Ulasan Hampton Inn Manhattan - Times Square South

Lokasi lumayan, service nginap 5 hr tidak ada karena alasan corona. Pelayanan biasa aja. Amenities ga ada sama sekali.

Convenient location; ideal breakfast available. Bath area big enough, just the cleaning can be improved.

Friendly staff, great location a few minutes walk from times Square, totally recommended!

房間一般，環境一般，周邊配套齊全，交通便利，服務人員不夠認真，房間打掃衞生後總是會忘記一些配套的東西，要麼忘了加沐浴露，要麼忘了加面巾紙，打電話通知服務枱也要幾個小時後才會送到。

위치도 괜찮고 시설도 괜찮았는데 5일 안에 돌려준다던 보증금은 아직도 취소가 안됐어요. 언제 해결되는지 궁금해요 ㅠ

他媽午夜驚魂。我以為衹有新聞才會看的到。沒想到親身經歷。半夜一個裸體（底褲沒穿）美國白人大漢一直敲門，我朋友以為幹嘛了，就開門看看。沒想到他沖進我們房間。説是他的房間，還不肯走。像是**了。嚇得我趕緊叫了保安上來説一通。這個人才底褲還丟在過道。我問保安為什麼沒有走廊攝像頭及時發現，這個人裸體在外面發瘋估計很長時間了。保安説就是沒有攝像頭的。保安一直給我們道歉，態度還是好的。樓下的黑人小哥前台説50%是我們的錯。不道歉就算了。出門在外我也懶得和他爭論。以為出現這麼大的事故會給我們補償什麼，然後第二天給我們換房還是普通房。

地理位置很好 設施齊全 衞生不錯

While I can’t fault the hotel in terms of it being a base to explore NYC from. Don’t let the Hilton brand fool you this is a very basic budget hotel.

Excellent location and very clean. OK Breakfast. Only issue is the elevator, it takes a lifetime to get to your floor.

Pee drippings on toilet and room smelled like bleach upon entering. Breakfast was average. Location was good - close to Times Square. Overall, it was okay.

The hotel itself is located in a convenient location. The exterior surroundings are dirty and the hotel rooms were also very tiny. Our hot water didn’t work properly, the towel rack was broken and the WiFi also didn’t steadily work. There was one particularly nice staff member but the others acted as though they barely wanted to speak to you.

The room was clean & comfortable. The shower was hot which was nice. Check in was easy & the receptionist at the desk was nice. I don’t remember his name or I would list him here. When I come back to NYC I will be staying at this hotel again.
