Element Times Square West

酒店無煙房竟然要花錢升級你敢信？位置是不錯，去那裡都方便，但其他不行，另外，這個酒店翻譯有大問題，明明是元素酒店，為什麼會變成原宿 harajuku 酒店,我以為是個日式酒店，結果連個浴缸都沒。。。電梯更不用説了。反正是個坑，不推薦

Above all the location is perfect you're only one block away from the Port authority building and there's a lot of restaurants in the area however the only thing that was really a problem was they have three elevator Banks it's a 40 floor bldg. and there was a wait sometimes for up to 15 minutes other than that everything was okay. Little kitchenette came in really handy however there was only one control knob for a two burner stove top dishwasher was great to have and they only had plates basically for two people nothing really extra but considering it was a small kitchenette in a hotel that did offer breakfast it was okay

This is not the first time I have stayed at this hotel, and once again I am convinced that you are simply perfect! super service, super food, super location. very smiling, kind staff! I'm delighted! in New York only at Element! thank you for a wonderful vacation!

Definitely dirty, towel rack was broken, not the worst, but not the best :). “Budget” hotel in NYC.

I really love the Element. My boyfriend and I used to stay there all the time and it was really nice to visit again. The only thing I don’t like about the hotel is the elevators. At some points 2 of the 3 elevators were broken and we had to walk down 36 flights of stairs twice during our stay. But they did have a complimentary happy hour so that did take the sting out of it a little 😂

The service in this hotel was so terrible. Honestly, it took more than 90 minutes to check-in and finally gain access to my room. Why would Westin put their name on this hotel?

My wife and I stayed here for 2 nights on a trip to NYC. We took the train in from NJ and this was a short walk from Penn Station. Then we took a short walk to Time Square to see the rest of NYC. Check-in was quick. However, it was not quite ready when we actually arrive at the room. Nonetheless, our room was clean well equipped. It was of a reasonable size unlike some of the crammier NYC hotels. It feels like it has been recently updated. Breakfast was quite busy, but the service was prompt and despite the crowd. Food were constantly replenished and the tables were promptly cleaned. We also liked taste stronger tasting coffee and authentic tasting OJ. Free happy hour drinks and nibbles was an enjoyable occasion. Great service all round despite not having the best impression upon arriving at our room. The only gripe we had is the wait on the elevator. There are 3 tiny elevators serving the building of 30+ floors. During the peak check-in/check-out hours, long waiting lines form in front the elevator at the foyer. Not only that, elevator can be full with guests on the way down; it's a long ride down with an elevator full of guests and stopping every floor to more awaiting guests. Service staff also had to share the same elevators. Anyway, worst elevator experience in all the NYC hotels that we have stayed in.

正趕着去紐約，然後也有點貪小便宜住的這個酒店。從入店的那一刻起就覺得很無語。一個入住手續辦了差不多一個小時，隔音非常差人非常多電梯非常慢。我和朋友晚上累了一天準備睡覺，突然響了很大的電鑽聲，真的是非常非常非常的無語。去退按金告知，我們沒有付房費，真的千萬不要住這個酒店會倒黴

I booked for a stay at this hotel for 15th May, 17-20th May and 21st May. The last booking was added as we had a change of plans. I gave my debit card for credit hold for 17-20th May. And when I just had to do an administrative check in for 21 May I had to again had my debit card deducted for credit hold. When I ask if it could be waive since they had already had a credit hold deducted on my card for 17-20th May, my request was declined. But what was infuriating is that the front desk were really rude and say I should have planned and booked my stay properly if I didn't want to have my card deducted for a second time credit hold. They also had a unresolved deduction charge that I did not incur on 17 may. Until today, they have not revert to me to clarify what the charge was for. . So it is really quite an unpleasant experience with the front desk. I found housekeeping sloppy as they do not provide sufficient towels for 2 persons. Even if we request for the towels, we either don't get it or we get it after an hour.
