Hi. My wife and I bought this house 4years ago and it came with 2 semi attached rental units. They are now up and running after a bit of work and bringing up to date. 2 lovely rooms one with a view of Golden Bay and the other a view of the driveway. the Blue Moon is the one with the view of the driveway Hence the difference in price. Great place to stay for visiting what’s around here and there is plenty to see no matter what direction you go. Very central to Abel Tasman National Parks, Nelson Lakes, Mapua Village, and Kina Peninsula. Kaiteriteri is only 20 minutes away and the Motueka Wharf only 2 minutes away. The bike trail is only round the corner from our property. Straight off the Coastal Highway, very easy to find and yet set in a rural setting but also views to the Tasman Bay Sea.
