Prachtige locatie met een super mooi uitzicht, gelijk vriendelijk onthaald en bagage mee naar boven getild. Eten was ook top!
Er mogen wel duidelijkere foto's van de kamers die je kan verwachten, de foto's op de website kunnen namelijk wat misleidend zijn ten opzichte van wat je krijgt (4 persoons kamer).

Great location for budget travellers: not far from the train station (walkable distance), safe and lively neighborhood without the Medina chaos, bus stop for several lines to the Medina (4 DH one ride), large Carrefour supermarket nearby, several tour agencies with cheaper than Internet prices. The room is spacious and simple, clean bathroom and bed. Just accept that the hotel is old, and you will be alright

Our first Riad stay at Morocco and Daria definitely met our expectations. Exotic yet comfortable. Located in around 20min walk to the Medina market.
Staff are very nice even offering breakfast and tea for our first day early arrival at 8am. Not to mention the unexpected early check in!
Quite a few photo spots and a mini swimming pool to chill you up within the Riad as well.

Special thanks to Mr.Rida hospitality at dining room. His service and hospitality is exceptional. The room we stayed has a very beautiful view of Atlas mountain range. The pricing, room quality, facilities are great beyond expectations.

TTamuThat was my garden view I booked, is that even a garden??. Didn’t have any slippers in my room & to have a robe it is a 1,000 MAD deposit? in all my travelling that is on unheard off to me. Should have stated that on there amenities. I’ve stayed at multiple 5 start hotels this was unheard of to me. Also if you want to bring in a McDonald’s forget about it the security will stop you from bringing it into the hotel. Not only me but other guest too was stopped. Should have these rules stated while booking to save us the embarrassment.
Other than that the stay there was amazing, breakfast amazing but was let down by the issues mentioned.

MMötley NüFCFirst off, the location was great, a lot of choice for breakfast, nice swimming pool and big/clean room. Most of the staff were actually very helpful, just the last night left a sour taste in my mouth.
I would highly recommend this hotel, but believe some staff should know better what other parts of the hotel were doing and how to speak to guests. Technically, a solo traveller, but my friend was staying in another room. Every day we were given 1 large complementary bottle or water and 2 small bottles.
However, on the final night, my friend received, but I didn’t. This was fine and I just politely mentioned it to reception. Bearing in mind there’s not many local shops to get water from, I was glad when I was told this would be rectified.
1 tiny bottle was left in my room, so I rang reception to explain, this is where things got a bit rude and I was surprised at having to ‘fight’ for a bottle of water - especially because this isn’t a cheap hotel. I was redirected to room service, who tried to charge me and then said it’s a housekeeping issue. Then spoke to reception again and then basically called me a liar when I said that I’d had free complimentary water every day.
The lack of water didn’t really bother me, it was that I was sent around in circles and then rudely told I was wrong, even when I pointed out that I’d received water 3-days in a row. After about an hour trying, and very very thirsty, housekeeping - who were very friendly btw - dropped off 4 small bottles of water. If it were a housekeeping issue, I could’ve been told this from the start and there wouldn’t have been an issue.
All that being said, I actually really enjoyed my stay at the hotel and in Marrakech itself.

BBellinisThe check-in process was good for customer service, but my room experience was terrible. I booked a superior suite, but I ended up with a regular room. I was informed that the person who was supposed to be in the room decided to stay another day. When I checked online, I found that the room was still available for reservation. The next day, when I asked to switch to my reserved room, I was told that it was booked again and that I should check back in line. Surprisingly, the same room was still available for reservation. I feel like they were scamming people by booking a suite at a higher price and then giving them a cheaper room.
The night crew member was very friendly and informed me that the manager was traveling. However, I don’t understand who is responsible for managing the website and ensuring that the correct room is posted when it’s available. I tried to contact them via phone and email, but nothing happened. I hope that Trip guide and the hotel will take responsibility for their actions and make sure that this doesn’t happen to other customers. I could have booked a different suite that had a similar aesthetic to what I was looking for, but I couldn’t even cancel the reservation. There should be a system in place for booking a specific room, and if the room is not available, the customer should receive an automatic refund. It’s their job to figure out when the room is available and what type of room it is. Additionally, the room had a bunch of knickknacks, and the table, wall, and bottom of the table were all chipped, cracked.

TTamuStayed at Riad Mama for 5 days and 4 nights, and it was an unforgettable experience.
The riad itself is beautiful and tastefully decorated, but what truly made the stay exceptional were the people and their outstanding service. Dunya went above and beyond, helping me with my large luggage to the lobby and keeping my room spotless at all times. Farid prepared Moroccan tea for me on my first night on the rooftop and generously shared great restaurant recommendations. Nour, the director, and her sister greeted me with warm smiles every time they saw me and provided truly fantastic service.
They offered warm, genuine hospitality and consistently went the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable and well taken care of. I genuinely felt like a welcomed guest rather than a tourist. When I unfortunately had food poisoning on my second day and didn’t leave my room at all, they noticed and checked on me to make sure I was okay. That level of care meant so much to me. Lastly, the riad itself is literally just 2–4 minutes away from Jemaa el-Fnaa and the Medina, which made getting around incredibly easy. I would definitely come back again without hesitation. Thank you Riad Mama! I can’t recommend Riad Mama enough this is hospitality at its finest. The rooftop view facing Koutoubia mosque.

TTamuОтель высокого уровня: чисто, красиво, есть горячая вода (только про отели в Марокко надо отдельно это указывать), разнообразный завтрак, симпатичный и тоже чистый бассейн.
Расположение: удобное, т.к. центр и ж.д. вокзал находятся рядом, до аэропорта можно доехать на автобусе (мы так и сделали). С другой стороны, шумно с улицы, возможно, лучше просить номера с окнами на бассейн, а не на улицу. В целом, рекомендую
