The good: The room was overall clean and the toilet was clean too. The water pressure in the shower is decently strong. Fresh sheets and pillow cases were provided, and the pillows did not stink like in many other hotels. The location is great (an 8-minute slow drive from First World Hotel), the check-in staff was friendly and so nice, and the wi-fi was fast. There's free parking (You will have to take the lift from the parking building to the 7th floor, then walk over to the tower you're living in, then take the lift in that tower to the floor you're staying in). Also, they provide complimentary bedroom slippers, shower gel/shampoo, soap, toothbrush/paste, vanity kit and razor. They have convenience stores and a few restaurants in the complex, so you won't go hungry and you can always buy your necessities just a few steps from your room. The bad: The toilet door was creaking terribly, waking up your roommates when you go to the toilet in the middle of the night. The floor was very clean but also rather slippery from the floor detergent used. The water leaks out from the shower cubicle when bathing, so put your floor mat further away from the door when bathing so it doesn't get wet (same distance as the toilet bowl). The hot water does not run continuously - if you have a fantastic super hot shower for 15 to 20 minutes, the water will become cool and you'll have to wait another 20 minutes before the hot water tank heats up and you can have another fantastic super hot shower. And the pump that supplies water to the tap in the room sink makes a horribly loud sound whenever you switch it on and off. Conclusion: I paid less than RM100 to stay in this room so I think it's definitely value for money. Love the location - it's higher than the Genting theme park area, cold and misty. Will come back again next time.

The best hotel I have stayed in Melaka😍 the ultimate best I would say, hospitality top notch and cleanliness no words, very clean. I would appreciate the owner as he literally concerned about customers stay which included availability of parking as well. Snacks provided by them brought back all the child memories. Thank you again, will definitely come here again and highly recommended.

The room is very spacious, but the location is not good. The service of the counter staff is OK, and you can use the machine to check out. The hygiene is OK, but the room is very humid and has a peculiar smell.

Everything is okay except the shower drain seems like there is a clog problem, poor drainage. Love the easy access to the beach, and the view. Easy check in process.

Owner/management had all cooking utensils and hotpot ready for steamboat. I was on the 23rd floor hence view was superb. I will come back again as it is the best alternative location other than genting accomodations itself during peak season as you can avoid the jam and hustle staying in mid mountain location.

This hotel in the house building and there put a small room inside the house. the bed is good and clean. the toilet also clean. check in process wass smooth and fast.

The room is very clean... The price is friendly, but there is no coffee or hot water in the room... As for hot water, it is available outside the room. You can go out and press it to drink... The room is quiet. Overall, it is very good. I will stay again if I have another event in Kuantan. 🙏

The room is quite small but still comfortable for us, family of 4. Towels, laundry bag and drinks were provided. No toothbrush provided. The hotel has garden but its not well maintained. But still ok to take pictures for ootd. It was great that the hotel give free voucher for rides at the theme park

Located along the highway, need to use google maps to navigate further inside the woods. Clean and new ammenities, Natural pool located near our chalet. The caretaker was very helpful. Absolutely loved my stay here. It gets quite cold at night, the blanket provided quite thin,consider bring your own. We take the nature hike around the area, got swamped with mosquitoes. Would definitely go again.

I booked for my family.. My family really likes it. clean and comfortable room for 4 people. In the evening, I got a cake for afternoon tea.. thank you 😄😄 nasi lemak breakfast is very tasty.. There is a swimming pool.. best to be able to take a shower.. the best 👍👍👍

Environment: The bamboo villa is very unique, with a natural and elegant environment and lush greenery. The only drawback is that there are too many wild dogs, and they bark when they see people, which is very scary. Service: The waiters are very friendly, but it would be better if they could help deliver the luggage to the room. It is still very difficult to find the room by dragging the luggage by myself, and the room number is on the door lock, and it took a long time to find it. Hygiene: Maybe because it is more primitive, the sanitation of the room is not very ideal. I saw gecko feces and ants on the sheets, but it may be unavoidable in this more natural environment. Clean. Comfortable for family. Only the view is a little less due to the construction next to the building. In terms of safety, there should be a grill on the wall mirror, very tall. If you want to play pool, you have to write your name, the guard will always look. Overall satisfied.

Tekoma Resort is a bit like being at home. We immediately had fantastic communication with Sophia the girl who works at the reception. She was very kind, always ready to answer all our questions with a wonderful smile. She organized our pick up at the bus station on the day of our arrival. The structure is located uphill but they have a shuttle service and in any case it only takes 7 minutes on foot to go down to the center and a few more minutes to go back up. Very close to trail number 10 and 6 too. Mr Chan gave us all the information necessary to move independently in the Cameron Highlands. Unfortunately I don't remember the name of the shuttle service boy. He was always smiling too. The breakfast was excellent, especially for those like me who love savory (there is everything) Kettle in the room and refill water available in the corridors. I highly recommend it.

The view was great. But the location is so far away from the main town. Like 15 min up to the hills. So at night, it will be very dark. We really dont like the room. We do not sleep there that night and decide to book another hotel at brinchang. Because I have a baby and I'm afraid the baby will not sleep well at night. For someone who looking a peacefull and quite place. Yeah... you can gi here There will be no bfast provided. So we book another hotel with breakfast.

The price/performance ratio is too low. After that, I know that I have to charge 20 MYR for foreign consumers. Secondly, there is no hair dryer in the room? Amazing. The room still has a taste, the only advantage may be that the service attitude is OK, the breakfast is very rich and the price is not high, this is very much like. If you are away from the station, you can't say it is very close. It takes 15 minutes to 20 minutes to get there. Overall, it's okay, but the price is not worth it.

Quite near to kea farm, eateries within walking distance.. kitchen available for use, but kitchen utensil is very limited.. planned to cook steamboat but have to cancelled because lack of pot..
