luas.
