Brief overnight stay. Everything was fine. The room was comfortable and spacious. The balcony and sea view was a bonus. Nice big shower in the bathroom but no hand towels. Wi-Fi was good but required a different log-in when outside the room. In the common areas, the gym was good and pretty well equipped. The covered pool was a bit small and random. Unfortunately we had to skip breakfast as we had a very early flight to catch.

The hotel I stayed in again, with complete facilities, delicious breakfast and many choices. It is the most comfortable hotel I have stayed in Samarinda. It has a view of the Mahakam River. You can watch the sunset at the lobby door. You can watch the sunrise at breakfast on the 6th floor ~ very good!

New Hotel, all new. Only the internet connection is not very fast. The toothbrush is very soft unlike most hotels. Strategic location, lots of culinary at night, whatever you want is complete around the hotel.

It really smell smoking in the whole hotel, even in my non-smoking room.. An electrical central just in the front of the hotel is blowing smoke non-stop from burning coal. 1 elevator only, sometimes long wait. The bass from the discotheque can be heard until the 6th floor, hard to sleep. Some scary people hanging out on the main hall after 11 pm.. The worst wifi signal I never met in my whole trip.. The breakfast and the staff who work there was the only good point.. Definitely not recommend

good facilities,clean room,good service. However, as a note, on the electronic card of the room should be given a useful guide in addition to the door so that customers know to insert the card to the power slot on the wall of the room or in the message of how to use it when they are given at the reception. It's probably the same if the door lock light can be fixed.

It was very pleasant to stay here, the hotel is clean, the room facilities are well equipped, the bathroom is also clean and makes you feel at home for a long time in it. The view I got was a view of the city, quite beautiful and romantic. The children really liked the swimming pool facility, it was really cool because it was indoor, it really made me addicted. There's quite a lot for breakfast, I tried the fried rice but it was a bit graphic in my opinion.

The only 4 star hotel in Sangatta. They upgrade our hotel to executive suite since the junior suite are fully booked. The security staff is excellent. They do.not offer the breakfast for online booking, but we can buy the breakfast for IDR 50.000/person.
