Location is good, just a throw stone from light rail and away from the busy streets. Just take few minutes walk to bus stop, where you can take bus to all the sightseeing in the city and train station. I did not drive in this trip, all my transportation is bus and light rail, and of course bus #11 (walk :-). The bathroom is clean, the shower screen is shinny like new, love it. Will stay in this hotel again!

Not that clean. It's ok. TV doesn't connect even though it has an option to. Staff leave early and no phones to call reception. I didn't get a WiFi password I had to ask the lady next door because reception closed right after I checked in. It's not too bad. All I needed was a bed and a bathroom but I can't say it was clean. It was just tidy, at least the sheets were clean. Carpet was definitely not. Also, blinds in bathroom are broken.

I was quite upset that I purposely book harbour view but view was partially cover by building. And receptionist said there building don’t have full harbour view as inside trip picture. Because the room I chosen view totally block by two building . I was down grade my room to see partial view as receptionist suggested and no refundable. Trip should be alliance with hotel to ensure room is exactly what is this picture.

A very quiet, clean and well run hotel. Very close to Parliament House and a 15 minute bus ride from Canberra CBD (No. 59). There is a local shopping centre with lots of restaurants, cafes and a Coles supermarket only 10 minutes walk away. Plenty of off street parking if you have a car. Great views of the mountains from the front apartments. It's in a nice calm suburb away from City hustle. But just within 4mins to the central Canberra. Great location. Rooms are clean and bedding is comfy. Can be even better for families with an addition of Microwave ☺️- I know bigger rooms have it. But, not the smaller ones.

We enjoy our stay in the hotel as well as Canberra so much! Location is quiet and easy to find. Bed is very cozy and comfortable, we both have a good sleep. Room is clean and tidy. Nice staff. If there is a small platform/table in the large bathroom would make it better.

I am so happy that eleven little birds came last night. The balcony is so lively. I love watching them eat with gusto and then take a rest on the railing~ The stove is my favorite. It is very convenient for Chinese stomach~ It is very comfortable to live~

The overall experience was good. I ordered a two-bedroom apartment, which is a two-bedroom shared toilet. Please write it here for everyone who wants to order. The environment is nice and quiet, the rooms are relatively clean and tidy, the daily necessities provided are relatively complete, and the price is relatively high. The only drawback was that there was a problem with the water heater in the room at that time. There was always no hot water in the bath, but it was reflected to the front desk, hoping to resolve it as soon as possible.
