Hotel Dengan bar di Viti Levu Group, Fiji

Menginap yang indah di hotel ber***a modern yang cukup baru ini dikelilingi oleh laguna! Namun sayang sekali tidak ada pantai yang bisa dinikmati di sana. *kamar - kecil tetapi mereka memiliki semua yang kami butuhkan dan fasilitasnya cukup baik dan mereka membawakan kami cukup teh dan kopi selama kami menginap. Mereka menjaga kamarnya cukup bersih sehingga sangat nyaman menginap di sini. Kita juga bisa melihat desainnya yang baru dan bagus! *pilihan makanan sarapan yang bervariasi yang dapat Anda nikmati sepenuhnya! Mereka bahkan minum minuman Mimosa dan Anda tidak akan pernah bosan dengan makanan cantik dan lezat yang mereka siapkan! *fasilitas- lumayan besar jadi untuk mencapai infinity pool butuh waktu jalan kaki kesana dan tidak cukup longgar jadi harus jalan kaki jauh-jauh ke sana. Dan meskipun hotel ini sendiri besar tetapi kolam renang tanpa batas cukup kecil dan setiap tempat duduk terlalu berdekatan satu sama lain sehingga saya merasa sangat padat dan tidak merasa begitu santai berada di sana. Tapi lingkungannya indah kita bisa melihat gunung dan lautan. Pemandangan laguna biru dari kamar kami juga indah! *Barang-maaf jika dibandingkan dengan hotel lain tetapi beberapa barangnya tidak seramah barang lain yang kami temui di hotel lain. Ada yang menyenangkan tetapi saya merasa mereka sangat lelah membantu kami. Tapi sopir yang membantu kami memberikan kami loteng ke bandara, dia sangat ramah dan baik, kami bisa melihat dia bersedia membantu kami dan membuat kami nyaman sampai akhir perjalanan kami! Terima kasih Maffie! (maaf tidak yakin tentang ejaannya) Dan resepsionis wanita sangat penuh perhatian ketika kami check in-Sweta, dia bersedia menyiapkan kamar untuk kami meskipun kami tiba sedikit lebih awal dari waktu check-in, terima kasih!

We went as a family of 4. Just a beautiful nice resort hidden away from people and other things If you want to go to a place where your not bothered than this is it. Not many people yet know this resort therefore the stay was private and no waiting for pools etc We had a bure next to the beach Staff were over and beyond helpful Even helped us with our chilly storage

Where disappointed, room was not like the pictures . Was advertised as a deluxe room bur was very old and small. When walking to our room we walked over mats that were covering a hole . The back door of our room only had a chain to lock and we hadn't realized there was no internet. We realized immediately that we would not be comfortable and decided to leave immediately. We asked If we could at least have 1 night of our 2 nights already payed reimbursed but we're declined.

All the staff provided excellent service. I stayed in a dormitory, and on that day I was very tired from activities and couldn’t climb up to the top bunk. I asked the staff for help, and fortunately a bottom bunk was available, so they kindly let me switch. Thanks to that, I had a comfortable night. Even though my flight was delayed, the airport shuttle service still waited for me with a clear sign, which made it easy to find. They kindly offer luggage storage as well, which was very convenient before check-in and after check-out. Thank you for the wonderful service!

This is not up to standard with a 5-star resort. Overall it’s a nice stay, but overpriced and don’t go expecting 5-star luxury. It unfortunately has not kept up with the maintenance it has needed over the years. Negatives - had aircon issues and slept without aircon, they moved us rooms to fix this - had a leak above our shower in both tooms - fridge was broken in both rooms - lack of pool towels for number of guests, tried getting a pool towel on multiple occasions to be told they were out. When we eventually got some they were stained. - lack of snorkle gear for guests, we unfortunately couldn’t snorkle because they were always out. We spoke to other guests who went and bought some because they couldn’t get any either - aircon in rooms is very loud - internet access drops out constantly - we couldn’t watch tv as the internet was down for netflix on the tv and we were told we could only watch it on phones or ipads - food menus in the room are dirty and falling apart Positives - most of the staff is really friendly - adults only pool is calm and quiet - good assortment of activities and things to do in the hotel - staff is mostly helpful when you need things We actually tried to refund the end of our stay so we could leave. I wouldn’t recommend it to people and just know if you do stay here it is more like a 3 to 4 star resort.

We had a lovely stay at Mercure Nadi with our whole family and few friends! 💛 The service was great — the staff, especially the receptionists, housekeeping, waiters and waitresses, were warm, friendly, and attentive. The hotel also offers good facilities, and while it may not have the full amenities of a five-star resort, the people and atmosphere definitely made up for it. My only complaint would be the bed — I wish it were softer, as I didn’t get the best sleep over the past few days. 😅 Unfortunately, I didn’t get the chance to enjoy the pool because of a packed schedule, but it looked really inviting! Overall, a pleasant experience in Fiji. Vinaka! 🌺
