The hotel location is very good; I can even walk back to the hotel from Regent Street. However, this hotel has no air conditioning, which I was aware of before checking in. I thought the British weather would be acceptable with the window open, so it wasn't a problem. But the biggest issue is that when I opened the window, the pub downstairs was very noisy. Closing the window made it stuffy and hot. In the end, I called the staff, but they couldn't do anything about the pub located at the hotel. (P.S. I stayed on the second floor and had requested a quiet room in advance.)
This hotel is right inside the airport, making it super convenient to get to from T4 – no need to even leave the airport. The decor has a cool 'backrooms' vibe, which I found quite interesting. I booked a twin room; it was small, but perfectly acceptable for one night. The heating worked very well, soundproofing was excellent, the bed was comfortable, and breakfast was good.
What I expected from a Holiday Inn, clean and comfortable and amazing value for money considering breakfast was included.
However, the breakfast wasn’t great. Very busy and waited a long time for food to be replenished, plus I’ve never seen scrambled eggs so dry and crumbly. Overall a good stay, pretty good location close to the river and slept well.

the room was a good size for one person. the ceiling was rather low, especially in the bathtub where one has to stand inside to take showers. even for me and i’m a small person (165cm/5’4). overall bathtub/shower arrangement was awkward. with only narrow glass partition, water would go everywhere. the water pressure was strong, so that’s a silver lining.
appreciated how fluffy and comfy the bathrobe was. the linens felt crisp clean and most of other stuff in the room. but the teaspoons were dirty.
the breakfast was okay. the staffs were nice. the location was good. there is a bus stop very close, hammersmith station is only 25 min on foot, a good shawarma place was nearby, and right next to it there’s sainsbury local. the neighborhood felt safe, which was one of the most important conditions i was looking for.
final thought: mixed. most parts were okay, some not.
Room is clean and cosy. Worth the price. Recommended to stay if you want not so expensive but elite type hotels. 15 mins walk to train station and 20 mins away train ride ro central London. Breakfast is really delicious and generous. You can even take away some bread and fruits if you can't have the buffet.

Excellent location: The hotel is just a 5-minute walk from the subway station, and a bus stop is right around the corner, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. There's also a small park nearby, perfect for a pleasant stroll, and the adjacent food street offers a variety of international cuisines, so you'll never get bored trying different dishes every day.
• Comfortable room: My room was spacious, bright, and warmly decorated. The large, soft bed with skin-friendly bedding ensured a super good night's sleep. The room was well-equipped with amenities; the air conditioning heated and cooled quickly, there was a good selection of TV channels, and an electric kettle was also provided.
This hotel is located at Terminal 4 of Heathrow Airport, and there's a free train directly to it after you land. Self-check-in is super convenient, and the front desk staff are always there to help if you need them. There's a Costa next to the front desk that offers light meals. The room was spacious, quiet, and clean, with a shower and a bathtub, which was simple and roomy. They provided an electric kettle, instant coffee, and tea bags free of charge. The only minor disappointment was the lack of disposable slippers and toiletries. Despite being at the airport, it was genuinely quiet. Highly recommended for guests with late arrivals or early departures. The sofa in the room can be converted into a small bed, and housekeeping thoughtfully prepared it with sheets, a duvet, and a pillow, making it perfect for families with children.

Pros:
- Decently sized, standard layout and comfortable rooms.
- Rooms are quite clean, service in general was nothing too special but gets the job done!
- Convenient location near buses and metro to Central London / Oxford for a day trip, close to Westfield London which has great number of F&B outlets, supermarkets and shops.
Cons:
- Housekeeping was inconsistent; stayed for 6 days, everyday was missing something different, not being replenished in the room; could be tea, coffee, hand towels, tissue paper, toilet paper etc… had to keep calling for service every night throughout the stay. If housekeeping had set up the room in standard, hassle could be alleviated from all parties as it takes the housekeeping more than 20 minutes every time to bring the items.
- Both toilet paper rolls were removed unexpectedly one night, even when we certainly left the room with them both in the morning which I find a bit funny as there wasn’t even a need to replenish - but simply removed.
- Clock timing was incorrect 6 days throughout the stay and nobody clocked that nor changed it.
- Slight wear and tear in the room but nothing too major affecting our stay apart from the bathtub glass panel seam being broken and water kept coming out of the shower.
- Emergency alarms went off at 730AM with no explanation.
- There was daily construction noise and one day the workers and equipments were all outside our room for a good 4 hours in the morning to afternoon time. Again, I don’t blame it because maintenance is important but a notice would be nice.
Overall, I think the hotel gets its job done, the room and location were decent and comfortable. It’s the housekeeping and maintenance fell below expectations.
My partner and I stayed for the night for an event in Shoreditch. We were very impressed with the compact, but well designed room, perfectly functional for a short stay.
The hotel is secure with key access to lifts and rooms, and extra internal locks which would be perfect for solo travellers.
Cool light system to indicate 'Do not disturb' and 'Make up room'.
Overall - clean, comfortable and everything you could need.
Great location as usual. Is just 10 min walk from the new Elizabeth line which go directly to Heathrow Airport. Reception is great. Just that there is a small steps from main entrance to the reception where you need to pick up your own luggage. Other than that, there is lift access to your own floor. Room is slightly small with some mild mold odour. However, bed and pillow is good. I would come back again but maybe ask for another room next time.

GGuest UserOur family stayed at the Royal Eagle Hotel (Paddington) on 23/8/25
It is 5 min walk from Paddingtion station,so it is quite convenient to take underground tube to different attractions ,with many restaurants and shops nearby.
Ms.Laylia Aboi prepare homemade breakfast. She is very cheerful and friendly. The bread, cake and scones all incredibly fresh and tasty
GGuest UserIt was a good location & clean. Staff were very friendly. Only issue was because we stayed there for less than 7 days (we stayed for 6 weeks) they wouldn’t clean the room. It has an amazing gym & a good laundromat.
Ssalaudin lunatHoliday inn Sutton 4*hotel. Close to local amenities shopping , eating. The hotel has Jacuzzi, sauna, swimming pool, gym, and steam room. Excellent selection of breakfast (help yourself / buffet). Friendly staff at the hotel. Good public transport nearby. I high recommended Holiday Inn Sutton.

GGuest UserBerjaya Eden is very near to Queensway and Bayswater station. You'll need to carry your luggage up some stairs, but it's manageable. Alternatively drag your luggage for about 20 minutes to/from Paddington station. Hotel is in a student and touristy area near to Kensington and Hyde Parks. You can walk to Portobello street (Notting Hill movie) and even Holland Park.
Rooms are serviced by an old elevator which can accommodate 2 persons with luggage. Checking in was easy and you have to pay a refundable £50 deposit. The manager helped us with our heavy luggage when he saw us approaching the hotel entrance. Our original room was located quite a distance from the lift. He gave us a room near the lift without our asking. We didn't get to thank him as he had some matter to attend to. Room was clean with comfortable bed. A tower type fan provided as there's no aircon. Won't be adequate during the summer months. Shower area was good enough for us but larger guests will find it crammed. Hot water was instantaneous and easily controlled.
Buffet breakfast starts from 8am and it's Malaysian and Continental. The restaurant is called Med (Mat) Salleh and run by two Malaysian ladies from Ipoh. The Malaysian breakfast was good especially the fried chicken wings. You get all the 3 parts of the wing instead of just the drumlet served elsewhere. Yummy! Restaurant is popular with Malaysian tourists and government/business persons. Malaysian Royalty have even visited Med Salleh restaurant.
There are many restaurants, cafes, pubs and supermarkets near the hotel. You won't go hungry except your wallet will be lighter if your currency is much lower than the British Pound.
Checking out was just as easy and the deposit refunded to your credit card on the same day. You can also leave your luggage if you still have time before catching the train to Heathrow or elsewhere. You can catch the train to Heathrow from Paddington via Elizabeth Line or the TFL Line. Elizabeth Line cost more but is more comfortable, less stops and with enough space for your luggage.

MMandy_HLovely budget style hotel, perfect for a weekend break or business overnight stay. I had the budget double room, it was very compact, but cost with all the basics you need - eg space to hang some clothes etc Limited space for luggage, but I had an overnight bag so was not an issue for me. Receptin staff were very friendly and helpful. I was able to check in a couple of hours earlier as my room was available. The free coffee/tea in reception was a nice touch. Nice bar area to relax in. Cafe Nero adjoins reception area if you want a ”proper” coffee hut! Breakfast was fine, a mix of continental and buffet-style cooked breakfast. But you could ask for eggs cooked your way. The hotel is well appointed in a bustling part of north west London, eg it's a very short walk from Kings Cross and Russell Square. Covent Garden and Leicester Sq = 15/20 minute walk. Really good transport links nearby - buses towards Covent Garden, Strand, St Paul's etc. Tubes taking you to most parts of central London and beyond.
BBehekEverything was very good. Breakfast offers a lot of coice - except warm breakfast is only on Weekends. On the Trip site the check in time is incorrect (ov voucher it says after 12, but it is after 14) - despite us coming too early, they gave us the room and made coffee for free. The hotel is locked over night and the staff is really friendly. We were in the hotel trought the hottest days in history but they prepared a ventilator - because they don't have AC (normally).
GGexing~tianxiaThe rooms are pristine and, despite the hotel being open for just a year, there was no unpleasant dampness or strange smell from the water. The service was also excellent. It appears the hotel uses a water softening system, as my hair felt incredibly smooth after washing. The complimentary bottled water is also a custom-branded mineral water, which adds a touch of sophistication.
While not in the city centre, the hotel boasts excellent transport links. It's particularly well-served by buses; route 55 goes directly to Oxford Street, and route 205 takes you to King's Cross Station (convenient for trains to Cambridge and other cities). It's incredibly easy to get around from here – just remember to check the bus direction! When returning to the hotel, it's actually closer to alight at the bus stop after Old Street and walk from there.
Overall, this hotel offers fantastic value for money. Perhaps because it's a newly opened hotel still in its introductory phase, securing an Executive Room in London for just over 2000 RMB is genuinely a great deal.
NNuonuo_8019This airport hotel has relatively spacious rooms. I was traveling with a friend. My child is an aviation enthusiast, so we specifically booked a runway view room (you can't see the runway from non-runway view rooms). It really proved perfect for plane spotting; it's right by the runway, offering completely unobstructed, first-person views of take-offs and landings.
Facilities: Some are a bit old, but perfectly acceptable.
Hygiene: Good, didn't find anything unclean.
Service: The front desk staff were quite welcoming and even proactively advised us on things to look out for when visiting Windsor.
